This simple smoothie boosts men’s metabolism for better performance

Remember being a teenager and being able to eat whatever you want?

Pizza, cakes, cookies, tacos…and you could wash it all down with a beer without a worry in the world…

Because eating and drinking this way didn’t make you fat when you were a teenager.

You stayed thin and muscular, and you always had lots of energy, especially in the bedroom…

So what changed? The answer is metabolism.

Our metabolism slows down as we age and that makes us pack on the fat and become tired all the time.

That’s why I’ve perfected this simple smoothie that restores a teenage metabolism in men.

It works by speeding up the mitochondria, so more energy is produced.

And the result is a faster, warmer metabolism that burns everything you eat and drink for energy, whether you work out or not.

Try it today and get back the metabolism you remember — with more muscle, more drive, and more stamina in the bedroom.

Ginger is an ancient natural remedy for metabolic problems.

Ginger improves digestion and gut health, which also lowers inflammation.

Those effectively have many benefits for people with metabolic problems or other chronic diseases.

There is a lot of research showing the benefits of ginger in people with type II diabetes.

A recent study looked at the implications of using this herbal remedy in people with metabolic syndrome.

The study found that ginger has similar benefits in the metabolic syndrome to those found using ginger type II diabetes.

Improvements were seen in weight, waist circumference, LDL, HDL, total cholesterol, blood pressure and energy intake.

The human research was carried out at the Tehran University of Medical Sciences in Iran. The results were published in the Journal of Diabetes And Metabolic Disorders.

The metabolic syndrome is a cluster of health problems including abdominal obesity, high blood pressure, high HDL cholesterol, problematic fasting blood sugar levels, and high triglycerides.

Metabolic syndrome diagnoses are increasingly common, and the syndrome is believed to lead to type II diabetes, cardiovascular problems, and cancer.

“Metabolic syndrome is one of the most common worldwide endocrine disorders. The disease can lead to type II diabetes, cardiovascular disease, renal disease and cancer.”

This is one of the first human studies to look at the effect of ginger supplementation on the parameters of the metabolic syndrome.

“This study evaluated the efficacy of ginger powder on biochemical and body measurements in patients with the metabolic syndrome.”

The researchers recruited 38 people with metabolic syndrome (one person dropped out during the study).

They were split into two different groups for the experiment.

“This randomized controlled clinical trial was conducted on 37 patients with the metabolic syndrome.”

The participants in group one were given a couple of grams of ginger per day.

The other group received an inactive placebo supplement.

Participants did not know whether they were getting ginger or placebo.

The study ran for about three months.

“We supplemented the individuals with either 2 g per day of ginger powder or placebo for 12 weeks.”

The researchers recorded body measurements and lab values of the participants before and after the 12 week study.

“Biochemical and anthropometric parameters before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups.”

Ginger was associated with improvements all across the board.

Fasting blood sugar and insulin resistance were significantly improved with ginger supplementation.

“After 12 weeks of treatment, fasting blood sugar and insulin resistance were significantly improved and the patient receiving ginger compared to those in the placebo group.”

Triglycerides, HDL, LDL and total cholesterol were improved also.

“Significant changes were observed in terms of LDL, HDL, and total cholesterol.”

Participants taking ginger lost weight — a recent study indicated that ginger could increase resting metabolism.

Participants lost an average of 5kg over 12 weeks with ginger.

Waist circumference (belly fat) is one of the strongest predictors of poor health outcomes.

Ginger supplementation led to significantly smaller waist sizes.

“Moreover, significant changes were observed in terms of weight and waist circumference.”

The spice also led to lower blood pressure readings.

Both systolic and diastolic blood pressure were lowered with ginger.

“Significant changes were observed in systolic and diastolic blood pressure between the groups.”

The people who supplemented with ginger also ate fewer calories over the course of the study — without any effort to do so.

“Significant changes were observed in terms of energy intake between the groups.”

Some of these parameters improve more than others — but everything improved with ginger supplementation.

The researchers concluded that ginger could have wide-ranging benefits for people with metabolic syndrome.

“Our findings demonstrated that ginger supplementation offers beneficial effects in patients with metabolic syndrome.”

You should always consult a healthcare practitioner about training in diagnosing health-related problems.
