What you’re carrying with you on your cellphone
Cell phones have become a ubiquitous part of our lives.
We use them for everything from checking the weather to keeping in touch with loved ones.
Is there even a day with you not checking your phone?
I don’t think so.
Don’t get me wrong, it’s not a bad thing, but…
… after today’s study, you will rethink your relationship with your cell phones.
It’s not the radiation or toxic artificial light that comes from them…
It’s something else.
It’s the fact that your cell phones are DIRTIER than your toilet.
You didn’t read that wrong.
Yes, your cell phones are super dirty – they are contaminated with various harmful organisms.
Let’s look at the study.
This study was conducted at the University of Dammam. It was published in the Journal of Family and Community Medicine.
The researchers looked at the germs found on mobile phones.
They took swabs from the screens and buttons of 202 phones and tested them for bacteria and fungi.
They found that ALL of the phones had germs on them, including ones that could cause diseases.
“The study showed that all mobile phones under consideration were infected by several microbes, most of which belonged to the natural flora of the human body as well as airborne fungi and soil”
The bacteria there can cause infections if they enter the body through cuts or other openings in the skin.
“There were 737 isolated of the following bacteria: Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Neisseria sicca, Micrococcus luteus, Proteus mirabilis, Bacillus subtilis, and Enterobacter aerogenes at the rate of 56.58, 13.57, 8.01, 7.73, 6.51, 3.66, 2.85 and 1.09% respectively.”
And some of these fungi are known to cause respiratory problems in people with weakened immune systems and lead to sexual problems like poor erections and premature ejaculation.
“There were fungal isolates as follows: Alternaria alternata, Aspergillus niger, Cladosporium sp., Penicillium spp., Aspergillus flavus, Aspergillus fumigatus, Rhizopus stolonifer, Aspergillus ochraceus at the rate of 29.07, 26.74, 20.93, 10.47, 6.98, 2.33, 2.33, 1.16%, respectively.”
Yes, it’s that serious.
I mean, who would’ve thought?
The study recommends that people wash their hands after using their phones to prevent the spread of disease.
But why are our phones so dirty?
First of all, our phones are constantly in contact with our hands, which can harbor a lot of germs.
When we touch our phones, we transfer those germs onto the phone’s surface.
In addition, our phones are exposed to a lot of different environments throughout the day, including our homes, offices, and public spaces.
This means that our phones are exposed to many kinds of organisms.
What to do?
As the authors said, we should wash our hands more.
And I recommend cleaning your cell phones with alcohol solutions regularly. Alcohol will wipe out all the living organisms there effectively.
I was particularly interested in this study because a lot of people suffer from a lot of health problems, such as gut problems, for obscure reasons.
I’m sure none of us have ever looked at it from this perspective.
It could be that a constant flow of bacteria and fungi into the body weakens its defense mechanisms and causes harmful overgrowth.
So I think this needs to be in the back of your mind now.
Washing your hands and cleaning your cell phones is super easy to do – no harm in doing it.
—-Important Message—-
Believe it or not, the vaccines are only 14% effective at preventing flus and viruses…
…that’s why I’m using my own Virus protocol that is working for me in two ways:
- Helping my body naturally resist viruses on its own…
- and by counteracting the cytokines that are responsible for terrible symptoms and even death if I do get sick
I like to think of my Virus Protocol like a limiter on my car engine.
The limiter won’t let me rev the engine so high that it breaks the engine…
Well, same thing with my Protocol.
I believe it will rev up my immunity — but that it won’t let my immunity get so out of hand that it kills me with the dreaded cytokine storm.
Here’s my virus protocol — yours free if you want it
