Lung spirometry test

One of the terms you’ll hear thrown around in medical circles is comorbidity.

It sounds complex and scary, but it really just means having more than one type of problematic health condition at a time.

Comorbidity is defined as the co-occurence of more than one disorder in the same individual.

Having multiple health problems is EXTREMELY common…

And as more health problems emerge in the same individual, they get more difficult and more expensive to treat. It’s estimated that 80% of the Medicare spending in the United States goes to people with 4 or more health conditions.

Health care increasingly needs to address the management of individuals with multiple coexisting diseases, who are now the norm rather than the exception.1 In the United States, about 80% of Medicare spending is devoted to patients with 4 or more chronic conditions, with costs increasing exponentially as the number of chronic conditions increases.

There are lots of examples of comorbidities, mostly because lots of diseases stem from the same or similar causes.

One of the hidden factors that seems to spin off into a lot of other diseases is lung function. In a study coming out of the University of Bristol in the UK, researchers followed 350,000 UK adults for a period of 12 years.

These adults had a lung spirometry test at the beginning of the study. This is a test that measures lung capacity.

Previous research has suggested that a particular pattern of low-scoring lung capacity tests known as a PRISm, calculated from forced expiration into a spirometer, is a precursor of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).

What the researchers found was that lower lung capacity resulted in higher rates of obesity, and cardiovascular problems.

The team found 38639 (11 per cent) of 351874 participants were identified as having PRISm and this was strongly associated with obesity, smoking and patient reported doctor-diagnosed asthma. PRISm was strongly associated with symptoms and comorbidity including increased risk of breathlessness and cardiovascular disease.

They also found that lower lung function INCREASED the risk of death.

“Our results found that PRISm was associated with breathlessness, multimorbidity, and increased risk of death, which does not seem to be explained by smoking, obesity, or existing lung disease.”

The researchers don’t give an explanation for WHY they think this is happening, just that it’s happening. But I think that if you have poor lung function, then you’re likely to get other diseases…

Because poor lung function is usually caused by internal inflammation of the lung tissues…

…and the other diseases are also caused by chronic internal inflammation. These kinds of relationships are the reason why I always focus on remedies that treat the entire human body system…

…instead of just a few small parts of it.Because until you treat the causes of the problems you are very likely to just keep having problems.Lots of people think things like problems with lung capacity are just something they have to live with…

But I cured myself of asthma that routinely sent me to the hospital…

All because I was willing to look at stuff that my doctors wouldn’t have ever touched with a 10 foot pole.If you want to be healthy, you need to treat the body as a system and do things to make sure your system is running at peak performance.

—-Important Message About Oxygenation—-

The penis needs oxygen too…

It makes quite a difference for erections when oxygen levels are high.

In one study, they hooked 71 men’s members up to probes that measure oxygen levels…

…and the researchers found that men with high oxygen levels get better, stronger, longer-lasting rockiness.

Even while flaccid, the men with higher oxygen levels had plumper, bigger-looking members.

Because as I’ve discovered, proper oxygenation of the penis is incredibly important for penis size.

When the penis gets more oxygen, the inner tissue matrix expands, making the penis more engorged.

Click for a little experiment you can do to test this oxygen theory out… (don’t be surprised when you start swelling up down there)

And I’ll show you a super simple 7 minute method you can use to oxygenate the penis anytime you want.
