Designed for women but doubles a man’s testosterone

If the doctor gave you this treatment and told you that it is normally given to women to control their hormones, would you take it? (Hint: it might double your testosterone…)

——Important Message—–

Keith told me: “When I started your program, my testosterone level was 304.”

(That’s very low.)

We talked…And after a while he wrote me again:

“I just had them rechecked and in about 5 months’ time, they have more than doubled. Currently at 611 and rising.”

This man can expect to double his testosterone yet again…

And at the same time, he will lose flab effortlessly – and build lean muscle mass almost without even thinking about it.

Here’s what men like Keith are using to double or triple their testosterone, make impressive gains in penis size, and in their sex lives.

Designed for women but doubles a man’s testosterone

New research is showing that a treatment primarily used to treat breast cancer in women can actually raise testosterone levels in men – if their T is low due to obesity.

This is interesting. And that’s not just because the treatment actually works, but because of how it works in the male body.

What is letrozole?

Before we look at how letrozole works, let’s look at what it is used for now.

“This medication is used to treat certain types of breast cancer in women after menopause. Letrozole is also used to help prevent…cancer from returning.”

Letrozole is used for treating breast cancer because it is an aromatase inhibitor.

Aromatase inhibitors reduce estrogen in the body, and certain types of breast cancers grow in the presence of estrogen.

So why are they using an estrogen inhibitor to help men with testosterone?

Because men produce estrogen as well. Just in lower quantities than women’s bodies do.

In the body, testosterone can be converted to estrogen through a process called aromatase-dependent conversion.

And this phenomenon is particularly prevalent in obese men.

[cmamad id=”16430″ align=”center” tabid=”display-desktop” mobid=”display-desktop” stg=””]

“Morbid obesity is associated with increased estradiol production as a result of aromatase-dependent conversion of testosterone to estradiol.”

Estrogen-lowering treatments such as letrozole are used in men because the aromatase inhibitors will suppress some of the estrogens that are created from testosterone.

But I’m always skeptical about messing with the hormone balance in the body with Big Pharma chemicals.

In some cases, it really is necessary. But in many cases, it just screws up your hormones even more.

While this study is very interesting, only 10 men participated – it wasn’t a very big study.

So the results will have to be verified in other trials.

“Ten severely obese men, mean age 48.2 ± 2.3 years and body mass index 42.1 ± 2.6 kg/m2, were treated with letrozole for 6 weeks in doses ranging from 7.5 to 17.5 mg per week.”

The scientists wanted to find out if suppressing the aromatase-dependent conversion of testosterone and estrogen would raise testosterone levels. And it did.

Over the six weeks, it worked exceptionally well. At least for this limited group of men.

“Short-term letrozole treatment normalized serum testosterone levels in all obese men.”

And while this is promising research…I think that it mostly just points to the need to reduce estrogen in men’s bodies in order to make testosterone work better.

Thankfully, we can do this through natural means without having to rely on hormone-disrupting medications – at least in most cases.

Get rid of the estrogens that lurk in your environment.

The men in this study were already obese, but I have found that estrogen buildup often comes first and obesity follows.

Most men in modern societies have an imbalance of estrogen in their bodies.

This is because of several factors, and one of the big ones is plastics.

Plastics are highly estrogenic. We drink liquids from plastics all the time.

We also microwave food in plastics and use them as containers for nearly everything.

It’s hard to get rid of all plastics in your environment – but there are some you can get rid of right away.

First of all, don’t ever microwave anything in plastic.

Microwaving in plastic containers causes estrogenic chemicals to leach into your food.

Secondly, ditch the plastic drinking bottles.

Even Walmart now sells really nice reusable glass water bottles that have silicone sleeves to keep them from breaking.

By drinking from a glass container instead of plastic, you can avoid the chemicals that are in plastic that will leach into your water and other beverages.

It’s important to be aware of the extent to which estrogen actually influences your testosterone levels – and to limit environmental exposure as much as possible.

How to use DHT to get 30-minute erections

Synthetic testosterone can turn into feminizing estrogen in your body…

But DHT has the same properties as testosterone and DOES NOT turn into feminizing estrogen.

This study on DHT found “an improvement in potency, libido, and frequency of intercourse not found in the placebo group.”

Where to get DHT?

Your body can start making more of it naturally, with the help of a few simple activities (you don’t need to take anything).

Here are the simple activities for raising DHT and restoring amazing sexual performance…
