Himalayan penis secret

Did you know that there’s one big benefit to being at a higher altitude?

And it has to do with oxygen.

Men in higher altitudes like the Himalayas have better oxygenation levels.

Which means that their cells and tissues are using oxygen more efficiently…

…leading to better blood flow, more stamina, more energy, better cardiovascular health…

And even better boners!

That’s right — being at a higher altitude delivers more oxygen to your penile chambers for stronger, longer-lasting rockiness.

So how do you get this oxygenation benefit WITHOUT being in the Himalayas?

Here’s how I’m doing it — my Himalayan penis secret for men gives men all the benefits of high altitude without leaving your house

91.7 million people are taking this deadly treatment

High blood pressure is big business in the United States.

91.7 million people take treatments for hypertension!

That’s a lot of dollars that are made on high blood pressure. The CDC says that almost HALF of all adults have it and should be on treatments.

Nearly half of adults in the United States (47%, or 116 million) have hypertension, defined as a systolic blood pressure greater than 130 mmHg or a diastolic blood pressure greater than 80 mmHg or are taking ‘treatments’ for hypertension.

You may already know that I have a dim view of blood pressure treatments.

Not because they don’t work – they DO lower blood pressure. But lowering blood pressure with treatments does nothing to fix the underlying causes of high blood pressure in the first place…

Which can be serious, and are also usually fixable.I’m not telling you to go off your high blood pressure treatments – that’s between you and your doctor. However, if you take high blood pressure treatments there are some things you should know about how they interact with your body…

Especially if you have glaucoma.

Most of the time, blood pressure treatments are recommended to be taken at night.

They do a better job at controlling blood pressure, and there are lower chances of fainting or becoming faint.

Routine ingestion by hypertensive patients of ≥1 ‘given’ BP-lowering ‘treatments’ at bedtime, as opposed to upon waking, results in improved ABP control (significantly enhanced decrease in asleep BP and increased sleep-time relative BP decline, i.e. BP dipping) and, most importantly, markedly diminished occurrence of major CVD events.

But if you have glaucoma, following this particular piece of advice could spell real trouble for you.

If blood pressure ends up dropping too low overnight your glaucoma and the potential vision loss that comes with it could get worse.

Each 10 mm Hg lower minimum sleeping systolic BP was associated with a 0.9 dB (95% confidence interval: 0.1-1.6 dB) worse MD. Sixteen of 45 participants with glaucoma (35.6%) and 1 of 10 controls (10%) were found to have systemic hypertension on ambulatory blood pressure monitoring and 32 of those with glaucoma (71%) had a surge in morning BP, compared with 5 controls (50%)

What the research recommends is that if you take blood pressure treatments and have glaucoma…

…then you should work with your doctor on the right solution for you.

The medical treatment of systemic hypertension and glaucoma carries the potential for ‘chemical’ interactions and significant adverse effects requiring customization for each patient’s particular issues.

The problem is that the doctor that treats you for glaucoma is not likely going to be the same doctor that treats you for high blood pressure.

The likelihood of either one of the doctors missing this important interaction is pretty high. That means that unless it gets caught by your pharmacist…

…or unless you know about the potential problems with taking blood pressure treatments at night…

…if you have glaucoma then you could be out of luck.I know I say this all the time…

But it’s super important to be aware of the treatments you are taking, the health conditions you have, and to know whether or not it’s worth the risk.Your health is, to a large degree, completely up to you.
