Can this discovery prevent cancer? Is it really as simple as increasing tissue oxygen levels?

When men age, their metabolism slows down. Their bodies stop burning energy.

And cancer cells constantly form. Hopefully, the immune system deals with them, but often it does not.

The cancer cells turn into tumors – and at this point the man has a cancer metabolism.

Dr. Otto Warburg won the Nobel Prize for his discovery of cancer metabolism and how to stop it.

But his findings have been ignored again and again in the constant quest for more expensive treatments (that don’t even work).

They call the cancer metabolism the “Warburg effect” – Dr. Warburg discovered that cancer cells grow in a body suffering from a very low metabolism.

And Dr. Warburg found that cancer cells grow in a body lacking enough oxygen. Low oxygen levels. Slow metabolism.

Cancer breeds where oxygen levels are low.

To prevent or even reverse cancer, a man has to get rid of cancer metabolism…

How can a man do it? It turns out it is EASY to escape the cancer metabolism – and the side benefit is getting your youthful sexual performance back…

Here is how to reverse cancer metabolism and regain the body and sexual performance you had decades ago

Strong morning wood again (the “Goldilocks Effect”)

I have every intention of living a very long and healthy life. I’m planning on making it to 120.

That means “hacking” my body to get the most out of it that I can.

Whether it’s taking specific supplements, having lots of really great sex, or getting the right amount of sleep…

I’m going to be living each and every day to get the most out of it.

And to extend my life in good health for as long as possible!

There’s a lot of science about how to accomplish this…

[cmamad id=”18258″ align=”center” tabid=”display-desktop” mobid=”display-desktop” stg=””]

Some stuff is easier to accomplish than other stuff…

But sleep? That is one of the easier ones.

Remember that story from when you were a kid?

Goldilocks tried three bowls of porridge.

One was too hot. One was too cold.

But the third one was just right.

When it comes to sleep, getting into the “just right” zone is imperative to living a long life with as few health complications as possible.

Because not enough sleep – or even too much sleep – can cause you to die prematurely.

“Both short and long durations of sleep are significant predictors of death in prospective population studies.”

And not getting enough (or getting too much) sleep can cause you to die young – it can also cause a bunch of other cruddy and expensive health problems.

“Over the last few decades, there has been growing evidence to suggest that too little sleep and too much sleep are associated with adverse health outcomes, including total mortality, cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, hypertension, respiratory disorders, obesity in both children and adults, and poor self-rated health.”

As you can see, there are a ton of health issues that come with not getting the right amount of sleep.

And one that wasn’t listed in that quote, but I see it all the time with guys who have a lot of these other issues…

Well, that’s erection problems and other sexual problems.

That’s why the Goldilocks zone for sleep is so important.

Sleeping between 6 to 8 hours a night seems to be the optimal amount for most people to get good health benefits.

“Currently, there is no evidence that sleeping habitually between 6 and 8 hours per day in an adult is associated with harm and long-term health consequences. In terms of prevention, consistently sleeping 6 to 8 hours per night may, therefore, be optimal for health.”

Sleeping more is detrimental, but not sleeping enough can cause also cause problems. So the question is this: “How do you get the RIGHT amount of sleep?”

Getting Into the “Goldilocks Zone” for sleep…

There are a bunch of different strategies for getting the right amount of sleep.

Here are a few that work well for the men we coach:

1. Get blue blocker glasses for computer work. You can buy these glasses on the internet.

They have clear or yellow lenses with a coating that blocks the blue light from electronic devices.

This blue light messes up sleep cycles. It can help keep you feeling awake, even when you are sleeping.

If you wear blue blocker glasses while working on your computer, phone, or tablet, then you can minimize this effect.

2. Use an app. There are several apps on the market that can help you sleep better.

Some people find that using a Fitbit to track sleep helps them to get into good sleep health.

Others find that apps like Pzizz, which have a talk-down and gentle wake-up cycle help them.

Try out a couple different apps out and see if they help you fall asleep more easily and wake up more refreshed.

3. Exercise. Exercise can help with both too little and too much sleep.

Getting physically active by walking, playing sports, or going to the gym can help you feel much better and sleep better too.

Sleep is one of the most important things we can do for our health.

Getting enough sleep (but not too much) is critical to staying healthy well into old age.

Good sleep also maintains good function of all of our body functions – including sexual function! (I find that morning wood increases a LOT when I have slept just the right amount…I think you will be super-pleased with your results!)

To your health!

“Stop shrinking, start growing while you sleep…”

A coca smuggler said this as he handed me a muddy drink…

I learned this amazing lesson from this coca smuggler…

… his penis was SO huge that girls’ eyes would lock onto it as he walked past them.

This coca smuggler took this herb and he grew MASSIVELY down there

Women watched with bulging eyes as his huge penis swayed back and forth on the tennis court…

Imagine if you could take one herb or a simple shake and watch as your erection proudly stands tall, wide, fat, engorged…

…making your wife quake with lust she hasn’t experienced in years.

Here’s the huge fat-and-long secret of the coca smuggler
