Read this if you are counting carbs

If you have friends who post pictures of their paleo or keto diets on Facebook and Instagram, you’re not alone.

These low-carb diets seem to be all the rage yet again…

This time with an emphasis on “healthy” fat.

(I’ll tell you more about “healthy fat” later, and why THAT part of the paleo craze is a good thing…)

The problem is… these types of low-carb programs usually backfire…

Sometimes spectacularly – with massive weight regain.

Now… don’t get me wrong, most people’s bodies WILL shed a great deal of weight and feel pretty good during the first stages of keto/paleo/other low-carb programs.

But once the program is over, the weight usually piles back on like crazy.

And that’s just the tip of the iceberg.

One of the most critical flaws is that these low-carb plans make you miss out on the REALLY good stuff.

Like fruit.

All kinds of fruits are wonder foods. Fruit not only prevents disease but it seems to even heal it too.

Apples (with all their carbs) heal the lungs of former smokers!

When I first read this study I was a bit dumbfounded.

I already knew for a long time that fruits are great at preventing disease… but reversing it?

That was news to me.

In this study of former smokers, fresh fruit (yes, tomatoes are actually fruits) were shown to have a significant protective effect on the lungs.

“The researchers found that adults who on average ate more than two tomatoes, or more than three portions of fresh fruit a day, had a slower decline in lung function compared to those who ate less than one tomato or less than one portion of fruit a day, respectively.”

As you can see from this study, the fruit intake needs to be significant. But it doesn’t have to be insane.

Just three portions a day of fresh fruit – or a piece of fruit with every meal.

The lungs are one of the most delicate structures in the entire body.

And not only does fresh fruit protect the lungs, but it actually REPAIRS them.

And that repair is truly remarkable.

“This study shows that diet might help repair lung damage in people who have stopped smoking.”

AND not only that – fresh fruit also slows down the natural aging process in the lungs.

“It also suggests that a diet rich in fruits can slow down the lung’s natural aging process even if you have never smoked…”

“Our study suggests that eating more fruits on a regular basis can help attenuate the decline as people age.”

So fresh fruit has the potential to keep you younger, longer.

Paleo diets and other low-carb plans cut out the fruit – this may not be good!

This is one of the main reasons that I NEVER recommend a paleo diet – although I do recommend a small amount of “healthy” fat.

Coconut oil and olive oil are pretty good for you in moderation.

But if fresh fruit can slow down aging and reverse damage in the lungs, then what do you think it can do to the rest of the body?

No one part of your body is isolated. All of it works together in a single system.

So if something – especially food-based intervention – is good for one part of the body, you can bet it’s good for the other parts too.

That includes other delicate systems – such as your penis and your brain.

I recommend eating a lot of fruit.

Fruit tastes good and it’s great for you.

You can eat it fresh (just make sure it’s actually ripe) or buy it frozen and cook it – kind of like a crumble or crisp (but skip the oats).

It’s delicious this way and gives you tons of nutrients and protective factors.

Low-carb plans can work on a temporary basis, but ultimately they aren’t super-good for you.

I highly recommend eating a diet that is high in fruit and low in fat instead.

Important for men: Why testosterone is not enough

I had high T at one point, but I still couldn’t get hard enough erections…

Then I found out that levels of prolactin and estrogen are VERY HIGH in men with erectile problems…

Even if you have high T, high prolactin or high estrogen will keep you from having the erections you want.

But I found out how this one trick LOWERS the hormones that inhibit hard-ons:

  • Lowers prolactin
  • Lowers estrogen
  • Lowers harmful levels of cortisol

This trick promotes testosterone and oxytocin and results in long-lasting, rigid erections.

Most importantly, it’s natural – not that artificial stuff they inject, rub on, or make you drink.

Why is it important to produce natural testosterone?

Because Big Pharma gives you toxic, artificial testosterone that (shockingly) turns into estrogen – the exact opposite of what you want!

Raise your natural testosterone, lower harmful estrogen, and get towel hanger hard-ons she’ll LOVE again
