Penile blood fat

About one teaspoon of fat in the blood is enough to create insulin resistance, and also endothelial dysfunction…

When even a tiny amount of that blood fat hits the penile tissue, havoc ensues…

The name of this condition is endothelial dysfunction…

Endothelial dysfunction is inflammation of the penile chambers and inflammation of the blood vessels that feed blood to your penis…

And blood fat causes it…

I have found a unique solution to fixing blood fat – this fixes the erectile problems that men have… Men who have belly fat find that this fixes BOTH the belly fat and the ED!

Tiger nuts increase libido and testosterone

Cyperus esculentus, aka tiger nuts, are edible tubers that grow in many parts of the world.

Basically, these nuts are just another food source.

But people in India and the Middle East, also use them as a medicine.

In the Middle East, people use tiger nuts as a male aphrodisiac.

Preliminary research supports this idea – these things massively boost testosterone and sexual performance.

Researchers from the Department of Anatomy, Faculty of Medicine, Jordan University of Science & Technology, Jordan published this study’s results in The Journal of the International Society for Complementary Medicine Research.

This was the first study that scientifically investigated the validity of tiger nuts as an aphrodisiac.

[cmamad id=”18574″ align=”center” tabid=”display-desktop” mobid=”display-desktop” stg=””]

“Tiger nut is traditionally used in the Middle East to stimulate sexual arousal in men. However, there has been no scientific evidence about its assumed aphrodisiac properties.”

The scientists identified highly sexually active and moderately sexually active male rats.

The researchers gave some groups of rats raw tiger nut powder and they did not give the control group of rats any tiger nut powder.

“Highly active rats were treated with doses of 1 and 2 g/kg/d of raw tiger nut powder, while moderately active rats were treated with a dose of 2 g/kg/d.”

A month later, the scientists re-examined the sexual behavior and hormone levels of the animals.

Tiger nut increased sexual activity in all the animals who had it.

“Tiger nut stimulated sexual motivation in all rats, indicated by reduced time between intercourse in tiger nut supplemented rats compared to controls.”

Rats that began the study as moderately sexually active experienced improved sexual performance.

“Tiger nut improved sexual performance, indicated by increased intromission frequency and ratio in moderately sexually active rats.”

These strong findings provide scientific backing to the claim that tiger nuts are an effective aphrodisiac.

“The present study supports the hypothesis that tiger nuts have aphrodisiac activity, enhancing male sexual libido and performance.”

The rats who had tiger nut also had a massive increase in testosterone levels.

Testosterone plays a large role in sexual function and maintaining muscle mass.

“Serum testosterone levels increased significantly after tiger nut administration.”

Testosterone increased from 1.8 in the control group to 3.4 in the group given the highest dose of tiger nut.

30 days of supplementation with tiger nut almost doubled testosterone!

Scientists were curious as to why tiger nut improved sexual function and boosted testosterone.

They found a number of nutritional factors that could explain some of the benefits.

Tiger nut contains relatively high amounts of zinc, Vitamin C, and vitamin E.

All of these micronutrients can boost testosterone.

“Analyses revealed the presence of vitamin C, vitamin E, and mineral zinc in tiger nut.”

Vitamin C and vitamin E protect the testicles from oxidative damage.

This can lead to higher levels of male hormones and improved sexual function.

“The observed sexual improvements could be partially attributed to increased serum testosterone levels in male rats.”

Zinc blocks the conversion of testosterone to estrogen – effectively boosting testosterone and lowering estrogen…

So it is critical to male sexual function.

“This increase in testosterone level is most likely related to the presence of vitamins, and zinc in tiger nut, all of which have been shown to boost testosterone production.“

There is probably more going on with the benefits of tiger nut than can be attributed to the identified vitamins and minerals.

There is probably also at least one unknown aphrodisiac and testosterone booster in tiger nut.

“The exact mechanism by which tiger nut boosts testosterone levels is not entirely clear.”

You should consult a healthcare professional about treating and diagnosing sexual problems or testosterone deficiency.

Ketogenic diet – should you be on a keto diet?

Many of my students are asking about “keto” or “ketogenic” low-carb diets. Those diets are very trendy right now.

Meanwhile, millions of men are developing diabetic insulin resistance because of keto dieting – and here’s why.

Low carb “keto” diets damage the pancreas beta cells and can induce diabetic symptoms.

My diabetic special report shows you how you can eat high-carb foods and reverse your diabetes.

This works on proven science – science that Big Pharma prays you never read about…

They have no desire for you to reverse your diabetes. Thy only want you buying more treatments.

One of my many students wrote in recently:

See this special report on how to reverse diabetes without resorting to a dangerous low-carb diet…
