For years now, I’ve been working with men who suffer from varying degrees of erections problems.

And not long ago…I discovered a powerful, natural method to help reverse erections problems in my patients without the need for any Big Pharma treatments.

Because one thing I’ve seen in all my years in medicine?

Big Pharma erections treatments rarely offer long-term, lasting improvements for most men who take them.

What actually works for nearly any guy, and keeps working for decades to come, is this natural method I’ve created…

It works by using a mixture of foods and one simple, quick and easy exercise…

Toxic oils — avoid these if you want to avoid food allergies

MCT stands for medium-chain triglyceride.

These are fat molecules attached to glycerol which contain only medium-length fatty acids.

These fats can be quickly metabolized by the liver, and are quite good energy sources at the cellular level.

MCTs are naturally present in some foods, like coconut oil or palm kernel oil.

In recent years, supplemental refined MCTs have become more common.

And while small doses of refined MCTs seem fine, there are several problems with taking these as a supplement.

One of these issues is the fact that MCTs can increase allergic reactions.

The animal experiments were performed at the University of Kentucky. This paper was published in The Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology.

The authors of this study investigated the increasing rates of peanut allergies.

“The prevalence of peanut allergies is increasing.”

True allergies are reactions to proteins.

For example, a peanut allergy is an allergy to proteins contained in peanuts.

But other factors in foods can influence how reactive the body is and whether or not an allergy develops in the first place.

“Peanuts and many other allergen sources contain significant amounts of triglycerides, which affect the absorption of antigens but have unknown effects on sensitization and anaphylaxis.”

Antigens are substances that trigger immune system responses.

For example, in the case of allergies, antigens are proteins that trigger an allergic reaction.

Anaphylaxis is a serious allergic response.

The authors of the study discovered that MCTs could bypass the digestive system.

They wondered how this could affect immune responses and allergies.

And so, the researchers conducted some experiments to learn more about the potential effects of MCTs on allergies.

“We sought to test how dietary MCTs affect food allergy.”

They fed mice various combinations of peanut protein and fats.

These fats were either MCT or LCT (long-chain triglycerides).

“Mice were fed peanut butter protein in MCT or LCT (peanut oil).”

The researchers then looked at multiple markers of peanut allergies and the different groups of rodents.

“Peanut-specific antibodies in plasma, responses of the mice to antigen challenges, and intestinal epithelial cytokine expression were subsequently measured.”

The researchers found that MCT oil directed peanut protein (antigen) into Peyer patches more than would otherwise be the case.

Peyer patches are lymphatic tissue in the intestines. They play an important role in the immune system.

Peyer patches detect antigens and trigger an immune response, possibly an allergy.

The fact that MCT oil preferentially directs potential antigens into Peyer patches…

…means that it could increase the immune system’s responsiveness to protein antigens.

In other words, MCT oils could increase the likelihood of developing an allergy or having a severe allergic reaction.

“MCT suppressed antigen absorption into blood but stimulated absorption into Peyer patches.”

The researchers showed that this was indeed the case in their rodents.

“A single gavage of peanut protein with MCT, as well as prolonged feeding in MCT-based diets, caused spontaneous allergic sensitization.”

Rodents exposed to peanut protein with MCT showed an increased reaction in both true allergies (IgE)

…and similar responses that are often categorized as food intolerances (IgG).

“MCT-sensitized mice experienced IgG-dependent anaphylaxis on systemic challenge and IgE-dependent anaphylaxis on oral challenge.”

The experiments showed that the presence of MCT oil significantly increases the likelihood of severe allergic responses compared with LCT (long-chain triglyceride oil.)

“Moreover, oral challenges of sensitized mice with antigen in MCT significantly aggravated anaphylaxis compared with challenges with the LCT.”

It’s not the first time that researchers have speculated that MCT could be involved in food allergies and intolerances.

This research clearly shows that this is likely the case.

The increase in allergy and allergy rates should become more likely as the amount of MCT consumed increases.

Small doses are probably fine for most people, but MCT shouldn’t be used as a supplement in and of itself or as a major energy source.

People with allergies should be aware of the risk from even small amounts of MCT as carriers in supplements or as food ingredients.

“Dietary MCTs promote allergic sensitization and anaphylaxis by affecting antigen absorption and availability and by stimulating T(H)2 immune responses.”

You should always consult your healthcare practitioner for guidance on medical diagnosis and treatment.

My new sexual lens method works in a strange and unusual way…

It harnesses the sexual energy that exists between a man and a woman…

…and it weaponizes it in your favor, so girls are practically throwing themselves at you.

There’s nothing you even have to do — just focus on the girl you want and in seconds, she’ll approach YOU.

Here’s how to use the sexual lens to get a girl tonight (this works on wives and girlfriends too)
