Thanks to a groundbreaking discovery out of MIT…

Men over 45 finally have an option besides just watching their testosterone drain away.

A tiny little microscopic life-form that breakthrough scientific research now suggests can:

Plump up your gonads and naturally boost your sex drive…

Automatically upgrade your metabolism to help you burn off the spare tire, so you get the lean, chiseled body that women lust for and men respect…

Give you a surge with youthful energy levels, focus, and that “glow” of dominant drive you enjoyed in your younger years…

And best of all… you don’t need to fill an Rx, swallow a tablet, or inject synthetic chemicals into your body to get it.

All you need is just 1 cup of THIS unique, creamy treat…1 cup for high octane sexual performance

This 1 food makes men’s bones stronger than iron

People tend to lose bone mass as they age.

This effect is a little more amplified in women than in men…

And there has been a lot of research showing that calcium can help women to maintain bone density as they age.

But men are at great risk of bone density problems too…

Falls and fractures can often mean the loss of independence and necessitate assisted living.

But there is some research carried out looking at the effect of calcium on bone strength in older guys.

The research shows that calcium is just as effective at protecting bone mass in men as it is in women.

The human research was carried out at the University of Auckland in New Zealand. The paper was published in JAMA Internal Medicine.

There are a large number of studies showing that calcium protects bones and women…

But there has not been so much research into the effect of calcium supplementation on bone density in men.

“There is no consistent evidence, to our knowledge, that calcium supplementation affects bone mineral density in men, despite male osteoporosis being a common clinical problem.”

So, these researchers carried out a long-term study looking at low-dose, high-dose or no calcium supplementation.

“We determined the effects of calcium supplementation (600 mg/d, 1200 mg/d, or placebo) on bone mineral density in men, by conducting a double-blind, randomized controlled trial.”

The study ran for 2 years – it is important to do long-term studies when looking at something like bone mineral density.

More than 300 men over the age of 40 took part in the research.

“The trial ran for a 2-year period at an academic clinical research center. A total of 323 healthy men at least 40 years old were recruited by newspaper advertisement.”

The average age was 57 – and more than 96% of the men completed the 2-year experiment.

There was a very significant increase in bone mineral density in men taking the higher dose of calcium compared to placebo.

1% to 1.5% increase over a couple of years in men of this age is massive.

“The bone mineral density increased at all sites in the group receiving calcium, 1200 mg/d, by 1% to 1.5% more than those receiving placebo.”

It is often best to get calcium from food supplements.

This amount of calcium can be found in about a quart of milk or 4 ounces of parmigiano Reggiano cheese.

These foods also contain other nutrients which help to protect bones.

The researchers found that the lower dose of calcium was ineffective.

“The results for the group receiving calcium, 600 mg/d, were not different from the placebo group at any bone mineral density site.”

Parathyroid is a hormone which triggers the release of calcium from the bones.

When parathyroid is high, bones are weak, and the calcium shifts from the bones into the soft tissue causing cardiovascular disease.

1200 mg of calcium significantly reduces parathyroid hormone – this explains how adequate calcium increases bone mineral density.

“There were dosage-related, sustained decreases in serum parathyroid hormone in the group receiving calcium, 1200 mg/d, at 2 years.”

Calcium is just as beneficial for bone health in men as it is in women.

“Calcium, 1200 mg/d, has effects on bone mineral density in men comparable with those found in postmenopausal women but a dosage of 600 mg/d is ineffective for treating.”

It is important to note that for people who tolerate dairy, dairy is a much better solution.

This is because dairy contains other nutrients which protect bones – nutrients like vitamin K2 and vitamin D.

I would not recommend supplementing calcium without those and other nutrients which are essential for bone metabolism.
