Not only do men get quick pain relief using this, they also get more natural testosterone!

Lower blood pressure without taking the “manhood killer” treatments the docs hand out

I found out that my lack of “rockiness” was due to the manhood-killer treatments my doc had given me.

Those Big Pharma treatments for blood pressure KILL men’s natural rockiness…

So instead, I now do this daily when I wake up and in the evening before bed.

Just two days after trying this simple 90 second activity, my pressure had gone down by 5 points… then another 5 points…

It works by opening up the blood vessels and improving blood flow.

So pressure goes down and erections goes UP!

And it only involves breathing. Nothing more.

And it lets the blood flow like a cleaned-out garden hose…increases blood flow into the male member as well…

Here’s how you do the 90 second activity and fix blood pressure problems for good, naturally, so you can kiss those treatments goodbye and be more like the man you want to be.

Men: try this for pain — works quickly and also boosts drive

You might already know that one of the only pain relievers I actually like is an old forgotten remedy dating back to the 1960s…

This is because it happens to be about as close to a miracle treatment as you can get and works like gangbusters for reducing joint pain and increasing overall health.

But that’s a story for later…

Today’s newsletter is about using NSAIDs (other than aspirin) for pain.

NSAIDs are one of the most popular forms of pain relief almost everywhere. And that’s because for many conditions they work to relieve the pain.

If you have a headache or a sore back or arthritis, you are likely to take Advil or another NSAID to combat the pain.

The problem is that regular use of this class of treatments is linked to heart disease, and that’s certainly not a good outcome.

It’s also something that almost no one knows about…

…because these treatments are largely considered “safe.”

NSAIDs for Pain Relief

NSAIDs are a popular choice for pain relief, especially among those that have osteoarthritis.

Among those who used ‘assigned’ and non-‘assigned’ ‘treatments’ in the past year, 57.4% used acetaminophen. The use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory ‘treatments’ (NSAIDs) was also common (35.7% ibuprofen, 17.3% aspirin, and 24.5% other NSAIDs), with a small percentage of people using Cox-2 selective inhibitors (5.9%).

Most people consider NSAIDs safe. They are relatively non-addictive and do provide real relief for people.

But they aren’t as safe as they appear to be, and I’m going to tell you what the risks are so that you know.

NSAIDs Linked to Increased Risk of Heart Problems

There was a recent study that was done, and it was quite good. It had about 28,000  participants and was tracked over 10 years.

This long length helped the researchers figure out if having arthritis was causing the increased risk of heart problems, or if it was the NSAIDs. It’s not always an easy problem to figure out, but they managed it.

The results were clear. The NSAIDs were responsible for producing a MUCH higher risk of heart problems, stroke, and ischemic heart disease in the patients who took them regularly.

Approximately 41% of the total effect of OA on increased CVD risk was mediated through NSAID. Among the secondary outcomes, the proportion mediated through NSAID was 23%, 56% and 64% for CHF, IHD and stroke, respectively.

In plain English — by using these treatments to treat pain, people are putting themselves at a much higher risk of debilitating illness and possible death.

I know this is a tough situation to be in. Chronic pain can be debilitating, but an entire class of treatments used to treat it can cause heart problems.

Dealing with Chronic Pain without NSAIDs

You may be wondering if it’s even possible to deal with chronic pain without the use of NSAIDs — especially if they are your go-to treatment.

I get that.

I used to have chronic headaches that I took a lot of NSAIDs for. I’m not sure that at the time I could have imagined life without Advil and Aleve.

Since then I’ve found other ways to deal with pain that are beneficial and not harmful to my body.

One of the things that I use on a regular basis is an infrared heat lamp.

This is a device that goes right to the source of the pain and helps to soothe it AND reduce the chronic inflammation that’s causing the pain in the first place.

These heat lamps can do an amazing job at alleviating pain. You simply point the lamp where it hurts and most people get serious, immediate pain relief.

U.S. government studies have shown that these lamps can provide progressive pain relief — meaning using them regularly helps to increase how much pain relief you get.

There are many of these lamps for sale online, make sure you check the reviews to get a good one.

Infrared lamps can get VERY hot, so you do need to be a bit cautious when using it.

The big thing for me is that I don’t want to put my health at risk by taking supposedly “safe” treatments that really aren’t so safe.

To do that I make sure that I research the best alternatives, which I then share with you.

To your health!
