Words allow a woman to project herself into the fantasy more easily… to picture herself as the character that all these sexy things are happening to…

And this arouses a woman in hyperspeed.

That’s why it’s nearly all women reading romance novels and erotica… while men are mostly watching porn.

Women prefer words whereas men prefer images.

And here’s the simple method I’ve invented – so that any man can use words to turn her on in the real world…

Doing this twice a day can help you avoid dementia

Hey, Matt Cook here, and I work with lots of guys who are my age and older.

In fact, even though I often work with men in their 30s and 40s…

…it’s not unusual for me to work with guys in their 70s and 80s and sometimes even 90s.

The good news is that after following my programs, MANY of these men are having the very best sex of their entire lives…

…and have completely or mostly reversed many health issues. I get testimonies nearly every single day.

But I’ve found that what men often fear the most – other than sexual performance issues…

…is the cognitive decline that sometimes comes with aging.

If you’ve watched someone close to you go through this, then you know exactly what I mean.

It’s no fun to lose your independence and the ability to care for yourself, and it’s stressful on the people you love.

Here’s the thing, even if you have a genetic predisposition to developing Alzheimer’s or dementia…

…it doesn’t mean that it’s the ONLY thing that might happen in your life.

You can take steps to give yourself a health advantage and to increase what’s called your healthspan.

That’s how long of your lifespan you can live healthy and independent.

In interesting research coming out of New York University, researchers are finding that one of the ways you can protect your brain as you age…

…is by protecting your dental health.

About one in six adults aged 65 or older have lost all of their teeth, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Prior studies show a connection between tooth loss and diminished cognitive function, with researchers offering a range of possible explanations for this link.

This is super important, because dental health is mostly in our control.

This was an analysis of nearly 35,000 adults.

What the researchers found was that adults with more tooth loss had a MUCH higher risk of developing dementia or cognitive impairment.

The researchers found that adults with more tooth loss had a 1.48 times higher risk of developing cognitive impairment and 1.28 times higher risk of being diagnosed with dementia, even after controlling for other factors.

They didn’t isolate for gum problems, but my guess is that at least some of the loss was because of gum inflammation…

…which can cause problems with the gut, the heart, and the brain.

Interestingly, if people had dentures to replace the missing teeth their risk profile went down.

However, adults missing teeth were more likely to have cognitive impairment if they did not have dentures (23.8 percent) compared to those with dentures (16.9 percent); a further analysis revealed that the association between tooth loss and cognitive impairment was not significant when participants had dentures.

They also found that the more teeth a person was missing, the more likely they were to have dental issues.

Their findings confirmed this relationship: each additional missing tooth was associated with a 1.4 percent increased risk of cognitive impairment and 1.1 percent increased risk of being diagnosed with dementia.

The bottom line here is that the health of your mouth can GREATLY impact the health of your brain.

It’s super important to make sure that you are taking care of your mouth and your gums.Doing so dramatically reduces your risks of other health complications, including dementia.

Listen, I’ve made a disturbing discovery about our food supply here in the United States…

…how it’s purposely and knowingly contaminated with a deadly toxic ingredient known as the killer lipid

They used to only feed pigs this killer lipid… because it fattened them up so well…

But now we’re the pigs awaiting slaughter…

Seriously, they’ve loaded so many foods with this killer lipid — it can be hard to know what’s safe and what’s not.

So I’ve devised a simple method that can help your body destroy the killer lipid as soon as it enters your bloodstream…

…before it can poison your body and make you sick!

Here’s everything you need to know about the killer lipid hiding in the food supply — and the simple method you can use to get your body to safely destroy it
