Why men are chugging pomegranate juice in the morning

Happy couple having picnic in park on sunny day

A surprisingly BIG benefit for men who drink this juice…

Story-At-a-Glance

Ancient Egyptians worshipped pomegranates for one very good reason…

The fruit is a super healthy superfood!

There are huge benefits for men who drink the right amount of pomegranate juice…

…including better blood sugar levels, lower blood pressure, and even better blood flow…

—-Important Message About Your Rockiness—-

This increases blood flow to the penis

When the blood vessels in the male body are inflamed and swollen, less blood can pass through.

And the first place men notice this blood flow issue is down there…

It hurts penile blood flow and makes erections poor if not impossible.

Eventually, this blood flow issue will hurt the other organs in the body, even the heart.

But if you can open up these blood vessels — if you can reduce the inflammation and make the blood vessels wide open and flexible again…

…you can improve blood flow and even increase how much blood is getting to your member…

And that’s the secret to getting big, veiny, engorged hard-ons.

So now I’m using this simple Vasodilation method — it relaxes the blood vessels all over the body, even in the penis, for better male blood flow

Why men are downing pomegranate juice in the morning

The pomegranate fruit has been a prized food for thousands of years.

It’s prominent in the artwork of all of the great ancient civilizations — right back to ancient Egypt.

But pomegranate is not just a source of nutrition.

It is also known for its beneficial health effects.

In recent years, scientists have been testing the claims made by practitioners of traditional medicine.

They have found numerous benefits from pomegranate juice.

These include improving insulin resistance and lowering blood pressure.

Pomegranate juice could significantly lower the risk of cardiovascular disease and type II diabetes.

The human research was carried out at the Department of Dietetics, Nutrition and Biological Sciences, Queen Margaret University, East Lothian, UK.

The results are published in the Journal of Nutritional Science.

A number of fruits contain high levels of beneficial compounds called polyphenols.

Pomegranate has been identified as one of these super fruits.

“Pomegranate juice provides a rich and varied source of polyphenolic compounds that may offer cardioprotective, anti-atherogenic and antihypertensive effects.”

The researchers conducted an experiment using volunteers at high risk for developing cardiovascular disease.

They tested the effect of pomegranate juice on some of the most important biomarkers of cardiovascular disease.

“We investigated the effect of pomegranate juice consumption on blood pressure and insulin resistance in volunteers at high cardiovascular disease risk.”

The study recruited 28 men and women in their 40s and 50s.

“Subjects (twelve males and sixteen females) participated in a randomized, placebo-controlled cross-over study.”

The study ran for four weeks.

Participants were either given half a liter of pomegranate juice or the same amount of a sugary drink every day.

“Volunteers consumed 500 ml of pomegranate juice or 500 ml of a placebo drink containing a similar amount of energy.”

The researchers carried out testing just before the trial started.

Tests were repeated at week two and then again at the end of the study.

“Volunteers were assessed at baseline, and at weeks 2 and 4 for blood pressure, plasma lipids, glucose, insulin and insulin resistance.”

Pomegranate juice was associated with a significant decrease in fasting insulin levels.

“There is a significant reduction in fasting plasma insulin, from 9.4 to 7.5.”

The researchers also found a significant improvement in insulin resistance.

This was measured by the gold standard test called the homeostasis model of insulin resistance.

“There is a significant reduction in the homeostasis model of insulin resistance, from 2.2 to 1.8.”

There was also a slight decrease in blood pressure.

Both systolic and diastolic blood pressure decreased with pomegranate juice.

“Systolic blood pressure decreased from 136 to 129, and diastolic BP from 80 to 75 after 4 weeks of fruit juice consumption.”

The improvements were only seen in the participants who were given pomegranate juice.

The placebo drink had no effect.

“No significant changes were seen in the placebo arm of the study.”

Pomegranate juice can lower a lot of risk factors associated with the development of serious cardiovascular disease.

“Pomegranate juice can alleviate key cardiovascular risk factors in overweight and obese subjects that might be due to a reduction in both systolic and diastolic blood pressure.”

The researchers believe that the effect of pomegranate juice on insulin resistance could benefit many people suffering from diabetes and metabolic syndrome.

“The reduction in insulin resistance might have therapeutic benefits for patients with non-insulin-dependent diabetes, obesity and metabolic syndrome.”

The study underscores the fact that many fruits are more than just mere sources of fibre and sugar.

Fruits contain many beneficial polyphenols and minerals.

And although I see these benefits of pomegranate juice, I see much greater benefit to orange juice and guava juice.
