Story-At-a-Glance

Matt Cook here, and keeping the heart healthy is important for many reasons.

And one very important reason is so you can keep having sex, until you’re 90 or 100 or beyond.

And you won’t have to worry about your ticker getting too stressed for intercourse and you’re doctor saying:

“Ah well, you’re 60 anyway – you’ve had your fun.”

So if you’re like me and want to keep having a great (safe) sex life —

Read on for one of the most enjoyable ways to protect your heart (you may already be doing this)…

Men who use this “sensate focus” technique are lasting 30 minutes or more

For more than 20 years, I’ve studied the amazing and shocking sensate focus technique developed by Dr. William Masters and Virginia Johnson…

You may have heard of them — they were 2 scientific pioneers in the world of sexual health in the 1960s.

This technique they developed is a method of enhancing sexual intimacy, sensuality, and pleasure through touch…

And I’ve tried sensate focus. In fact, I spent years studying and working with this technique.

And I tried teaching it to other men and to couples.

But sensate focus is tough to do the way Masters and Johnson intended…

Because Masters and Johnson studied sex in a clinical, scientific fashion.

They were doctors after all.

But I want to make sensate focus really easy…more fun, more instantly gratifying…

And I found this shortcut to sexual enlightenment…

This steamy activity makes the heart healthy enough for sex

The deep penetrating heat produced in the sauna can do wonders for your metabolism.

Increased metabolic rate is the basis for optimal health – and so, there are many benefits to taking regular saunas.

For one thing, saunas are well known for their ability to improve blood flow – something called haemodynamic function.

“Sauna bathing is a health habit associated with better haemodynamic function – but the association of sauna bathing with cardiovascular and all-cause mortality is not known.”

When researchers tried to quantify the relationship between sauna bathing and cardiovascular deaths…

They found a massive protective effect from regular sauna bathing.

The study was carried out by researchers at the University of Eastern Finland. The findings were published in JAMA Internal Medicine.

The researchers wanted to look at the relationship between sauna bathing, cardiovascular deaths and deaths from all causes.

“We investigated the association of frequency and duration of sauna bathing with the risk of sudden cardiac death, fatal coronary heart disease, fatal cardiovascular disease and all-cause mortality.”

The researchers analyzed data from over 2000 men between the ages of 42 and 60 years old when the study began in 1984.

Those men were tracked for a number of years – on average a little over 20 years.

The researchers analyzed health records and death certificates from these men to look at causes of death in those who had died.

The men were split into different groups according to how frequently they used to saunas.

Group 1 used saunas on average once a week.

Group 2 took 2 to 3 saunas per week.

Group 3 took 4 to 7 saunas per week.

10% of those men who took one sauna per week died of sudden cardiac death.

But for men who took up to 3 saunas a week, sudden cardiac deaths were below 8%.

Sudden cardiac deaths in men who took up to 7 saunas per week were halved – at 5%.

“The percentages of sudden cardiac death were 10%, 7.8% and 5% in the three groups according to frequency of sauna bathing.”

When the researchers looked at fatal coronary heart disease they found a similar pattern.

Men who took between 4 and 7 saunas per week had nearly half as many incidents of fatal coronary heart disease as men who took only one sauna.

“The respective numbers were 15%, 11.5% and 8.5% for fatal coronary heart disease associated with increased frequency of sauna use.”

A similar decrease was found in fatal cardiovascular diseases.

22% of men who took one sauna per week suffered fatal cardiovascular disease.

That dropped to 16% in the middle group and only 12% of men who took 4 to 7 saunas per week and fatal cardiovascular diseases.

The researchers also found major decreases in death from all causes associated with more frequent use of saunas.

Overall mortality dropped from 50% down to 31% as the frequency of sauna use increased from one per week up to 4 to 7 per week.

In another analysis, the researchers included well-known risk factors for cardiovascular disease into their calculations.

Even then, they found more frequent sauna bathing associated with almost two-thirds reduction in sudden cardiovascular deaths.

“After adjustment for disease risk factors, compared with men taking one session per week, the hazard ratio for sudden cardiovascular disease death was 0.37 in those taking 4 to 7 sauna bathing sessions per week.”

Finally, the researchers looked to see if there is any difference in risk according to the amount of time the men spent in the sauna on average.

Men spending more time in the saunas during the sessions fared far better.

“Compared with saunas 10 minutes or less, sudden cardiovascular disease death was halved for sessions lasting more than 19 minutes.

Sauna bathing targets deep, restorative heat into the body which provides energy for rebuilding and repairing…

Essential for optimal health.

“Increased sauna bathing is associated with a reduced risk of cardiovascular disease death and all-cause mortality.”

You should always consult a healthcare practitioner about treating and diagnosing health-related problems.

—-Important Message About Making Sure the Heart is Healthy Enough for Sex—-

This can lower blood pressure in 90 seconds while giving erections a major lift

This doesn’t require ANY fancy equipment or require you to take anything.

It’s a simple little trick I’ve discovered that works on the principle of vasodilation.

Vasodilation opens up the blood vessels and improves blood flow, normalizing blood pressure fast.

Vasodilation helps protect the heart from working too hard, and it helps prevent cardiovascular events like heart attacks.

And the best part about this is the benefit you get downstairs…

Because erections almost ALWAYS improves with vasodilation.

And now your heart is healthy enough for sex and your erections are better than ever.

Here’s my free vasodilation protocol you can try tonight.
