What if you did the opposite of what the government and doctors tell you? In this case of heart failure, you’ll be much healthier.

Here’s how any man can go for hours…

A Russian with a price on his head discovered an entirely new way to have sex with women.

A way that lets you last for hours.

A way that KILLS hard-on problems. A way that she has never experienced before.

A way that this troubled Russian found in an ancient lost book.

He barely escaped with his life just to reveal these sex secrets to the West.

After you apply what was found in this ancient book, she will want you inside her again and again. For HOURS at a time.

This is completely different from ANYTHING you’ve ever experienced. And here’s my testimonial on it…

I would disregard the government’s advice on this…

Congestive heart failure is extraordinarily common.

Emory University says that 5 million Americans have congestive heart failure and 1/2 million are diagnosed every year.

And maybe that’s because the advice they give us to prevent it is completely wrong.

None of that advice has helped congestive heart failure patients get any better.

It may slow down the progression, but congestive heart failure often turns into something worse.
[cmamad id=”13762″ align=”center” tabid=”display-desktop” mobid=”display-desktop” stg=””]

More than half of congestive heart failure patients die within five years of diagnosis.

Congestive heart failure is very poorly treated.

It’s quite possible, according to the study we are going to talk about today, that congestive heart failure is made worse because of the advice that is given to patients.

Here’s an easy way to understand congestive heart failure:

Think about it as a heart that is waterlogged.

There’s too much fluid around the heart – it’s drowning in fluid.

When something gets waterlogged it gets swollen.

The cells in the congestive heart are swollen with fluid.

This keeps the heart from beating efficiently. And eventually, it will drive the heart to ruin.

Sadly, the advice we get from doctors and the government is the worst.

Adults and children over the age of 14 eat less than 2,300 mg of sodium a day

They tell us to limit sodium.

But this study shows that the opposite actually works.

Long-term effects of dietary sodium intake on cytokines and neurohormonal activation inpatients with recently compensated congestive heart failure.

Admittedly, the study is very flawed because all of the patients were given chemicals.

But what makes it informative is that some of the patients were very salt-restricted (the conventional treatment), and others were not.

The researchers were shocked to find that…

“The low-sodium diet showed a significant activation of bad cytokines and worsening body hydration, whereas moderate sodium restriction maintained dry weight and improved outcome in the long term.”

The more salt the patients had, and the less water they drank, the healthier they became!

This is totally contrary to what doctors are advising us.

“Our results appear to suggest a surprising efficacy of increasing sodium intake and limiting fluid intake.”

Sadly they didn’t try giving the patients 5,000 mg or 6,000 mg of salt per day, which I think is a healthy amount for most men.

If they had, they might have seen even more patients fully recover from congestive heart failure.

This study shows that the conventional advice has been wrong all along.

Note that the study did limit salt intake overall, but the patients who were consuming more salt were healthier.

The next step would be to try not restricting salt at all and see what happens.
