Nick says: “Thanks to this I’m lasting 30 minutes or more every time”

“Since I’ve started this, I’ve gone from having sex with my wife from once every 2 to 3 months…

… to 2 to 3 times a week!

My stamina has made our encounters last about 30 minutes every time.

Thanks!”

Here’s the 2 second lasting technique working for so many guys

Lactobacillus reuteri

Bleeding gums and gingivitis are a problem for many people.

And they’re not just indicative of mouth problems either.

The bacteria which causes problems can increase the risk of cardiovascular disease and dementia.

There are a number of ways to deal with this problem.

One of these is the use of probiotic bacteria which can outcompete the bad bacteria which trigger the condition.

One human experiment showed that a specific strain of probiotic bacteria could significantly improve bleeding gums and gingivitis in just a couple of weeks.

The human research was carried out at Malmö University in Sweden. The paper was published in the Swedish Dental Journal.

The research was carried out using a couple of different strains of Lactobacillus reuteri.

This is a very interesting bacteria.

It’s beneficial for the gut, can reduce body fat, increase T, decrease the likelihood of autoimmune diseases, and even improve vitamin D levels.

But is it any good for gingivitis?

“The primary aim of this study was to assess if the probiotic Lactobacillus reuteri could be effective in the treatment of gingivitis.”

The researchers carried out a high quality human study which lasted for 2 weeks.

“A randomized, placebo-controlled, double blind study was performed over 2 weeks.”

Almost 60 participants were split into 3 similar sized groups.

The participants were given either an inactive placebo or 1 of 2 different strains (LR-1 or LR-2) of Lactobacillus reuteri.

“58 patients with moderate to severe gingivitis were included and given one of two different Lactobacillus reuteri formulations or a corresponding placebo.”

The researchers assessed the primary effects of the treatment by grading the Gingival Index of all the participants.

The gingival index is quantified by gentle dental probing of the gums at specific points.

The tester then grades gingival index depending on inflammation or bleeding in response to probing.

“At baseline (day 0) gingival index and plaque index were measured on two surfaces and saliva for lactobacilli determination was collected.”

The researchers made sure that everyone was carrying out the same high-quality general dental maintenance during the trial.

“The patients were instructed how to brush and floss efficiently and study treatment was started.”

Gingival Index was graded before the treatment began and again 2 weeks into treatment.

“The patients returned on day 14 for final assessment of gingivitis and plaque and saliva was collected.”

There was improvement in all 3 groups – including placebo.

This is probably because some people improved their dental care according to the standards explained by the researchers.

(Many people don’t floss, and many people also don’t brush properly.)

“Gingival index fell significantly in all 3 groups.”

Critically, the LR-1 strain of Lactobacillus reuteri led to significantly improved gingival index scores when compared to placebo.

Showing that this probiotic bacteria improves gingivitis above standard brushing and flossing.

“LR-1 improved gingival index more than placebo.”

Both of the probiotic strains led to significantly reduced plaque compared to the inactive placebo treatment.

(Other research indicates that this probiotic can reduce the other type of plaque too – the plaque that builds up in the cardiovascular system causing atherosclerosis.)

“Plaque index fell significantly in LR-1 and in LR-2 but there was no significant change in the placebo group.”

The researchers also discovered that the probiotic bacteria had taken up residence in the mouths of the participants.

After just 2 weeks, Lactobacillus reuteri was found in the saliva of people taking the supplement.

“At day 14, 65% of the patients in LR-1 were colonized with Lactobacillus reuteri and 95% in the LR-2 group.”

The research shows that this supplement – particularly the LR-1 strain can be effective at improving oral health and even reducing gingivitis.

Lactobacillus reuteri was efficacious in reducing both gingivitis and plaque in patients with moderate to severe gingivitis.”

You should always consult your healthcare practitioner for guidance on medical diagnosis and treatment.

Bad bacteria starts in the mouth and travels all around the rest of the body…

It pollutes the liver, the gut, and even the penis.

And this bad bacteria leads to all kinds of health problems, including erections problems.

Which is why I’m using this simple probiotic protocol to clean bad bacteria out of all my organs — even my male organ

The result is much better erections and much better health.

I recommend this to any man suffering from gut issues (and you’ll find that if your gut isn’t right, your erections won’t be right either…)
