When are pizza, burgers, and ice cream healthy foods to eat?

I’m NOT a big fan of the low carb / high fat diets that are SO popular right now.

There are a ton of diets on the market — Atkins, Keto, Carnivore, and other brand names that promote a high fat, low carb diet plan.

These things are popular because they work in the short term and do help people lose weight, but in the long term they are very damaging to your body.

The problem is that excessive fat isn’t good for you. It can affect your health, but it also can affect your attention and your ability to focus.

In fact, overall gut health can really negatively affect your ability to focus.

The Effect of a Fatty Meal on Attention is Almost Instant

In this study they gave the participants different meals — 1 group was high fat. And then they gave the participants a test to see how each group focused.

After eating the meal high in saturated fat, all of the participating women were, on average, 11 percent less able to detect target stimuli in the attention assessment. Concentration lapses were also apparent in the women with signs of leaky gut: Their response times were more erratic and they were less able to sustain their attention during the 10-minute test.

The researchers were surprised by how FAST the fatty meal affected brain function. It was nearly instantly that the participants started seeing cognitive decline.

“Most prior work looking at the causative effect of the diet has looked over a period of time. And this was just one meal — it’s pretty remarkable that we saw a difference,” said Annelise Madison, lead author of the study and a graduate student in clinical psychology at The Ohio State University.

But I’m not surprised. I’ve done A LOT of research on this and high fat diets are terrible for human health.

Fat intake seems to have a direct impact on brain function.

“It could be that fatty acids are interacting with the brain directly. What it does show is the power of gut-related dysregulation,” she said.

I NEVER recommend that people eat a high fat diet. What I usually recommend is a very low fat, high carb diet.

Another thing this study looked at was a leaky gut…

A leaky gut is exactly what it sounds like. It means your gut leaks.

Inside our bellies, we have an extensive intestinal lining covering more than 4,000 square feet of surface area. When working properly, it forms a tight barrier that controls what gets absorbed into the bloodstream. An unhealthy gut lining may have large cracks or holes, allowing partially digested food, toxins, and bugs to penetrate the tissues beneath it. This may trigger inflammation and changes in the gut flora (normal bacteria) that could lead to problems within the digestive tract and beyond. The research world is booming today with studies showing that modifications in the intestinal bacteria and inflammation may play a role in the development of several common chronic diseases.

People with leaky guts are more likely to get disease.

They are also more likely to have cognitive problems.

Participants with leakier guts performed worse on the attention assessment no matter which meal they had eaten.

The bottom line here is that having a proper diet and taking care of gut health is EXTREMELY important to your overall health, as well as your mental acuity.

Taking care of your gut is taking care of your health. It’s one of the most important things you can do.

Men with leaky guts usually have erections problems — here’s how to fix both

I’ve discovered a weird connection between a man’s gut and his member…

It turns out that men with gut problems — constipation, diarrhea, leaky gut, acid reflux… these men also have erections problems…

And these erections problems are usually very stubborn and don’t respond to traditional treatments…

…or even some of my other protocols that help thousands of other men with their rockiness…

So I’ve been researching gut problems and discovered that when a man starts having too few or too many bowel movements, it’s like a canary in a coalmine…

It’s a big sign that your erections problems are caused by toxins in your gut.

So I’ve come up with a simple, natural protocol men can do at home to fix a leaky gut…

…and by cleaning up your gut this way, you will restore good, strong erections again.

Even if it’s been months or years since you got rocky.

Even if you’ve tried all kinds of other erections treatments before.

Here’s my brand new and FREE gut protocol for men who want better rockiness
