Want to know the secret to shooting huge ropey loads?

It’s as easy as eating 1 or more of these 6 foods

See, a girl named Kylie did a little experiment on her boyfriend…

And the result was shocking — I don’t even think SHE was prepared for what was coming!

Here are the 6 foods that let you fill up her little cinnamon bun to the brim, just the way she likes it…

The 1 food I eat everyday

Eggs are nutritional powerhouses.

Per calories, they are one of the most nutritious foods there are, besides liver and oysters.

Eggs have various minerals, vitamins, and nutrients that your body needs, such as…

  • Choline – crucial for the liver, and ROCKINESS
  • Fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K)
  • B vitamins
  • Lutein and Zeaxanthin – Eye health
  • Cholesterol – the building block of testosterone

And more…

Moreover, cooked egg whites contain the MOST BIOAVAILABLE protein.

I’m a proponent of a high-protein diet which is essential for men if they want to stay vigorous till old age.

Combine all of this information, eggs hands down become the ideal health-promoting food.

There’s an old-school bodybuilder, Vincent Gironda.

He’s famous for his “36 egg diet.”

At the time of the contest, he said he could get as much anabolic effect from eating 36 eggs a day as from a cycle of steroids…

I’m not sure I believe that, but…

…this shows how eggs can promote strength, hormone production, and virility.

I, of course, don’t eat 36 eggs a day…

…but I know how good I feel when I eat between 3 to 5 eggs every day – my energy goes through the roof.

I’ll tell you a little secret…

When I go up to 5 to 6 eggs a day, it’s a bit TOO MUCH for my wife 😉

A brand new study has revealed another benefit of eggs…

It prevents viruses from getting into the body – It may be one of the reasons I don’t get sick as much as I used to.

This study was conducted at Sichuan University. It was published in the Journal of Applied Microbiology.

Since the last outbreak, researchers have been looking for a solution for viruses.

In this study, they isolated an immunoglobulin from egg yolk and designed an experiment.

They obtained chickens from a local farm and infected them with the SARS-CoV-2 virus.

Then, they divided them into 2 groups and gave the first group an egg yolk immunoglobulin (IgY).

The other group of chickens received nothing.

There were really complex biological reactions, of course, but let me tell you the results in simple terms.

The egg yolk immunoglobulin showed a promising ability to block the virus’ binding properties.

The virus couldn’t “stick” to where it used to anymore.

“S1-IgY exhibited a strong ability in blocking the binding of SARS-CoV-2 S1 to hACE2, and it could partially compete with hACE2 for the binding sites on S1 by BLI assays.”

After the immunization with immunoglobulin, chickens produced antibodies (soldiers) that were fighting against the virus to block its entry.

“We demonstrated here that after immunization of chickens with our recombinant S1 protein, IgY neutralizing antibodies were generated against the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein S1 subunit; therefore, showing the potential use of IgY to block the entry of this virus.”

The researchers believe that this substance that was derived from egg yolks could be an excellent way to prevent or fight viruses.

“IgY targeting S1 subunit of SARS-CoV-2 could be a promising candidate for pre-and post-exposure prophylaxis or treatment of COVID-19. Administration of IgY-based oral preparation, oral or nasal spray may have profound implications for blocking SARS-CoV-2.”

When you eat egg yolks, you ingest this substance – so it should help you fight viruses.

Well then…

Did you eat eggs today?
