Does self-pleasuring cause hair loss?

I’ve been hearing this question a lot lately: Does doing it by ourselves cause hair loss?

As someone who cares about health, I believe it’s directly linked to overall health, including hair health.

When sexual health suffers, the entire male body suffers.

Here’s the issue: Doing this and ejaculation can cause a spike in prolactin levels.

If prolactin stays elevated, it’s bad news for your hair.

A study found that high prolactin levels can inhibit hair growth and promote hair loss.

Simply put, elevated prolactin levels from too much of this activity can lead to hair loss.

But there’s good news.

I’ve perfected ways to stop and prevent hair loss and even grow new hair.

Prolactin is just one of the many factors.

How to combat hair loss with natural light

Red light therapy, also known as photobiomodulation therapy, is a fantastic discovery.

It has been around for many years but has recently been greatly improved.

It was discovered that out of the many different wavelengths of rays that come from the sun, the red wavelengths are the most therapeutic.

Then scientists invented devices that emit the same red wavelengths.

When red light is applied to the skin, it penetrates the tissues and is absorbed by photoreceptors in the cells.

Light absorption triggers a series of biological processes leading to improved cell function, increased circulation, reduced inflammation, and reduced pain.

For this reason, it has been used in many different fields, from skin problems to musculoskeletal diseases.

There are even studies showing that red light applied to the testicles for 2-3 minutes daily increases testosterone.

There’s another area where it’s being used, which has been very popular lately.

Hair loss treatment.

On the internet, it is common to see photos of many doctors and influencers shining a red light on their heads.

But…

Is there scientific research behind this?

In fact, there is.

Let’s explore it together.

This study was conducted at Soochow University. It was published in Nano Research.

The experiment was very simple.

The researchers used 2 things:

Mice that had lost all their hair and LED devices that emit red light.

These mice, which were exposed to red light therapy for a short time daily (only 30 minutes)…

…regained almost all the hair that had been lost compared to the control group.

“The results show that OLEDs excellently promote hair regrowth.”

And this happened in just 20 days.

The mice that did not receive red light had no change in their condition.

“OLED irradiation can increase the length of the hair by a factor of 1.5 as compared to the control, and the hair regrowth area is enlarged by over 3 times after 20 days of treatments.”

They then conducted an in vivo experiment to investigate why.

“Moreover, the mechanism of OLED that stimulates hair follicle regeneration is investigated in vivo by conducting systematic, controlled experiments on mice with or without OLED PBMT.”

They found that there are 2 reasons why red light therapy helps hair growth:

  1. Increased autophagy (recycling system of the cell)
  2. Increased blood flow

“Based on the comprehensive histological and immunofluorescence staining studies, two key factors are identified for red OLEDs to facilitate hair follicle regeneration: (i) increased autophagy during the anagen phase of the hair growth cycle; (ii) increased blood oxygen content promoted by the accelerated microvascular blood flow.”

There are many more benefits of red light therapy waiting to be discovered.

But its efficacy against hair loss has already been discovered.

I recommend adding 10 minutes of red light therapy 3 to 4 times a week to your hair routine.

In fact, if you do a full body shine – not just your hair area – the benefits will be greater.

It is something every man should use regularly.

The importance of sunlight on the male body – how I’m getting it without burning

Red light is amazing but did you know there’s another type of light men need more of for optimal health?

Sunlight.

Sunlight boosts vitamin D, testosterone and androsterone…

…all the key hormones that men need.

This summer, get sunlight as much as possible—but here’s the key: don’t wear sunscreen.

Because commercial sunscreens contain cancer causing toxic chemicals!

Check this out:

It’s possible to get all the benefits from the sun without burning.

I’ve put together the ultimate guide on how to do this safely and effectively in my Sun Exposure Transformation.
