Too much coconut oil

There are a lot of trends in weight loss and many of them are destructive.

One of the most destructive trends that goes around is the idea that lots of the “right fats” are good for you.

You see this in diets like Paleo, Atkins, and Keto, as well as some others.

Now… don’t get me wrong here there are certain types of fats that are very bad for you.

They’re called PUFA fats, or polyunsaturated fatty acids, and they are terrible for your body.

But even the good fats like coconut oil, butter, and a limited amount of olive oil are not good for you if you consume too many of them.

While you have to have some fat in your diet, too much can do bad things to your body like increase inflammation.

But a new study has come out that shows a reason that eating too much fat can make you fat, and it’s probably not what you think.

In a study published by the Physiological Society, they showed in a rat study that a high fat diet actually resets part of the brain…

The part that controls the feeling of fullness – which leads to overeating and obesity.

In the UK over 1 in 4 people are obese, and there’s a lot of speculation as to why this happens.

The number of people with obesity has nearly tripled worldwide since 1975. In England alone, 28% of adults are obese and another 36% are overweight.

It used to be thought that the body clock that regulates our appetite and sleeping patterns was located in the hypothalamus.

Now though scientists understand that there are many systems involved in controlling hormone levels, sleep, and appetite.

One of those systems is called the dorsal vagal complex, or DVC.

However, further research over the years has clarified that some control of our body’s daily rhythms (hormone levels, appetite, etc.) lies in several other parts of the brain and body, including a group of neurons in the evolutionary ancient brainstem, called the dorsal vagal complex (DVC).

When someone is obese, the DVC gets messed up and the hormones that control eating are either suppressed or eliminated altogether.

Research has also shown that in obesity, daily rhythms in food intake and the release of hormones related to eating, are blunted or eliminated.

Researchers were interested to know what comes first.

Does obesity blunt the hormone response or does the diet blunt the hormone response and CAUSE obesity?

To find this out they did an experiment on 2 groups of rats. One group got regular chow.

The other group got high fat chow.

What they found was that the high fat diet messed up the production of appetite controlling hormones in the rats.

This new research conducted at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow in collaboration with the University of Bristol found that high-fat diet-fed rats, before they started to gain weight, showed changes in the DVC’s daily neuronal rhythms and the response of these neurons to appetite hormones.

This is a rat study, so there are limitations, but I think it’s a very good addition to the other evidence that high fat diets are terrible for humans.

I’m not suggesting you go on a no fat diet, that’s not good for you either.

But limiting your fat intake is a very good idea if you want to maintain your weight and avoid problems with inflammation and appetite.

And when your intestines are covered with this bad fat, the body stops refining and using sugar…

And it starts piling up as glycogen, which can really mess up not just your gut, but your liver and metabolism too.

It can even cause diabetes.

But this one special supplement I found can stop this rapid gut deterioration…

This one special supplement is cheap and easy, and it REVERSES the effects of bad fats on performance in bed and health.

Here’s how to use it to get these bad fats out of your gut for good
