Protecting your gut this way can prevent Alzheimer’s and dementia

Recently, I was speaking with a friend of mine whose father is suffering from Alzheimer’s

His dad only recognizes him some of the time, and it’s only getting worse.

Anytime a person is in a situation like this, it’s heartbreaking.

That’s because dementia and Alzheimer’s disease are conditions that are one of the SCARIEST outcomes of aging.

Dealing with it in a loved one is awful, but facing that as your future is terrifying.

None of us can stay young forever, but what if we could age well — with the minimum number of diseases possible?

This is something I’m super passionate about and go over in depth in my book Healthy to 120.

And what I’ve found is that in order to dodge the diseases of old age, it’s important to understand what CAUSES them.

And sometimes those causes are surprising…

The reason I’m so into causes (and why you should be too) is because Big Pharma doesn’t give a crap.

I think most of the time they’d rather sell you the products to TREAT diseases like asthma and dementia.

Instead of teaching you how to PREVENT disease.

There’s just more money in it for them treating the symptoms and not the cause.

And the BIG problem is that Big Pharma funds a lot of the research (not all of it, thank goodness) and provides a ton of training to doctors.

Meaning your doctors don’t always KNOW how to prevent disease even if they’re really well-intentioned — as most of them are.

Which is EXACTLY why we have to dig through the research in order to figure out what the cause of different diseases are and how to prevent them.

In the case of brain disease and asthma, fungi seem to be a major culprit in triggering the onset of MAJOR problems.

Candida overgrowth.

Candida albicans is normally found in the human body and isn’t dangerous under normal circumstances.

But overgrowth can cause infections.

Candida yeasts normally reside in the intestinal tract and can be found on mucous membranes and skin without causing infection; however, overgrowth of these organisms can cause symptoms to develop. Symptoms of candidiasis vary depending on the area of the body that is infected.

These infections can include thrush (a mouth infection), yeast infections (a vaginal infection), and invasive candidiasis (blood infection).

And we’re now finding out that the overgrowth of Candida albicans can also cross the blood brain barrier and cause memory problems in mice.

The researchers report in the journal Nature Communications the unexpected finding that the common yeast Candida albicans, a type of fungus, can cross the blood-brain barrier and trigger an inflammatory response that results in the formation of granuloma-type structures and temporary mild memory impairments in mice.

These memory impairments are caused by the formation of granuloma-type structures…

The SAME kind of structures that cause the brain-eating Alzheimer’s disease.

Much of the time Candida overgrowth starts in the gut — your stomach and intestines.

And that’s why gut health is so important.

Because it protects your body from the fungi (Candida overgrowth) that can lead to these diseases.

Interestingly, the granulomas share features with plaques found in Alzheimer’s disease, supporting future studies on the long-term neurological consequences of sustained C. albicans infection.

How to protect your gut.

Protecting your gut starts with some simple steps.

First, make sure you NEVER take probiotic treatments.

I know these things are ALL the rage, but they are really, really sucky because in many people they CAUSE Candida overgrowth.

There’s even a name for this effect — they call it small intestinal fungal overgrowth.

And that overgrowth floods your system with this fungi.

Second, eat tons of ripe fruit.

Fruit has all kinds of good stuff in it that allow your body to set up defenses against overgrowth of bacteria and make your gut WAY healthier.

If you can’t get ripe fruit, then bake the frozen kinds.

It’s yummy and has the same effect.

And there’s something else you can do for great gut health that may even improve rockiness…

—-Important Message About the Gut and Male Rockiness—-

My new gut protocol fights bacterial overgrowth and brings erections back in men

When the gut is overloaded with bacteria, it doesn’t just stay in the gut…

That bad bacteria starts to spread…

And it can work its way to the male member and interfere with the blood vessels lining the penile chambers.

That’s how gut problems cause erections problems in men.

But my new gut protocol — it fights back against bacteria overgrowth…

And it brings erections back by strengthening the epithelial and endothelial cells that line the penis…

Because when these cells are stronger and not being poisoned by bad bacteria, male blood flow improves…

In fact, I’ve had several of my students tell me their erections returned in just 5-7 days after starting my new gut protocol.

And you can try my new gut protocol for free today — fights bacterial overgrowth and helps bring erections back
