Harvard study shows men can poop out 1.27 lbs fat per week

New research has discovered a groundbreaking gene hack allowing your body to deflect fat and poop out up to 1.27 extra pounds of fat per week.

In fact, it helped one man named Jeremy “poop out” an astonishing 26 pounds!

That’s because it trains your body to poop out fat instead of turning it into squishy body fat.

Studies show that it can…

  • Shrink existing fat cells by up to 28%…
  • Boost fat loss by up to 427%…
  • And even block new fat from forming…

Discover how to poop the fat out — up to 26 pounds!

Oranges contain compounds that improve gut health…

And this has knock-on effects for blood sugar regulation and the risk of type 2 diabetes.

Potassium, sugar, and healthy fiber are some other major benefits of eating oranges and other citrus fruits.

These elements can contribute to fat loss and improved insulin sensitivity.

I have many reasons for eating oranges as often as possible.

But recently I discovered a new benefit of oranges and other citrus fruits.

Japanese researchers discovered that when they fed mice an extract of citrus fruit called obacunone, those mice gained muscle.

The surprising animal experiments were carried out at the Research and Development Division of Kikkoman Corporation, Chiba, Japan.

The findings were published in Biochemical and Biophysical Research Communications.

Citrus fruits contain a lot of interesting compounds.

This study looked at one often-overlooked citrus compound called obacunone.

“Obacunone is a limonoid that is predominantly found in citrus.”

The compound is found in oranges and many other types of citrus fruit.

Similar compounds found in oranges have been shown to have profound effects on metabolic problems such as type 2 diabetes.

Hesperidin and naringenin are among the most well researched.

The researchers were curious about the metabolic effects of obacunone.

“Although various biological activities of limonoids have been reported, little is known about the beneficial effects of obacunone on metabolic disorders.”

So they carried out some animal experiments to see how obacunone affects major metabolic parameters.

The researchers were primarily interested in type 2 diabetes, metabolic syndrome, and insulin resistance.

“We examined the effects of dietary obacunone supplementation on obese mice, to clarify the function of obacunone in metabolic regulation.”

The researchers used two groups of obese, adult mice.

They gave one group a supplement of obacunone from citrus fruit.

“Mice were pair-fed a normal diet either alone or supplemented with 0.1% w/w obacunone for 28 days.”

And they had a number of encouraging results with the obacunone.

Animals given the supplement had lower HbA1c levels.

(That’s hemoglobin A1c, a test for blood sugar levels.)

And that’s not all.

The supplement also seemed to improve blood sugar regulation.

White adipose tissue decreased in the animals given the citrus supplement…

Yes, they lost fat.

None of this is surprising…

Many other citrus compounds do similar things, which is why I’m so fond of oranges.

Though the animals lost fat, they did not lose body weight.

“Obacunone-fed mice had lower HbA1c, blood glucose, and white adipose tissue weight, although there was no significant difference in body weight.”

The reason the animals maintained their body weight while losing fat was because they gained muscle mass.

The animals given the citrus-derived supplement developed more muscle mass in their larger muscles.

“Obacunone treatment also significantly increased the weight of the gastrocnemius and quadriceps muscles.”

Obacunone stimulates fat loss and muscle growth at the same time.

“These results suggest that obacunone stimulates muscle hypertrophy and prevents obesity and hyperglycemia.”

The researchers carried out further investigations to try and understand how this effect happens.

They found that, as with many of the effects of citrus fruits, the compound was active in the digestive system.

Obacunone stimulated bile acids to produce a protein that causes muscle growth.

“Obacunone stimulated the transcriptional activity of the bile acids-specific G protein-coupled receptor, TGR5, in a dose-dependent manner.”

TGR5 is not a well-known protein – but it is clearly proven to accelerate muscle growth.

“Obacunone stimulates muscle hypertrophy and these beneficial effects are likely to be mediated through the activation of TGR5.”

Refined obacunone is already on the market…

It is sold for its ability to improve insulin control and decrease body fat.

But building muscle seems to be another benefit of this citrus compound.

Yet another reason to enjoy ripe, fresh oranges!

You should always consult a healthcare practitioner about treating and diagnosing health-related problems.

Here’s how to kick start your body for better health and a better sex life

What is the biggest difference between youth and old age?

Metabolism.

Young people are always full of energy and in great health because they have hot, high metabolisms.

They burn sugar for energy.

However, older men get cold and sluggish and their metabolisms slow down.

And they burn only fat for energy.

And this opens them up to weight gain, “rockiness” problems, diabetes, prostate issues, and even cancer.

So how do you restore a hot, high metabolism?

Simple — just use this sippy cup activity to kickstart your body into burning sugar again and enjoy better health and better sex life.
