Can this beatget you rocky?

Ever seen a cobra dance at the sound of a flute?

How about a dolphin that flips at a whistle?

It’s astonishing how sounds can command muscles to move.

Just like how a snake charmer plays a tune, what if there’s a very special beat…

… that can charm the “trouser snake” out of your crotch?

Is this even possible…

Can you really get erections at the sound of this beat?

Death by frozen food aisle?

Hey, Matt Cook here, and it’s bonkers to me that the medical profession doesn’t pay more attention to food.

Instead they push treatment after treatment, keeping us treated… but not actually very healthy.

It’s profitable for them, but not very good for us.

And this is crazy, in my opinion. I think the medical establishment should be focused on our health, not just our symptoms.

For example, our guts are highly influenced by what we eat, and can dramatically influence how healthy or sick we are.

And ultra-processed foods are particularly terrible for men. They’ve been linked to obesity and overall poor health.

Now, they are also linked to poor mood.

A study of 10,359 adults 18 and older found those who consumed the most ultra-processed foods as compared with those who consumed the least amount had statistically significant increases in the adverse mental health symptoms of mild depression, ‘mentally unhealthy days’ and ‘anxious days.’ They also had significantly lower rates of reporting zero ‘mentally unhealthy days’ and zero ‘anxious days.’

The awful thing about this is that a huge portion of the modern food supply is made up of packaged foods that are categorized as ultra-processed.

It’s estimated that 70% of pre-packaged food fits into the ultra processed category.

More than 70 percent of packaged foods in the U.S. are classified as ultra-processed food and represent about 60 percent of all calories consumed by Americans

That means that most people eat at least some ultra processed foods and many people eat exclusively ultra processed foods.

It’s no wonder. These so-called foods are easy, cheap, and convenient.

Although ultra-processed foods are convenient, low cost, quick to prepare or ready-to-eat, these industrial formulations of processed food substances (oils, fats, sugars, starch, protein isolates) contain little or no whole food.

They don’t contain much actual food, and they are full of chemical additives that make them addictive and terrible for you.

They result from extensive ‘physical, biological, and chemical processes’ that create food products that are deficient in original and natural food. Ultra-processed foods typically include flavorings, colorings, emulsifiers and other cosmetic additives.

If you eat this stuff on a regular basis, you are far less likely to have a happy and satisfied life…

…and you’re much more likely to feel anxious on a regular basis.

To me, this is a recipe for disaster.

Your body needs good nutrition to work at its best, but ultra-processed foods don’t give it good nutrition.

Instead, you get a whole bunch of crappy chemicals and empty calories.

“The ultra-processing of food depletes its nutritional value and also increases the number of calories, as ultra-processed foods tend to be high in added sugar, saturated fat and salt, while low in protein, fiber, vitamins, minerals and phytochemicals,” said Eric Hecht, M.D., Ph.D., corresponding author and an affiliate associate professor in FAU’s Schmidt College.

It’s actually not difficult to eat well. You can be a vegetarian, a vegan, or a meat eater and eat well if you know the right formulas.

You don’t even have to cut out carbs!

Food is something that I pay close attention to, because it’s so important for good health.

I’m very careful about what I put into my body…

…and if you want to live a long, healthy and fulfilling life then you should be careful about it as well.

Erase 20 years of old age with this 1 food?

I know it sounds crazy, but there’s 1 food that very old and vital men are eating — and they’re often living to 100, 110 or even 120…

While many so-called health gurus are dropping dead at 50 or 60 by AVOIDING this one food…

Here’s the 1 food — are you eating it or are you avoiding it?
