Inside Russia’s hacker underworld

This man named Yuri came from Russia, and he was ready to reveal all of the secrets he learned…

…including the supposed “hacking” of the election and even more underground operations.

But this is the best kept secret that Yuri revealed…

And it’s especially for men — men who want to become mega-attractive to their wives, girlfriends, or random girls on the street.

This toxin hiding in your ___ causes thyroid problems

Today’s newsletter is about an avoidable toxin that is wreaking havoc with sex steroids in men.

Totally preventable.

Obviously, we dump a ton of man-made chemicals into our environment every day.

We use these chemicals for many purposes, from coating non-stick cookware to creating flame-resistant materials for consumer products.

Some of these chemicals bioaccumulate… That means they build up in your body and don’t “wash out.”

So the more of them that you’re exposed to, the more harm they cause.

But the harm doesn’t always show up right away. Sometimes it takes years to show its effects.

That’s exactly what happens with a class of flame retardants called PBDEs (polybrominated diphenyl ethers).

What are PBDEs?

PBDEs are a common group of chemicals that are used to retard flames in consumer products.

PBDEs are used as flame retardants in a wide variety of products including plastics, furniture, upholstery, electrical equipment, electronic devices, textiles, and other household products.

They are often found in goods such as sofas and other upholstered furniture.

PBDEs bioaccumulate.

One of the most alarming things about this group of chemicals is that the PBDEs bioaccumulate – meaning they build up in your body with more exposure.

“PBDEs have been used widely in the United States since the 1970s…however, there is growing concern about their persistence in the environment and their tendency to bioaccumulate (ATSDR 2015; EPA 2009).”

Bioaccumulation is NOT a good thing. Toxins that bioaccumulate are more likely to cause damage over time.

PBDEs are linked to thyroid problems.

One of the toxic things that PBDEs do to our bodies is affect the thyroid.

This study shows that women with the highest concentrations of PBDEs in their blood have at least a 50% increase in thyroid disease.

“Women in the highest quartile of serum concentrations for BDEs 47, 99, and 100 had increased odds of currently having thyroid disease (ORs: 1.5, 1.8, 1.5, respectively) compared to the reference group

This is a problem because, for such a small organ, the thyroid plays a big role in the body.

What the thyroid does…

The thyroid controls your metabolism and helps to keep thyroid hormones in balance throughout the body.

Often, when the thyroid is messed up the body is messed up.

“The thyroid gland is a vital hormone gland: It plays a major role in the metabolism, growth, and development of the human body. It helps to regulate many body functions by constantly releasing a steady amount of thyroid hormones into the bloodstream. If the body needs more energy in certain situations – for instance, if it is growing or cold, or during pregnancy – the thyroid gland produces more hormones.”

But that isn’t the ONLY problem that these flame retardant chemicals can cause.

PBDEs are also linked to cognitive impairment.

In a rat study, these chemicals were shown to cause hyperactivity and brain problems as well.

“PTU-treated rats showed hyperactivity…and working and reference memory learning deficits…”

It’s hard to avoid PBDEs.

Several classes of these chemicals have already been phased out of production.

BUT not all of them… And they still exist in many of the older products that are still used in households today.

“The production of octaBDE and pentaBDE in the United States ceased at the end of 2004 after the voluntary phase out of these chemicals by the only US manufacturer. In 2009, the two US producers and the main US importer of decaBDE announced plans to phase out the compound by the end of 2013 (EPA 2013).”

If you develop thyroid problems, it’s a good idea to get your PBDE level checked to see if that might be part of the cause.

Also, you should buy products that are made from natural materials as much as possible.

Synthetics – especially synthetic chemicals – often have unforeseen side effects.

How to destroy the “killer lipid” that causes memory loss and Alzheimer’s disease

Toxins in the brain may accumulate causing memory loss.

Yes, there’s a toxic additive in our foods that most people don’t know about…

I call it the “killer lipid.”

And this killer lipid builds up in our bloodstream, and travels around to different parts of the body, even the brain…

And when it gets to the brain, it forms what are known as amyloid plaques:

These amyloid plaques are known to cause Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of cognitive decline in men.

And it all starts from the killer lipid. Which is hiding in so many of our foods, it’s nearly impossible to avoid…

But luckily, I’ve come up with a method to destroy the killer lipid before it even gets to the bloodstream.

And getting rid of the killer lipid creates:

  • the perfect environment for fat loss
  • higher sex steroids
  • higher testosterone
  • better metabolism of sugar
  • …and more…

Here’s how to destroy the killer lipid — watch this
