—-Important Message for Men Who Want to Live to 120—-

Eastern bloc discovery = mind blowing

I’ve discovered a little known group of men in the Eastern Bloc who are living well past 100 – even 115 and 120 – and having great sex.

And I’ve identified one single thing these men are doing (that I am now doing myself) that leads to a very long and sexy life.

Go here and see this amazing discovery that lets these men live to 115 or 120 or more and still have great sex…

Breakthrough study: Increases penile sensitivity 80%

If a car gets past 100,000 miles in running condition, it’s considered a significant victory.

If a washing machine lasts 15 years, that’s a REALLY long time.

But the human body can run to 100 or 120 years in pretty good shape… If you know a few hacks and tricks.

When you are looking at aging well, it’s important to protect your ENTIRE body…

And there are some specific things you can do to reverse the clock on brain aging.

These techniques can help you to beat dementia and Alzheimer’s and can give you a much better quality of life overall.

Use it or lose it

First, let me give a quick note here about Big Pharma.

You are unlikely to hear from your doctor about brain solutions like the one I’m going to tell you today.

But that’s not because your doctor doesn’t care about you. I believe most docs are good people who really care a lot.

It’s because doctors are trained to prescribe drugs to treat symptoms (and a huge amount of this is funded by Big Pharma), instead of strengthening natural abilities and using preventative methods.

But that’s why you read me. Because I tell you about this stuff.

There is a lot of evidence to show that if you don’t challenge your brain in your later years, you will end up losing brain function.

The evidence also shows that brain-challenging activities like computer games and crafts can help you GAIN brain function.

“Building on lifelong learning research, previous studies have demonstrated the cognitive gains of older people learning new skills, such as photography or acting. But these skills were learned one at a time, or sequentially.”

In this case, more is better

This is good news. But this new study brings even BETTER news.

Up until now, older adults have been tested while learning one thing at a time.

But the results get dramatically better when they learn multiple things at a time.

“For Wu’s studies, the researchers asked adults 58 to 86 years old to simultaneously take three to five classes for three months – about 15 hours per week, similar to an undergraduate course load. The classes included Spanish, learning to use an iPad, photography, drawing/painting, and music composition.”

After just six weeks of learning three things at once, these adults showed the cognitive abilities of adults 30 years younger!

“After just 1-1/2 months, participants increased their cognitive abilities to levels similar to those of middle-aged adults, 30 years younger. Control group members, who did not take classes, showed no change in their performance.”

I’ve read a lot of studies on keeping your brain sharp over the course of your life and I’ve never seen anything quite like this.

A 30-year gain in cognitive ability is amazing.

Even more amazing is that all it takes is continued curiosity and the willingness to learn.

Approach the world with curiosity

I think a big key to getting these kinds of gains is to take pleasure in learning and to approach the world with curiosity so that you are interested in new things.

“UCR psychologist Rachel Wu says one important way of staving off cognitive decline is learning new skills as a child would. That is, be a sponge: seek new skills to learn; maintain motivation as fuel; rely on encouraging mentors to guide you; thrive in an environment where the bar is set high.”

My guess is that if you’re reading this, you are probably already that kind of person anyway.

The bottom line on brain function is that the more you stay engaged, the better off your brain will be as you age.

Take the time to learn new stuff, whether that’s a hobby, professional learning, combined with a physical activity such as learning Nordic hiking skills or ballroom dancing.

It doesn’t really matter what you learn, just that you do.

—-Important Message for Men Who Want to Feel MORE “Down There”—-

Naturally increasing your penile sensitivity by 70-80%

Using the neurotrophic factor, men are finding a new sexual capability that they find astonishing…

And men of 60, 70, or 80 can have sex several times a night with a young woman and still want more!

The neurotrophic factor works by increasing the neural connections between the brain and the penis.

The result is that you begin feeling more sensation. And then more. Then when you think it can’t get any better, it does.

Who’s it for:

This is perfect for men who were circumcised or men who are aware that they aren’t feeling much.

It’s for men who can’t come easily, and men who aren’t getting erections easily.

Who it’s not for:

Men who are very happy with their erections and who are having frequent sex and enjoying it more than ever before.

Try this neurotrophic factor tonight to increase sensitivity to your penis by 70-80%… And experience mind-blowing sexual pleasure.
