Hi, I’m Stacey, and what I’m about to tell you right now is a little dirty…

In fact, some people may even consider this taboo!

But if you don’t mind a beautiful woman being bold and talking to you about her sex life…

…then stick around…

Because I’m about to let you in on a little secret that has completely transformed me…

From a shy, reserved woman who likes sex now and again…

…to a sex-crazed maniac demanding dick from my man every day, sometimes twice a day!

And listen, I’m the first person to call bullcrap…

If you told me 7 weeks ago that I’d be having sex this good and this often with my boyfriend, Joe, nearly every day without fail…

Well, I’d laugh in your face. “Yeah right,” I’d say.

But now that I’m living it…

Now that I’m experiencing this much pleasure and this much satisfaction with my sex life…

…I just can’t wait to start telling people about it!

And who knows… you may discover something you can use with YOUR wife or girlfriend to start having better sex as soon as tonight…

Here’s my story — and remember: don’t click this if you’re not okay speaking frankly about sex like this, it gets dirty…

1 vitamin men can use to protect against lead poisoning

Matt Cook here, and lead is a toxic heavy metal found in food, air, water, cosmetics, and building materials – it’s everywhere.

Humans have been mining lead for over 8,000 years – and the reports of the damage it causes to health are almost as old.

For example, in 400 BC Hippocrates wrote about lead miners suffering loss of appetite, constipation, weight loss, fatigue, and irritability.

And we still haven’t cracked the lead problem.

About half a million people died from lead exposure in 2016…

…but far more of us suffer low-level lead toxicity – the most common effects being mental problems and constipation.

Lead can be removed from the body by powerful treatments called chelators – but they are themselves risky.

But for normal levels of lead exposure a safer option is to eat a diet high in vitamin C.

These animal experiments were carried out at Kosin University College of Medicine, Busan, Korea. The results were published in Anatomy and Cell Biology.

There are a number of toxic heavy metals which have plagued humans forever.

Lead is one of the trickiest to deal with because it tends to hang around longer.

“Lead, one of the most toxic heavy metals, takes a longer time to be excreted from the body than other heavy metals.”

Previous research indicated that vitamin C might help to quickly remove lead from the body.

So these researchers designed animal experiments to test this theory.

“The purpose of this study is, by measuring lead excretion via urine and feces, to find out the effect of vitamin C in lead chelation.”

The researchers carried out their experiments on rats. The rats were split into a number of different groups.

Most of the rats were poisoned with lead.

A small number had no lead exposure and were used for comparison later on.

Then some of the rats which were exposed to lead were also given vitamin C.

Different groups were given different doses of vitamin C orally.

“All 33 rats except for the control group were administered with lead, before orally administered with different doses of vitamin C per kilogram of body weight.”

When lead is removed from the body most of it exits via urine and feces.

So the researchers tested the amount of lead in the waste products of the animals.

“The lead excretion levels in urine and feces as well as the survival rate were then measured for each group.”

Vitamin C helps remove lead from the body.

“The low vitamin C intake group exhibited higher urinary excretion than the lead only group.”

The research also proved that vitamin C removes lead in a dose-dependent manner.

More vitamin C meant less lead in the body.

“The urinary excretion level in the high dose vitamin C intake group was significantly higher than the lead only group. Fecal lead excretion seemed to be increased in the high dose vitamin C intake group.”

Vitamin C is effective at chelating lead – and it is much safer than many commonly suggested alternatives.

“Through animal experiment, it was found out that administering a high dose of vitamin C accelerated the excretion of lead in the body compared to low dose of vitamin C.”

It’s impossible to avoid low-level lead exposure…

…but for most people eating a high vitamin C diet (lots of fruit) will help to keep the levels of lead under control.

And everyone should be concerned about increasing their exposure.

It is one of the few toxins where any tiny amount can have a noticeable effect on health.

According to the World Health Organization (WHO)…

“There is no known ‘safe’ blood lead concentration; even blood lead concentrations as low as 5 µg/dL, may be associated with decreased intelligence in children, behavioral difficulties and learning problems. As lead exposure increases, the range and severity of symptoms and effects also increases.”

Milk and coffee also help to reduce the levels of lead and other heavy metals stored in the body.
