Nearly 100 years ago, manufacturing companies started contaminating food with a toxic killer chemical

And now today, it’s in almost every single food item we eat.

It’s in fast food, organic food, so-called “healthy” foods — every single food at the grocery store is full of this toxic chemical.

And it’s doing terrible things to men’s bodies…like poisoning the brain’s neurological hotspots, leading to Alzheimer’s and dementia…

And unfortunately, there’s no easy way to avoid eating this killer lipid nowadays because it’s in too much of the food supply!

BUT — I have discovered a way to safely destroy this killer lipid once it enters our bodies…

…BEFORE it gets in the bloodstream and wreaks havoc in our cells and organs.

This is how to destroy the killer lipid before it causes Alzheimer’s

Deadly health scourge hiding on your pantry shelf

In the United States, we love ultra-processed foods.

Walk into any grocery store and you will see aisles of chips, crackers, cookies, candy, frozen pizza, and other easy-to-prep, highly processed food.

This stuff is very profitable and it’s made by Big Food to be addictive.

Which means it’s tough to stop eating ultra-processed food once you start.

The big problem with this type of food is not that it tastes bad — in fact, most people find it to be very yummy.

The big problem is that it’s terrible for you.

The health consequences of eating this stuff on a regular basis are profound.

There are several studies that link ultra-processed food to bad health outcomes.

I believe there are several reasons for ultra-processed foods being terrible for your body…

…but I think that the top one is that ultra-processed food is full of PUFA fats – which cause internal inflammation and other health problems.

Honestly, you should avoid eating PUFA fats as much as possible – even if you aren’t eating ultra-processed foods.

Adults who eat the most ultra-processed foods have the highest risk for all-cause mortality.

To put that in plain English, your risk of dying is 19% higher if you eat a lot of ultra-processed foods.

Adults with the lowest quality diet, as measured using the FSAm-NPS dietary index (underpinning the Nutri-Score), and the highest ultra-processed food consumption (NOVA classification) were at the highest risk for all cause and cardiovascular mortality.

In addition, ultra-processed food increases the risk of developing colon cancer.

Men who eat the most ultra-processed food have a 29% higher risk of developing colon cancer compared to people who ate very little ultra-processed food.

Adults with the lowest quality diet, as measured using the FSAm-NPS dietary index (underpinning the Nutri-Score), and the highest ultra-processed food consumption (NOVA classification) were at the highest risk for all cause and cardiovascular mortality.

Finally, ultra-processed food completely messes up your metabolism and can make you fat.

It also increases your risk of high blood pressure, and high cholesterol and can put you at risk of diabetes!

Four of five studies found that higher purchases or consumption of ultra-processed food was associated with overweight/obesity. Additional studies reported relationships between ultra-processed food intake and higher fasting glucose, metabolic syndrome, increases in total and LDL cholesterol, and risk of hypertension.

There is a ton of research on this, so it’s AMAZING to me that so many weight loss “programs” feature ultra-processed food as part of their program.

You see programs like Nutrisystem, Weight Watchers and Atkins that all have tons of ultra-processed foods.

But since there is a lot of money to be made in ultra-processed foods, and less to be made selling real food products…

the weight loss companies sell ultra-processed food…

Even though there is OVERWHELMING evidence that they mess up your metabolism.

You don’t have to make complicated meals to avoid ultra-processed food.

You can prepare simple meals that are made from simple ingredients and eliminate the risks of ultra-processed food.

That’s what I do.

I find that it’s easy, and my health stays good because I’m not dumping junk into my gut everyday.

What you eat is so important to your health.

Make sure you are choosing things that will help you instead of hurt you.

Why former vegan Bear Grylls HATES vegetables now and ONLY eats meat

The famous survival man Bear Grylls used to be a proud vegan…

But now he ONLY eats meat.

He won’t eat grains, he won’t eat wheat, and he won’t eat vegetables.

Why?

He says vegetables “are really not good for you” and that they destroyed his kidney health.

But here’s the thing…

Bear Grylls is just another celebrity jumping from one fad diet after another…

The truth is — ALL of these so-called “gurus” are wrong.

I’ve studied men living past 100 with excellent health and vitality…

…men who smoke, drink, and have sex almost every day…

And the one thing these men all had in common was 1 single food they were all eating…

And it wasn’t vegetables. And it wasn’t meat…

Here’s the 1 food
