Eliminating a fatty liver protects your body from toxins (and may add decades to your life)

————-Important Message————-

One of my students has been with his girlfriend for a very long time…

But he’s not having as much sex anymore.

My student wants to reignite the relationship…and experience the best sex of his life… for the rest of his life…

That’s when he started using this “increased pleasure” method… It increases sexual pleasure and deepens the love between you.

This “increased pleasure” method gets you so horny… You’ll feel ready to have sex all night… and in the morning too, if you want.

Here’s what another one of my students had to say about my techniques:

Want to experience more sexual pleasure, more love…and enjoy sexual abundance for the rest of your life?

Then click here now to discover the simple “increased pleasure” technique…

THIS superfood “defats” your liver

25% of Americans have fatty liver.

And obese people are worse off: 80% of obese people have fatty liver.

Fatty liver is related to insulin resistance and metabolic syndrome.

Your liver is one of your most critical organs – it stores fuel and removes toxins.

Your liver also makes thyroid hormone – and you need that for a speedy, youthful metabolism.

But the liver is an easy organ to damage.

I believe most of the damage done to the liver begins with damage to the gut barrier.

It may seem weird that the liver and the gut are connected. But it’s true.

Here’s why the liver and gut are so connected: When the gut barrier fails, bacterial endotoxins leak through into your blood stream.

It’s the liver’s job to detoxify these poisons that spill into our bodies through the leaky gut.

[cmamad id=”18576″ align=”center” tabid=”display-desktop” mobid=”display-desktop” stg=””]

Bacteria that live in our digestive system produce these endotoxins.

Under normal circumstances, small amounts of endotoxin break away and get into the liver.

The liver can handle small amounts, no problem. However, large amounts are a problem.

Increased gut leakiness is a serious problem.

Our immune system detects endotoxins and reacts as it would to a complete bacteria.

The body responds to this alarm by increasing detoxification and inflammation in order to remove and destroy the “infection.”

And this is how chronic inflammation begins.

So keeping the levels of endotoxin-producing bacteria in check is important…

But the real trick is keeping most of the endotoxin in the gut, keeping that barrier sealed tight.

Some simple things can help you do this.

Surprisingly, coffee might be the most valuable player in protecting the liver from endotoxins.

These researchers at the University of Naples studied three groups of male rats.

They gave Group 1 a high-fat diet for five months. They gave Group 2 a high-fat diet for five months. But in the final month, they also gave Group 2 coffee.

And Group 3 ate a standard rat diet for five months – with no coffee.

Then the scientists measured the proteins that hold the gut barrier together, protecting the liver and everything else from endotoxins.

In the study, the high-fat diets reduced these proteins.

The high-fat diet caused leaky gut.

When they tested the animals that had coffee for the final month, guess what they found?

Coffee plugged the leaky gut.

“High-fat diet increases gut leakiness. Coffee is able to reduce this phenomenon.”

And here is some great news for men who are fatter than they would like to be…

Coffee also limited the weight gain caused by the high-fat diet.

The effect on body weight is no surprise, given how important the gut barrier is in limiting the inflammation caused by endotoxins…

And given how inflammation causes fat.

Yes, it’s true. Gut inflammation hurts the liver. And it also causes obesity, diabetes, Alzheimer’s, depression, fibrosis, and a whole lot more.

So how does coffee work such miracles on the liver and the body?

“…coffee is a complex mixture of about 1,000 compounds.”

It’s not the caffeine either… This experiment used decaffeinated coffee.

So, in this study, the positive benefits from the coffee can’t be from the caffeine.

Perhaps the biggest benefit of coffee was how it healed the liver and removed the fat from the fatty liver…

“…modulation of leaky gut may be assumed as a further mechanism underpinning the ability of coffee to reduce fatty liver.”

Scientists also measured the bacterial alarm system that endotoxins trigger.

And yes, it turns out that the mechanism that improves the gut barrier is lowering the alarm response and thus lowering inflammation.

“Coffee is associated with improved liver function… It has positive effects on liver enzymes, improvement of fatty liver and fibrosis, and reduced risk of scarring and carcinoma.”

But what happens in humans when the gut barrier fails?

In this study, the scientists looked at 165 children – some obese, some with advanced fatty liver, and some considered healthy.

They examined the types of bacteria in the children’s guts.

The bacteria in the guts of the obese and fatty liver groups were quite similar to each other. That’s not surprising.

However, they were both quite different from the normal group in other ways.

The children with fatty liver had leaky gut – their gut flora were damaging the barrier and causing liver damage.

Certain types of gut flora weaken the gut barrier and can increase the leakiness of the gut.

This damages the liver, causing obesity, insulin resistance, Alzheimer’s, fibrosis, and much more.

Coffee protects the gut barrier, protecting the liver, keeping people leaner and healthier.

It’s a real superfood.

My embarrassing tennis story

Ed teaches tennis often to sexy young ladies. The other day he told me this story. (This is a composite story that some men report.)

“Matt, I was standing just behind this young lady. Her nanny was watching the baby and we were at the park where I teach.

“I’m helping her learn the serve, in slow motion.

“So I’m moving her arms with my arms. And I’m inhaling her scent and I suddenly realize that I’m uncomfortably hard down there…and she knows it too.

“This happens ALL THE TIME now, Matt. It’s downright embarrassing. I have been reading and following what you say. And now I’m getting erections back that I remember having all the time as a young man.”

The truth is, for a man, erections are key to health.

You can live to 120 with a healthy and sexy life, just by following the simple tips here…

And most men will find that their health improves, they can live decades longer, and they can have sex multiple times a night again.

This is what I am doing to live to 120, have perfect health, and get erections all the time now – it’s crazy how well it’s working
