How to REALLY lose fat (and increase penile muscle)

What if you could lose fat and gain penile sensation and even penis size?

A new way to lose fat is just for men…it works by burning fat in place, where it sits in the fat cells.

Most dieting releases fat into the blood, where it can wreak havoc on testosterone levels.

Not this new way. This RAISES your testosterone…

And when your belly shrinks, guess what looks and feels bigger down there, LOL?

…your wife’s eyes will grow big in the bedroom as she sees the erection you are sporting…

Here’s how you can lose fat safely, and gain an impressive bigger, fatter penis

This technique renews the brain-penile connection

I get a lot of notes like this from men.

Doctors used to think that problems with women or erectile problems were all in a guy’s head.

And then the medical community did a complete 180 with the invention of Viagra and its cousins…

[cmamad id=”13760″ align=”center” tabid=”display-desktop” mobid=”display-desktop” stg=””]
Now they’re treating erectile dysfunction as a physical problem.

BUT… there is a serious brain/body connection with erections that doctors don’t really know about.

A brain-penile connection, really.

If you fix THAT problem, then you’ll gain confidence with women too.

I know it sounds weird, but it’s true. And here is at least part of the reason why.

This is going to seem a little unconnected at first, but read to the end… it’s good stuff.

Your body and your brain are not two separate things…

Humans like to classify stuff.

We like to say this animal is a dog and that one is a cat. And that’s good, as far as it goes.

But cats and dogs are both mammals with far more in common than any differences between them.

The same kind of thing is true for our body and our brain.

This study shows just how closely connected our bodies and our brains are.

When your brain gives your body a signal because of a decision you’ve made (or because of a reaction to something)…

…and you try to change your mind at the last minute…it doesn’t work.

“Stopping a planned behavior requires extremely fast choreography between several distinct areas of the brain…If we change our mind about taking that step even a few milliseconds after the original ‘go’ message has been sent to our muscles, we simply can’t stop our feet.”

Most people have experienced this when trying to stop a fall or trying to resist an impulse to, for example, eat cookies – or in my case white chocolate.

But the question is why is it so hard to STOP once you’ve started?

“The findings of Courtney’s team suggest it takes a lightning-fast interaction between two areas in the prefrontal cortex and another in the premotor cortex to stop, reverse, or otherwise change a plan already in progress.”

This means that the brain needs TIME to get the decision to take hold in whatever part of the body is taking the action.

And it gets even weirder.

Not only does the brain need time to change direction…

But if it doesn’t have enough time, part of the brain area executes on the previous command – NO MATTER WHAT OUR INTENT IS.

“There is even another brain area, Courtney says, that continues to process what we should have done if we are unable to stop. She jokingly calls it the ‘oops’ area.”

For most people with a well-functioning neurosystem, the difference between whether you do or you don’t is measured in teeny-tiny amounts of time.

If you take too long to change your mind… your body has no choice but to follow your brain’s original directions.

“If you attempt to change your mind after 100 milliseconds or less, you most likely can. If it takes you 200 milliseconds or more – that’s less than a quarter of a second – you’re still going through with the original plan.”

And this finding doesn’t just have implications for things like tripping or grabbing a box of cookies…

It also can influence addictive behavior.

In my opinion, this is why some of the focus activities that we teach men to fix their erection problems work so well.

“Knowing more about how the brain can stop an intended activity could also be revealing for those dealing with addictions…”

When you practice focus techniques you can retrain your brain’s neural pathways.

As we can see from this study, the neural pathways that your brain uses to embark on an action end up being the default mechanism in your brain.

The brain-penile connection.

When the brain-penile connection experiences interruptions – men have erectile dysfunction.

They aren’t feeling much.

Their penis and their brain aren’t communicating. And they aren’t having sex.

The key to bringing it all back is to fix the brain-penile connection.

My system is the ONLY system that combines simple diet and lifestyle changes with FIXING the brain-penile connection.

Over 21,262 men say “it works.”

Restore sensation and pleasure and hard erections tonight…

1. What is a natural metabolism booster?
Metabolism is the process by which the body converts the calories that we consume through foods, to energy. Proper metabolism is very important for the body since it helps to prevent unwanted weight gain and provides the required energy for the daily functioning of the body and other daily physical activities. A strong metabolism is required for the optimal functioning of the body such as for the immune system, maintaining fertility & a healthy sex drive, for a balanced brain functioning  and many other myriad functions.A well balanced diet which is rich in protein is a great metabolism booster. Those who are well fed usually have a greater metabolism rate than those who are not. High intensity interval training is a set of exercises that helps to boost the body’s metabolism compared to steady state workouts. Example of such exercises can be sprinting, cycling or burst training .This helps the body to burn calories even after the workouts are over, normally called the afterburn effect. To that note plenty of rest is also a natural metabolism booster. Resting enough between exercise days is very important so that the body rebuilds and balances itself from the fatigue and muscle loss that happens during strenuous exercises.Lifting weights is a great natural metabolism booster since it burns more calories than body fat does aiding in the creation of a leaner muscle mass. Resistance training is also a natural metabolism booster since it increases the rate of the metabolic work that the body does e.g Crossfit workouts or simple using the dumbbells.Green Tea is considered a natural metabolism booster, as it helps to convert the fat stored in the body into free fatty acids. Spicy foods such as Peppers has been found to boost metabolism levels, an effect of the principal compound found in them, capsaicin which can burn up to 10 calories per meal. Coffee has also been shown to help boost metabolism ( due to the compound Caffeine) ,thus making it a good factor which can contribute to weight loss and weight maintenance among people.

2. Is brain medicine safe to use?
Do a quick google search for “Smart medicine” and you would be astonished at the high interest for the so called smart drugs online. A lot of people are also using these brain enhancing drugs on a fairly daily basis to increase their mental capabilities. Some of the oldest brain stimulants are two compounds people are already aware of, nicotine and Caffeine. Not only does Coffee (which contains Caffeine) enhances the attention and alertness of a individual but is sometimes good for the body in the right proportions. Nicotine is habit forming but can lend the same alertness to the user, as does Caffeine. When we talk about “Brain medicine”, some of the most popular of them are Modafinil,Adhd medications like Amphetamine (Benzedrine, Adderall) and Methylphenidate (Ritalin) and the study drug Piracetam. These medications not only has its benefits in the sense of keeping the brain more alert and relaxed, but it has potential side effects too.Piracetam has been found to help people who suffer from anxiety and depression issues but one of its side effect is headache. Compared to other cognitive enhancing medications,Piracetam has low toxicity and few side effects.Modafinil sold under the brand name Provigil are usually given to individuals who suffer from physical conditions like work sleep disorder, narcolepsy and sleep apnea but it has been used a brain medicine since it helps to boost concentration and focus. It is also been known to improve planning and decision making. But the side effects of Modafinil may include headache, nausea and in many cases insomnia, anxiety, nervousness, hypertension and increased heart palpitations. The ADHD medications like Adderall and Ritalin increases the level of the neurotransmitters in the body such as dopamine and norepinephrine. These medications have been found to make the user feel alert and mentally clear. But some of the major side effects of these medications may include racing heartbeat, flu like symptoms and bladder pain. The other side effects of Ritalin are chest and joint pain, rashes, fever and in extreme cases can cause heart attack and strokes. It is better to have a doctor’s intervention or ask for a doctor’s advice when thinking to use brain enhancing pills. Though there is a increasing number of high time achievers who use brain medicine to boost their mental processes, some of the most safer alternatives are meditation and guided imagery and natural plant based nootropics.
