Most men have high estrogen – here’s how I fixed mine

A few years ago, on a lab result, my estrogen was through the roof.

And my doctor didn’t care – he said I should lose weight and take a statin.

So I started researching everything I could find about estrogen.

Turns out, men who have a bit of a belly almost always have high estrogen.

AND this leads to sexual dysfunction, erection problems…

So after a lot of trial and error and reading, I discovered a simple way to lower my estrogen levels. And I use it constantly.

Best of all, my wife LOVES the “new me” with low estrogen because the difference in my body is SO VISIBLE when we have sex.

Click here to see how I lowered my estrogen and improved EVERYTHING – including my sex life…

The 10-Minute Secret to an Exceptional Memory

“Go big or go home.”

In America, we like to watch shows like American Ninja Warrior and we pretty much worship professional athletes like Michael Phelps, Lebron James, and Tom Brady.

This can have the effect of creating a “false dichotomy” where we think we have to be either an elite athlete or a couch potato – and there’s nothing in between.

But there’s a lot of room between peak athletic levels and no exercise at all.

And I’m going to show you in this article how much those “in between” levels can benefit you.

[cmamad id=”20538″ align=”center” tabid=”display-desktop” mobid=”display-desktop” stg=””]

That’s because mild and regular exercise can have huge positive impacts on your memory and your health.

And, even better news, you don’t have to be an elite athlete or give up your entire life to the gym in order to get big benefits from mild exercise.

Want to have a better memory? Get up and get moving.

Nearly everybody knows someone who has struggled with memory loss or maybe who is just a little bit “ditzy” and forgets where they put their keys or their coat.

Being ditzy is annoying, but it’s not the end of the world.

However, when your memory (or a loved one’s memory) really starts to go, it can be scary, heartbreaking, and dangerous.

Protecting our memory is one of the most important things we can do for ourselves as we age.

Nobody wants to end up in a nursing home unable to recognize their kids.

One of the easiest ways to protect your memory is to get up and move about a bit.

It’s amazing how much even small amounts of movement can impact your health, your memory, and your body.

Crazily enough, as little as 10 minutes of mild exertion a day can make a difference.

“…the researchers discovered that a single 10-minute period of mild exertion can yield considerable cognitive benefits.”

This kind of mild activity doesn’t just create a better experience of memory – it physically affects the way your brain works.

Exercise creates better connectivity to the detailed memory processing sections of your brain.

And that is pretty freaking awesome if you ask me.

“Using high-resolution functional magnetic resonance imaging, the team examined subjects’ brains shortly after exercise sessions and saw better connectivity between the hippocampal dentate gyrus and cortical areas linked to detailed memory processing.”

The reason this connectivity in the hippocampus is so important is that the hippocampus functions in the creation of new memories – helping to keep your short-term memory intact.

And it’s short-term memory that usually goes first in cases of dementia and Alzheimer’s.

So, protecting your body’s ability to process short-term memory is crucial.

“The hippocampus is critical for the creation of new memories; it’s one of the first regions of the brain to deteriorate as we get older – and much more severely in Alzheimer’s disease.”

One of the best things about short sessions of mild exercise is that the results are immediate.

They don’t take a long time to have an effect.

Which gives you a GREAT feedback mechanism to keep you motivated.

“What we observed is that these 10-minute periods of exercise showed results immediately afterward.”

And the exercise does not have to be particularly strenuous either.

Activities such as walking, tai chi, and mild yoga can have a significant positive effect.

It’s a good idea to pick an active activity or three that you like to do and do them consistently.

Personally, I pace while I’m on the phone.

My brain seems to function better and I know it’s good for my health.

“People who include a little yoga or tai chi in their day may be more likely to remember where they put their keys.”

All in all, the “in between” moderate levels of physical activity are extremely beneficial to your memory.

They help your brain make important new connections that strengthen short-term memory.

It’s worth it to get more physical activity in your life – even if it’s only 10 minutes a day.

Here is the baking soda protocol that everyone is talking about…

This special way of using baking soda – yes ordinary baking soda – is getting everyone talking.

Because this way of using baking soda can prevent and cure Alzheimer’s disease in men over 40… And it only costs 89 cents…

And now scientists are saying it helps you recover faster from workouts, improves your sleep, raises sexual potency, and even fixes heart disease and cancer…

Does exercise improve memory and concentration?

Exercise surely does improve the mental state.Have you ever thought, why you feel elated after a morning walk? Or why do you feel so refreshed after that pool dip?Well, science can help better understand this subject. The human body was essentially created to move. We were not meant to sit on our desks for long periods sitting behind the screen and just read health articles and still wonder, why we are not in our optimal health.Get off your ass. Take a jog or just go to walk in the park with your dog. “Laziness and inactivity will kill you far sooner, than a nuke”, says a Medical researcher. This can be no farther than the truth. Exercise not only boosts the muscles and the blood flow in the body but it also leads to the growth of new cells and helps to improve the oxidation of the blood. Not only that, Exercise has a direct effect on the brain cells of the body.So how does Exercise improve the brain function? Does Exercise improve memory and concentration too ?Let us find out.According to Harvard men’s health watch, “Exercise is a excellent way to protect and even boost brain health”. “The best approach is to follow a moderately intense exercise regimen that is regular.Exercise not only strengthens the muscles of the body, but also improves the flow of oxygen throughout the different organs in the body. Not only does a regular regimen helps keep the blood pressure levels in check, but it also improves the energy levels and lifts the mood. It lowers anxiety levels and also keeps the body weight in check. Exercise also release specific chemical compounds which stimulate the brain regions that are related to memory. New cells are formed and it also helps the existing brain cells regenerate.According to the University of British Columbia, Aerobic exercise was found to increase the size of the Hippocampus. Hippocampus is the part of the brain that is directly related to verbal memory and learning. What could be a perfect exercise regimen for a normal person?Half an hour of moderate exercises done everyday can be very beneficial for overall health. You can choose between going for a swimming session or a simple jog in your neighborhood park. Aerobic exercises help to boost energy levels more rapidly and are a perfect way to keep your brain health optimal.Did you know that alternative practices like Tai Chi or even Yoga can do miracles to your brain cells? For Individuals who suffer from Dementia, this could be a perfect solution. In a recently conducted study, done on a group of people who followed a daily regimen of yoga and meditation, people reported a gradual drop of their stress levels. Interestingly, tests found that the size of amygdala, the specific part of the brain that process strain, stress and anxiety reduced in size over a course of time.As much as 50 million people suffer from Dementia worldwide. Memory loss and confusion usually destabilizes a person more than any other disease. Regular physical exercise, which re not intensive is a great approach to reduce stress, anxiety and re-engineer new brain cells, thus reducing brain damage in the future. Some medical studies show that people who regularly exercise have a much developed Prefrontal cortex and Medial temporal cortex. These specific areas of the brain govern concentration and memory. “Engaging in any kind of medium intensive exercises, for a period as less as 6 months, can cause an increase in the volume of specific brain centers”, a neurologist at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital shares.Medical researchers say. that regular exercises can stop the onset of early aging and delay dementia. This is more important for Older and Mature individuals. It is important to develop a exercise habit early on, since the true benefits of exercise ,only comes with a bit of time and discipline. There are a variety of exercise choices available now. If one is averse to swimming or don’t have the time for a long walk, once can choose simple activities like stair climbing. Try a game of Tennis with your pals’ everyday or maybe try a game of squash.
