Vasodilation naturally opens up penile blood vessels

A bearded man is meditating on green grass in the park with face raised up to sky and eyes closed on sunny summer day.

Vasodilation

There’s a special process called vasodilation that relaxes those stiff vessels and arteries again…

And it increases blood flow to the heart, to the organs, AND to the penis…

In fact, vasodilation strengthens erections and can even make a man look bigger “down there”…

Which is why I created this simple Vasodilation Protocol for men — open up the arteries, improve blood flow, and enjoy more engorged boners

Vasodilation naturally opens up penile blood vessels

In today’s article, I’m going to tell you about a natural practice that vasodilates the body’s blood vessels…

…which means it opens the blood vessels up and helps for better blood flow.

Many things can act as natural vasodilators, and this is just one of them…

Tai chi is a gentle Chinese martial art practice — mainly used for stress reduction.

The practice has been associated with many health benefits, including claims that it lowers the risk of coronary heart disease.

Recently, researchers carried out an in-depth investigation into this claim.

The study found that tai chi is associated with many factors that lower the risk of coronary heart disease.

The human trial was carried out at The First Bethune Hospital of Jilin University, Changchun, China. The results were published in the journal Frontiers in Physiology.

Tai chi incorporates slow methodical movements with breathing techniques.

It can improve fitness and lower stress.

“Tai Chi is an ancient practice used to improve cardiovascular health. It improves aerobic endurance and psychosocial well-being and may be a promising exercise option in cardiac rehabilitation.”

These researchers were interested in understanding more about the benefits of tai chi in coronary heart disease.

“The molecular mechanisms employed in the protective role of tai chi on coronary heart disease, remains widely unknown.”

Some of the best markers for coronary heart disease are microRNA.

Two types of microRNA are strongly associated with coronary heart disease.

So the researchers looked at the effect of tai chi on these microRNA.

“Thus, the effects of Tai Chi on coronary heart disease risk were explored by measuring serum levels of microRNA 24 and 155.”

The study recruited over 300 people who are diagnosed with coronary heart disease.

The participants were split into 2 groups, one of the groups was put on the tai chi protocol.

“A total of 326 coronary heart disease patients were evenly divided into tai chi and control groups.”

The participants in the tai chi group took part in a 1 hour tai chi class per day.

The experiment ran for 6 months.

The participants were also assessed halfway through the study.

Tai chi led to decreases in microRNA associated with coronary heart disease.

“Levels of microRNA were lower in the tai chi group and in the control group at the end of the study.”

The levels of microRNA associated with coronary heart disease decreased after 3 months.

The levels decreased again at the end of 6 months.

The study looked at a whole host of other factors related to coronary heart disease.

Tai chi improved the patient’s ability to look after themselves.

“The activities of daily living ability and exercising self-care and agency were improved in the tai chi group.”

The participants in the tai chi group also experienced lower anxiety and depression at the end of the study.

“Self rating anxiety scale and self rating depression scale scores were improved in the tai chi group.”

Heart function was also improved.

In coronary heart disease, the left ventricular ejection fraction is a critical test.

This test assesses the heart’s ability to pump blood.

Tai chi improved the heart’s ability to pump blood — critical for people suffering with coronary heart disease.

“After a six month tai chi intervention the left ventricular ejection fraction scores were higher in the tai chi group than in the control group.”

The tests looking at heart function and quality-of-life correlated strongly with the results of the microRNA tests.

People with lower levels of microRNA had greater quality of life and improved heart function.

The study clearly shows many benefits of tai chi on coronary heart disease.

The researchers believe that tai chi may improve outcomes in coronary heart disease patients by lowering microRNA levels.

“Tai chi improves coronary heart disease prognosis, by affecting serum levels of microRNA-24 and microRNA-155.”

You should always consult a healthcare practitioner about treating and diagnosing health-related problems.
