This weird “salad” fixes leaky gut in men

Bacteria produced inside the body are the biggest risk to your life and health.

These bacteria can leak from the safety of your gut into the body.

This triggers an immune system response which causes everything from obesity to cardiovascular disease to penile limpness.

We can slow aging and lower the risk of disease by addressing the problems caused by these bacteria.

There are 3 tactics to fight bacterial disease.

  1. Prevent them leaking into the body.
  2. Kill the bad bacteria.
  3. Make sure they are excreted and not absorbed.

When I tell guys that there is a simple salad recipe that can do 2 of these 3 things they often don’t believe me.

I don’t blame them…

The idea that combining common foods can have potent antibiotic effects does seem a stretch — but it’s not…

The salad is grated carrot, combined with a little coconut oil and vinegar. That’s it.

The fact that the carrot fiber absorbs bacteria from the gut, meaning the bacteria are not absorbed by you, is easy to grasp.

The potent antibiotic effect of coconut oil and vinegar requires some explanation…

The experiments were carried out at Korea University in Seoul.

The results were published in Applied and Environmental Microbiology.

Coconut oil is fat. More accurately, it is a mixture of a number of different fats.

Coconut oil contains large amounts of medium-chain fatty acids — fats which can have antibiotic effects, such as killing bacteria.

Vinegar, on the other hand, contains an organic acid called acetic acid.

Acetic acid also has a weak antibiotic effect.

This study looked at the antibiotic effect of medium chain triglycerides and organic acids on their own and in combination.

The food components were tested against E. coli bacteria.

After exposing the harmful bacteria to the different compounds, the researchers looked to see whether the bacteria had been harmed or killed.

The medium-chain triglycerides, those found in coconut oil, had a mild antibacterial effect.

The coconut fats broke down E. coli cell walls — but the bacteria were able to recover.

Similarly, organic acids like those found in vinegar caused damage to the toxic bacteria. But again, the bacteria were able to recover.

“Although we found evidence that bacteria treated with medium chain triglycerides or organic acid showed evidence of membrane disruption, the bacteria were still able to form colonies – the damage was reversible.”

But when the researchers combined medium-chain triglycerides and organic acids they found a synergistic effect.

The fats in coconut oil, combined with vinegar, had a very potent antibiotic effect.

“But cells exposed to combined treatment showed a clear membrane disintegration and cell death. Irreversible damage.”

The study shows quite clearly that the combination of coconut oil and vinegar creates an effective antibiotic agent.

It has a dual action, breaking down the bacterial wall, then destroying the heart of the bacterial structure — so it can’t recover.

“The mechanism underlying the antimicrobial effects of combined treatment may involve disruption of the bacterial membrane, which then facilitates the entry of other antimicrobial compounds into the cytoplasm.”

This creates a safe method of treating low-grade bacterial problems — compared to conventional antibiotics.

“The main advantage of combined treatment with very low concentrations of natural antimicrobial compounds is that it is very cost-effective. Thus, this approach may be an alternative to more conventional antimicrobial treatments, such as those currently used in public health, medical centers, and the food industry.”

To prepare this antibiotic carrot salad do the following:

Thinly grate a small amount of raw carrot. Make it into long thin strips.

(The larger surface area allows greater absorption of bacteria in the carrot fiber — which will remove it from the digestive system.)

Add a level tablespoon of coconut oil and as much vinegar as tastes good.

And that’s it!

A potent antibiotic salad which will also help to remove dead and living bacteria so they can’t poison you.

You should always consult a healthcare practitioner about treating and diagnosing health-related problems.

—-Important Message—-

Caution: If you’ve been eating fish oil, nuts, peanut butter, fried foods… your gut is carrying all that bad fat…

And when your intestines are covered with this bad fat, the body stops refining and using sugar…

And it starts piling up as glycogen, which can really mess up not just your gut, but your liver and metabolism too.

It can even cause diabetes.

But this one special supplement I found can stop this rapid gut deterioration…

This one special supplement is cheap and easy, and it REVERSES the effects of bad fats on performance in bed and health.
