—-Important Message From Nicole P.—-

Don’t read this one around her…

“So I started dirty talking to him at a party, telling him what naughty things I wanted to do with him once we got home.

He carries me in, throws me on the bed, pulls up my dress, and literally rips off my underwear.

Pulls out his dick, and wow. Just wow!

Challenge accepted.

I woke him up multiple times throughout the night because I needed more, and more, and more.

That feeling of being full and stretched out is one of my favorite sensations.

I could deep throat him but it took prep of him basically finger f***ing my throat for a bit first because if not my throat wouldn’t open up for it!

Every time we have had sex I literally have “cowboy” walk the next few days.

We went hiking and then f***ed and I couldn’t get up and down my stairs the next day at all.

I squirted so many times I lost count and thought I would pass out but just kept getting hornier after each time it happened!”

Here’s the simple hack that Nicole’s boyfriend is doing to fulfill her wildest fantasies…

How to use GABA to stop anxious thoughts

One of the things that influences whether or not we feel anxiety is inhibition/excitation of the neurons.

When neurons in the brain are over excited, we can become restless, agitated, and anxious.

But inhibition of these same neurons reverses the process, making us calm and relaxed.

One of the most important factors in neuronal inhibition is GABA.

This is the target for anti-anxiety treatments like benzodiazepines.

But stimulating GABA in a more natural way does not necessarily have addictive properties…

…and does not cause severe side effects which can be caused by these sedative treatments.

Researchers recently discovered that vitamin B6 reduces anxiety – and they believe that this is because it increases the amount of GABA in the brain – inhibiting excited neurons.

The human research was carried out at the University of Reading in the UK. The paper was published in Human Psychopharmacology: Clinical & Experimental.

The researchers were actually investigating 2 B vitamins which they believed could help to calm brain cells.

“Vitamins B6 and B12 are involved in metabolic processes that decrease neural excitation and increase inhibition.”

They compared a rather high dose of either of these vitamins against people taking an inactive placebo capsule once a day for a month.

“This double-blind study investigated the effects of supplementation with a high-dose of B6 or B12, compared to placebo, on a range of behavioral outcome measures connected to the balance between neural inhibition and excitation.”

The participants were asked a series of questions before the trial began.

These questions were used to rate their levels of anxiety and they were repeated after 1 month.

Participants also went through a series of tests…

Mostly looking at changes in eye movement – something which can tell us a lot about inhibition or excitation of neurons.

“478 young adults were recruited over five linked phases.”

Over half of the participants reported suffering from anxiety – almost 1/3 reported depression.

“Self-reported anxiety and depression were assessed at baseline and after supplementation.”

The participants reported significantly less anxiety after a month taking high-dose vitamin B6 supplementation.

There were indications that B6 may reduce depression slightly too.

“Vitamin B6 supplementation reduced self-reported anxiety and induced a trend towards reduced depression”

The researchers also discovered changes in the results of the visual tests.

Changes in these tests are strong indicators that vitamin B6 was increasing GABA – the calming brain neurotransmitter.

“Vitamin B6 led to an increased surround suppression of visual contrast detection.”

This is a clear but indirect measure of increased GABA.

It strongly supports the hypothesis that vitamin B6 reduces anxiety by increasing GABA in the brain – the original idea behind the research.

Testing brain GABA levels directly in living humans is impossible at this point.

But animal research tells us that these visual tests are an excellent marker for GABA levels.

I find it interesting that these types of tests overlap with some hypnotic techniques whereby the person being hypnotized is encouraged to relax and alter their visual field.

This can be quite effective at increasing relaxation and suggests a bidirectional effect here.

“Vitamin B12 supplementation produced trends towards changes in anxiety and visual processing.”

The study used 100mg of vitamin B6 per day. This is a very high dose, and it’s really unclear if this is the safe long term.

Although there is no strong research on this, many people claim that high doses of vitamin B6 can give them side effects like neuropathy.

A dose of 5mg per day is safe and may well have anti-anxiety effects, even if those effects take a little longer to become obvious.

Other ways to increase GABA include taking a supplement of glycine or, even better, eating glycine-rich foods like collagen and gelatin.

Magnesium is also essential for optimal GABA production.

I want to tell you a little story about a guy named Robert…

Robert tells me that he was dumped by his girlfriend and feeling really depressed about it.

He was sure she left him for someone younger and healthier… and it was tearing him up inside…

Robert was taking a bunch of Big Pharma treatments that gave him side effects like low testosterone, low energy, and even erections problems.

He put on some weight and just felt like his whole body was shutting down…

Excitedly, I started telling Robert about something that has just been released — a secret natural anti-aging hormone for men…

It’s been kept secret from ordinary men like you and me for 50 years, but not anymore.

And now Robert is taking this natural anti-aging hormone and seeing fantastic results…
