Why aren’t men being told this important fact about rockiness?

A new scientific breakthrough reveals how a specific hormone can get men incredible erections like they haven’t had since teenage years…

But Big Pharma doesn’t sell it.

So doctors don’t know about it — and men aren’t using it to get consistent erections like they should be.

This hormone will surprise you…(hint: it’s NOT testosterone)

This hormone will make you rigid almost immediately, and it helps you last a long time, so you can make love with your wife or girlfriend for 30 minutes or longer…

Collagen is the most abundant protein in the body.

In fact, you could classify collagen as a number of different proteins.

These proteins are numbered collagen 1, collagen 2 etc.

These different types of collagen have different functions in the body.

The ratio of these different types of collagen have a lot to do with appearance, aging. and health.

The ratio of collagen 1 to collagen 3 is particularly important.

This ratio decreases with age, a decreased collagen 1:3 ratio was found in long term scar tissue, and it appears more common in people with recurrent hernias.

This ratio is a sign of accelerated aging — it can be achieved by fasting, food restriction, and protein deficiency.

It should be a warning to people considering crash diets, low-protein diets, and fasting.

This may be one of the reasons why people who fast, or take on low-protein diets tend to age much more rapidly.

These animal experiments were published in the journal Physiologia Bohemoslovaca.

In the experiments, rodents were fed a number of different diets to see what effect this would have one the different types of collagen in the skin.

Rats were fed a diet which was only 50% of the recommended caloric intake for a healthy rat.

This caloric deficit (dieting) led to massive changes in collagen types produced by the animals.

“These dietary regimes alter the proportion of collagen 1 to collagen 3 ratio. The ratio dropped from 2.1 down to 1.3 over 18 months.”

The researchers also discovered that this change in collagen ratio could be reversed with proper nutrition.

“Re-feeding of animals leads to a higher than normal collagen type I to collagen type III ratio.”

So let’s get to the point then! What are the effects of changes in the collagen 1 to collagen 3 ratio?

“Facial involutionary changes, deformation type of facial aging, and early development of ptosis have been more rapid in patients with reduced collagen type I/III ratio.

Facial involution is the loss of fullness that often accompanies age.

It happens when healthy fat deposits and muscular structure under the skin are lost.

The plump, chiselled features of youth give way to indented, saggy features.

Ptosis is simply sagging due to loss of muscle tone.

You can see this most clearly in people with Bell’s palsy, where one side of the face becomes paralysed and droops.

These changes in facial structure are related to age, but the underlying physiology depends heavily on collagen ratios.

It’s not just the outward signs of aging which are affected by collagen ratios either.

For example, there are numerous studies showing that changes in collagen ratios are found in people who suffer with recurrent hernias.

“The composition of scar tissue with a lowered collagen type I to collagen type III ratio and, therefore reduced tensile strength may be a major contribution to hernia recurrence.”

The collagen ratio is an indicator of health and vitality — inside and outside the body.

The rat experiments show that lifestyle choices can have major effects on how rapidly we age and how well we can repair ourselves from injuries like hernias.

Crash diets, protein restriction, and extreme fasting should all be expected to cause these types of detrimental changes to the collagen ratio.

This leads to accelerated aging and disease recurrence.

Are you getting enough collagen for rockiness?

Most men don’t realize the importance of collagen until it’s too late.

And by the time we turn 30, we’re losing 1% or more of collagen per year.

And that’s no good because collagen is the glue that holds the body together.

Collagen keeps the joints healthy and strong.

It protects the skin from UV damage and prevents wrinkles.

It allows cuts to heal without scars, and it keeps your teeth lodged firmly in your gums.

Collagen even helps keep the arteries squeaky clean for good blood flow — which helps a lot with rockiness!

So the more collagen you have, the better.

Which is why it’s never a bad idea to supplement…

What most people don’t know is that there is more than just one type of collagen that you should supplement with to help the body make more on its own.

Most collagen supplements are useless because they’re missing 4 of the 5 most important super collagens available.

I’ve discovered collagen powder that contains all 5 types of collagen.

This is the only collagen supplement with all 5 that I’ve been able to find — and better yet, it also contains a special vitamin that helps activate the collagen faster.
