Story-At-a-Glance

Hey, Matt Cook here, and so many of us are obsessed with “losing weight.”

And everybody’s always talking about losing weight like it’s a good thing.

But it’s not and I’ll tell you exactly why…(especially important for men)

I’ve stumbled onto a little-known scientific fact that gets overlooked by 90% of the so-called “sexual health” experts out there…

The more semen you produce, the higher your sex drive, the more sensitive your member, and the more pleasurable your O’s!

So how does this work?

Coming is controlled by muscular contractions that are very closely connected to the same “hardware” that controls the release of semen.

So if you extend one…with a larger volume of semen…you extend the other.

Pretty cool, right?

So how can you increase your load sizes and enjoy fantastic, Earth shattering, reality warping O’s on command at any age…?

Believe it or not, the best way is by eating these 6 foods…

Warning: trying to lose weight this way gives men a fatty liver

If you’ve ever tried to lose weight with any of the popular weight loss programs, you probably already know that it can be a losing proposition.

Often there is a cycle that happens. You lose weight and then you gain it back.

Then it’s more difficult to lose the next time.

And all of this effort doesn’t come cheap.

Americans alone spend more than $60 billion a year on weight loss.

According to data by Marketdata Enterprises, a market research firm that specializes in tracking niche industries, Americans spend north of $60 billion annually to try to lose pounds, on everything from paying for gym memberships and joining weight-loss programs to drinking diet soda.

Obsessive focus on weight loss and especially the idea that weight loss is somehow tied to good health are completely wrong.

It’s true that obesity is associated with health problems.

These include heart problems, diabetes, cancer, and problems with things like arthritis.

Obesity is associated with a number of health conditions, including cardiovascular disease, diabetes, cancer, and problems with the bones and joints.

But the way that most people lose weight is also a real problem.

Yo-yo diets — which is what most people end up doing — create a loss of lean mass and problems with fatty liver!

Weight cycling, commonly called yo-yo dieting, is also associated with health problems, including muscle loss, fatty liver disease, and diabetes.

Fatty liver leads to huge metabolic issues as does losing lean muscle mass.

So, when you try to lose weight through traditional programs you are setting yourself up for a decreased metabolism and increased chance of gaining weight back.

That’s something the weight loss industry doesn’t tell people, but it’s important to know that most weight loss programs set you up for failure.

That way you can decide if you even want to join a weight loss program.

What does actually work to become healthy is building movement into your regular day to day activities.

The risk reduction associated with increasing fitness and physical activity was consistently greater than that associated with intentional weight loss.

I generally don’t recommend joining a gym unless you really like the gym.

I do recommend that you go on walks, take the stairs, and do physical activities that you enjoy.

If you don’t do any activity now or if you do very little, then ANY activity can have massive health benefits.

But it’s important to note that the benefits of exercise are dose dependent, with the biggest benefits coming from just moving out of the couch-potato zone to doing at least some moderate-intensity activity.

And you don’t even have to do it all at once!

“It’s also important to emphasize that physical activity can be accumulated throughout the day. For example, multiple short walks during the day (even as short as two to ten minutes each) are just as beneficial as one long walk for health benefits.”

It is possible to lose weight, but the best way to do that is by resetting your metabolism.

Once you put your body into starvation mode, you are setting yourself up for long term problems with your metabolism.

I don’t think the tradeoff of a few temporary pounds lost is worth it.

What is the biggest difference between youth and old age?

Metabolism.

Young people are always full of energy and in great health because they have hot, high metabolisms.

They burn sugar for energy.

However, older men get cold and sluggish and their metabolisms slow down.

And they burn only fat for energy.

And this opens them up to weight gain, erections problems, diabetes, prostate issues, and even cancer.

So how do you restore a hot, high metabolism?

Simple — just use this sippy cup activity to kickstart your body into burning sugar again and enjoy better health and better sex life.
