16 second morning routine triggers rock solid stiffies

Want stiffer, stronger boners? UC Berkeley just made this fascinating find…

Turns out, your “little soldier” isn’t really in charge of standing and saluting on his own…

He’s just taking orders from your “stiffy sargeant”.

So, what is your “stiffy sergeant”?

It’s a tiny cluster of cells that gives the command to your penis to get rocky, thick and throbbing.

So whether you’re 19 or 90, if your “stiffy sergeant” barks out the order, your “flesh warrior” is biologically programmed to spring into action.

And how do you keep your “stiffy sergeant” from slacking off on the job? Simple…

  1. Go to the fridge
  2. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of THIS into your morning coffee

This 16 second morning routine has already helped over 11,000 men get stiffer, stronger erections on demand… and now it’s your turn.

Are cell phones making people fat?

Matt Cook here, and over the last few decades, we have seen an explosion in people who are overweight and obese.

It is very important to understand the reasons for this – because of the massive detrimental effects excess body fat has on your health.

Just recently, researchers began to ask the question of whether the use of cell phones could be associated with increasing body mass in the last few decades.

The shocking results of this study show that about half an hour exposure to cell phone radiation can increase food consumption by about 25%.

The use of cell phones may be a major and overlooked factor in the obesity crisis.

The human research was carried out at the University of Luebeck in Germany. The paper was published in Nutrients.

The authors of this paper began with the observation that increases in obesity seem to occur alongside the rollout of cell phones.

“Obesity and cell phone usage have simultaneously spread worldwide.”

Cell phones emit radio frequency fields – and this energy is absorbed by the brain when cell phones are held up to the head.

“Radio frequency-modulated electromagnetic fields emitted by cell phones are largely absorbed by the head of the user.”

We already knew that energy fields like this can alter energy use inside the brain and affect active neurons.

“This energy absorption can influence brain sugar metabolism, and modulate neuronal excitability.”

One of the major controllers of appetite is the hypothalamus – which is a part of the brain.

“Body weight adjustment, in turn, is one of the main brain functions as food intake behavior and appetite perception underlie hypothalamic regulation.”

The hypothalamus has cells which produce proteins which cause us to feel hungry.

These are called neuropeptide Y and agouti-related peptide.

“Against this background, we questioned if cell phone radiation and food intake may be related.”

The researchers carried out a study in which young men were exposed to standard cell phone radiation for 25 minutes.

2 different cell phones were used.

In some cases the cell phones were switched off (the sham condition).

This was to see if there was a difference caused by the radiation when the cell phone was switched on.

“15 normal-weight young men were exposed to 25 min of radio-frequency EMFs emitted by two different cell phone types vs. sham radiation under fasting conditions.”

After 25 minutes of exposure to cell phone radiation, the researchers offered the participants a buffet meal.

Young men ate much more food after they had spent 25 minutes exposing themselves to cell phone radiation.

“Exposure to both cell phones strikingly increased overall caloric intake by 22–27% compared with the sham condition.”

Brain scans showed major alterations in energy metabolism in the brain after cell phone exposure.

“Measurements of the cerebral energy content, i.e., ATP and phosphocreatine ratios to inorganic phosphate, displayed an increase upon cell phone radiation.”

After analyzing what the men had eaten, the researchers discovered that they primarily ate more carbohydrates.

“Differential analyses of macronutrient ingestion revealed that higher calorie consumption was mainly due to enhanced carbohydrate intake.”

The brain is an energy hungry organ – and it loves the sugar supplied by carbohydrates…

…but it seems unlikely that the 25% increase in caloric intake could be used by the brain in such a short period of time.

Cell phone use may be a major factor in overeating and obesity.

“Our results identify radio-frequency EMFs as a potential contributing factor to overeating, which underlies the obesity epidemic.”

Not only that, but this radiation causes clear and major effects on brain metabolism, which may have other unforeseen consequences.

“EMFs-induced alterations of the brain energy homeostasis may put our data into a broader context because a balanced brain energy homeostasis is of fundamental importance for all brain functions.”

We are only now beginning to understand some of the effects of the electromagnetic fields which were introduced into our environment decades ago.

“Potential disturbances by electromagnetic fields may therefore exert some generalized neurobiological effects, which are not yet foreseeable.”

You should always consult your healthcare practitioner for guidance on medical diagnosis and treatment.

45 second magic bullet turns fat into muscle through thermogenesis

Can't see this image? Click on 'load images' or 'always allow images for this sender'

90 years ago, there was a simple supplement called Thermo 3 that turned fat into muscle without exercise.

It works through thermogenesis — where fat is burned up and exhaled as carbon dioxide.

Once word got out, newspapers started calling Thermo 3 the “magic bullet” of weight loss…

Bodybuilders were using Thermo 3 versions to cut weight.

Busy executives were using it to keep their energy levels high.

Husbands were using it to slim down and impress their wives in bed.

And single men were using it to attract beautiful young women at the bar.

But then they banned it — because it worked too well. It was threatening gyms and diet food brands and the whole weight loss industry.

So Thermo 3 went away… never to be heard of again.

Until now, when a new door has opened thanks to this 45 second activity that works just as well as Thermo 3 if not better…
