Scientists have discovered a simple and easy “brain hack” to almost instantly reverse arousal problems…

Contrary to what your doctor has told you, getting rocky has nothing to do with testosterone levels or anxiety…

And it’s not a blood flow problem either…

However, new science does reveal your brain has a “control switch” that determines whether you get stiff — or suffer from embarrassing limpness.

And inside this short controversial video Big Pharma wants banned, you’ll discover a new approach to immediately enhance your rockiness…

…while increasing stamina, duration, and fullness practically on demand.

These vitamin-rich foods are doubling and tripling penile blood flow

Vitamin K is one of the most important nutrients for cardiovascular health.

But vitamin K breaks down into a number of different individual nutrients.

Most well-known is vitamin K1 – which comes from leafy green vegetables.

Vitamin K2 comes from the bacterial modification of K1.

This can be done in the human gut, but vitamin K2 can also be obtained from fermented foods and animal foods.

K2 MK-4 is the most well studied form of vitamin K2 – and well proven to have profound beneficial effects on the cardiovascular system.

However, there is also evidence that the MK-7 form of vitamin K2 also has beneficial cardiovascular effects.

MK-7 is found in foods like natto, sauerkraut, kefir, and some cheeses, including edam.

The human research was carried out at Maastricht University in The Netherlands. This paper was published in Thrombosis and Haemostasis.

There is now a large body of evidence showing the profound beneficial effects of vitamin K2 MK-4 on the cardiovascular system.

“Observational data suggest a link between menaquinone (vitamin K2) intake and cardiovascular health.”

The researchers set out to find more about its less well studied cousin – K2 MK-7.

“However, MK-7 intervention trials with vascular endpoints are lacking.”

The researchers carried out a high quality, placebo-controlled human trial looking at the effect of a vitamin K2 MK-7 supplement on arterial stiffness.

Elevated arterial stiffness is one of the best independent predictors of future cardiovascular events.

“We investigated long-term effects of MK-7 (180 µg/day) supplementation on arterial stiffness in a double-blind, placebo-controlled trial.”

The researchers tracked different markers of arterial stiffness over the years of the trial.

“Indices of local carotid stiffness were measured.”

The study showed that vitamin K2 MK-7 was effective at reducing arterial stiffness.

The nutrient was particularly effective in people who had stiffer arteries to begin with.

“After three years of MK-7 supplementation the Stiffness Index significantly decreased in the K7 group, whereas distension, compliance, distensibility and local carotid PWV improved in women having a baseline Stiffness Index above the median.”

The researchers also looked at levels of an important protein called dp-ucMGP.

dp-ucMGP is an important marker for cardiovascular health and the activity of vitamin K2.

Elevated levels of dp-ucMGP are associated with increased cardiovascular risk and deterioration of kidney function in chronic kidney disease.

Vitamin K2 MK-7 supplementation led to a significant decrease in this risk-associated protein.

“MK-7 decreased dp-ucMGP by 50 % compared to placebo, but did not influence the markers for acute phase and endothelial dysfunction.”

Overall, the research shows that vitamin K2 MK-7 is very promising in the prevention of cardiovascular disease…

Much like its more well-known relative, vitamin K2 MK-4.

“In conclusion, long-term use of MK-7 supplements improves arterial stiffness in healthy postmenopausal women, especially in women having a high arterial stiffness.”

Both MK-4 and MK-7 are found in decent amounts in certain cheeses and in some fermented foods, particularly natto.

These cardio-protective nutrients are also found in the liver…

…although we don’t have a huge amount of data as to the average levels of these nutrients in the liver just yet.

It’s also possible to buy supplements of both of these forms of vitamin K.

There’s a lot more research on MK-4 and so this is the vitamin K supplement I would use for the time being.

In fact that’s what I use myself, just vitamin K2 MK4.

If you want great blood flow down there, it’s essential that you get enough vitamin K2 — and not just any K2, but the right kind of K2.

The right kind of vitamin K2 clears the arteries out, removing any blockages and putting calcium deposits back into the bones where they belong.

This improves blood flow almost immediately — especially down there where men need good blood flow the most.

Plus, as an added bonus, having the right amount of vitamin K2 in the body reduces the chance of heart disease by more than 50%:

But here’s the thing — men should get the right kind of vitamin K2 from foods, NOT supplements.

So here are 5 deliciously simple foods that boost the right kind of vitamin K2 levels for better blood flow and better boners
