The heart can degrade… But this repairs your heart AND protects it from future damage, potentially adding decades to your life…

This helps your heart AND improves erections

You know how plaque can block up your arteries and cause problems for your heart?

Well the SAME thing happens to the penis.

When plaque clogs up the tiny arteries in the penis, erections become nearly impossible.

And that’s because the plaque interferes with blood flow to the penis… And blood flow is very important if you want great erections.

Fortunately, I’ve discovered exactly how to fix this problem and improve blood flow again, ALL over the body – even in the chambers of the penis…

So your heart will start functioning better, your blood pressure will normalize, and you’ll also start getting super-engorged, bigger-looking erections.

Here’s my 2-step size system that helps your heart AND your erections.

This increases p27 proteins and naturally rebuilds heart muscle

Caffeine gives coffee its energy-boosting powers.

Some people hate on coffee.

But the science shows that drinking coffee lowers the risk of dementia, diabetes, and obesity.

And a new study shows that caffeine can protect heart cells from damage – and stimulate repair after a heart attack.

The dose of caffeine used in the study is equivalent to that found in about four cups of coffee.

CDKN1B/p27 is localized in mitochondria and improves respiration-dependent processes in the cardiovascular system-New mode of action for caffeine.

These researchers conducted the study at the Medical Faculty, Heinrich-Heine-University and the IUF-Leibniz Research Institute for Environmental Medicine in Dusseldorf, Germany. The journal PLOS Biology published the results.

The research consisted of a series of cell studies and rodent experiments.

It focused first on the mitochondria of heart cells. These cells contain an active protein called p27.

Previous experiments showed that low p27 was involved in heart attack and other causes of death in mice.

“Recent reports have shown that p27 mutant mice had increased mortality to myocardial infarction.”

The protein p27 protects the heart.

But p27 needs to get deep into the cell (into the mitochondria) to have its protective effect.

“We have analyzed the potential role of p27 in the major cell types of the heart and shown that it is also present in mitochondria, the cellular powerhouses, where it fulfils important functions.”

Scientists call the movement of cells “migration” – cell migration is a repair mechanism.

When wear and tear damages heart cells, other cells migrate into their place and repair the heart.

The rate of cell migration determines how well the heart can repair itself.

The scientists discovered that p27 is critical for the migration of heart cells – it actually controls the rate of repair within the heart.

“We find that p27 is required for migration of endothelial cells by enhancing mitochondrial functions.”

The scientists also discovered that p27 protects the heart muscles and cells from death.

So P27 is responsible for protection and repair of the heart.

“We observe that mitochondrial p27 protects heart muscle cells from cell death.”

A further amazing discovery was that p27 controls the process of rebuilding the heart structure after a heart attack.

“P27 is necessary for the conversion of fibroblasts into mechanically strong, contractile myofibroblasts – a process critical after [a] heart attack.”

But the key discovery was that caffeine shuttles p27 into the mitochondria where it does its heart-protective work.

“Caffeine induces the translocation of p27 into the mitochondria.”

The scientists even estimated the amount of caffeine required for this heart protective effect.

The benefits are achieved by the amount of caffeine contained in four cups of coffee.

“Caffeine concentrations reached after consumption of four cups of coffee send p27 into mitochondria.”

Caffeine has potent effects on energetic metabolism.

Scientists know it increases energy production within the mitochondria.

This study found that caffeine also boosts metabolism through its effect on p27.

“We show that p27 is essential for caffeine-induced gene expression changes that mainly affect mitochondria and for mitochondrial respiration.”

P27 protects and repairs the heart cells – with implications for heart attack prevention, recovery, and all forms of heart disease.

“We conclude that mitochondrial p27 improves mitochondria-dependent processes in heart cells.”

Caffeine gets p27 into the mitochondria – where it does its job of protecting and repairing the heart.

“Physiological concentrations of caffeine have a protective effect through p27.”

Will heart doctors start recommending that their patients drink four cups of coffee per day?

Perhaps they should…

You should always consult a healthcare professional about treating health problems.

These groundbreaking results come on top of more than a decade of science showing the many amazing health benefits of coffee.

“Coffee consumption is associated with a lower risk of developing type 2 diabetes. Coffee was inversely correlated with heart disease, respiratory disease, stroke, diabetes, and coronary heart disease mortality, specifically in older subjects.”

If coffee was not already on the shelf in every store, you would be hearing about it as the world’s most potent superfood!

BREAKING: This natural hormone makes men “virtually immune” to heart disease, diabetes, and even cancer.

I know it sounds too good to be true, but there really is a simple, natural hormone that can protect against age-related diseases.

Our bodies already produce this hormone naturally…

And when we use it as a supplement, it delivers extremely powerful health and sex benefits for men.

I take it. And it’s lowered my cholesterol from 280 to 197, raised my testosterone by more than 800 points, and allowed me to lose 23 pounds of fat.

Here’s why you’ve never heard about this natural hormone until now…and how to get it for yourself…
