Contrary to what your doctor has told you, getting rocky has nothing to do with testosterone levels or anxiety…

And it’s not a blood flow problem either…

However, what I’ve discovered does reveal your brain has a “control switch”…

…a switch that determines whether you get stiff or suffer from embarrassing limpness.

Here’s how easy it is to access this control switch and get erections on command

This 1 supplement reduces the risk of pneumonia by 70%

Hey, Matt Cook here, and the outbreak of covid-19 has created great debate about the proper treatment of this disease.

A tiny percentage of people who catch this virus can become very ill with pneumonia – severe inflammation of the lungs.

These people have trouble breathing and in hospitals are given supplemental oxygen.

If this problem progresses, they may be transferred onto ventilators.

There is a lot of speculation as to whether ventilators may help or harm patients in this state.

For one, ventilators can actually cause pneumonia – the very problem they are being used to treat.

A few years ago, researchers discovered that supplemental zinc greatly decreases the risk of ventilator-caused pneumonia.

Zinc is an immune booster that will greatly lower the risk of getting severe viral disease in the first place.

It is the first nutrient you should consider optimizing if you are concerned about COVID-19.

The human research was carried out at the Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences, Sari, Iran. The results were published in the Indian Journal of Critical Care Medicine.

Ventilators are used to help critically ill patients breathe while they recover from illness.

But these invasive machines can also lead to very dangerous infections which cause pneumonia.

“Ventilator-associated pneumonia is a type of lung infection that typically affects critically ill patients undergoing mechanical ventilation in the Intensive Care Unit.”

Ventilator associated pneumonia greatly reduces the effectiveness of these devices.

Even before C-19, researchers were keen to address this problem.

“Ventilator associated pneumonia has been associated with increased mortality (approaching 50%), morbidity, and length of Intensive Care Unit stay.”

Zinc is a trace dietary mineral which is critical for the function of the human immune system.

Without enough zinc you cannot fight off infections.

“Insufficient zinc levels have been suggested to play a role in stress-induced lymphopenia, and consequent immune suppression.”

So these researchers decided to find out just how effective zinc might be in preventing pneumonia in patients on ventilators.

Zinc is already shown to decrease the likelihood of developing severe lung infections leading to pneumonia.

“Studies have clearly demonstrated the beneficial impact of zinc supplementation on immune function and the prevention of pulmonary infections however, the association between zinc supplementation and occurrence of ventilator associated pneumonia remains unknown.”

The researchers carried out an analysis based on 186 patients who had been put on ventilators in the ICU unit.

82 patients had received a zinc supplement. The remainder did not receive supplemental zinc.

The researchers then looked at the outcomes for these two different groups of patients.

“186 patients who received zinc sulfate supplement or not during their ICU stay, were monitored for the occurrence of VAP until their discharge from the ICU or death.”

Patients who received zinc were far less likely to develop pneumonia when they were on mechanical ventilators (VAP).

The risk of pneumonia decreased by almost 70% with zinc supplementation.

“Patients who received a zinc supplement have a smaller hazard of progression to ventilator associated pneumonia (hazard ratio 0.318).”

The study shows that supplemental zinc can massively reduce the occurrence of pneumonia, even in the most severely ill patients.

“Zinc supplementation may be associated with a significant reduction in the occurrence of VAP in adult mechanically ventilated trauma patients.”

The study used between 60 to 90mg of zinc sulfate per day – quite a high dose. The recommended daily allowance is around 10mg.

Taking high doses of supplemental zinc can cause nausea. Taking it with protein can lower the likelihood of that side effect.

For most people, 60 to 90mg would be way too much to take at one time.

Taking slightly more than the RDA over a longer period is a better option for infection prevention.

You may be wondering:

“Why are some men getting deathly ill from flus and viruses while other men are staying healthy?”

…and…

“Is it possible to build an immunity, so that these viruses are no longer a concern for me and for my family?”

These are great questions — questions that deserve nothing but honest answers…

So I’m going to answer these questions right now in this exclusive free report…

And I’m not going to do it by feeding you a narrative or tainting the truth with my political beliefs…

Today you are only getting the facts, backed up by real medical research that’s been tried and proven for more than 50 years…

So in just moments from now, you will know exactly why some men are staying healthy while others are getting deathly ill…

…along with what I’m doing right now to stay healthy and worry-free in this world full of sickness…
