It’s a natural “anti-aging” hormone that was first discovered in 1950 by Dr. Broda Barnes.

He tested this hormone on more than 3,000 men, reporting powerful health benefits like a faster metabolism, perfect blood pressure, more stamina, even better sexual abilities…

And since then, it’s been kept a secret — only available to the affluent, privileged upper class of celebrities and politicians.

…rich people who can pay…

But now I’ve found a loophole…a new way for any man to get his hands on this natural youth hormone

DHEA is a hormone produced in men and women.

There is a lot of research showing the benefits of this hormone — but it’s still very overlooked in many health circles.

Alongside other hormones like pregnenolone and progesterone, DHEA is higher in younger people.

They have been called the youth-associated hormones.

Numerous animal experiments and even some human research has shown that proper supplementation of these hormones can reverse aging and disease.

In one study, researchers gave DHEA supplements to about 50 people in their 60s and 70s.

DHEA decreased abdominal fat compared with people who are taking a placebo.

It also improved insulin sensitivity — something linked to deep-belly fat.

The randomised controlled trial was carried out at the Washington University School of Medicine in St Louis Missouri.

The findings were published in the Journal of the American Medical Association.

Measuring waist circumference is the best low-tech way of assessing someone’s health.

Increasing belly fat is a sure sign of problems.

Much of this fat is wrapped around the internal organs — rather than under the skin.

It’s called abdominal visceral fat, and animal experiments show that DHEA supplementation can decrease this type of fatty buildup.

“DHEA reduces the abdominal visceral fat in lab animals. But these experiments have not been done in humans. DHEA is widely available as a dietary supplement without ‘a doctor’s orders.’”

Abdominal visceral fat is associated with many other health problems — including insulin resistance.

So these researchers decided to see whether DHEA could improve belly fat and insulin resistance in older people — those who tend to have low DHEA.

DHEA decreases every decade after your 20s — unless you do something about it.

“We set out to determine whether DHEA replacement therapy decreases abdominal fat and improves insulin action in elderly persons.”

The researchers carried out a high quality, randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial.

Both men and women were included in the study.

The researchers recruited 56 older people between 65 and 78 years old who had low DHEA levels common in people this age.

This group was given 50mg of DHEA to take every day for 6 months.

Another similar group of 52 people were given an inactive placebo.

Neither the researchers nor the participants knew who was getting the active supplement.

“The participants were randomly assigned to receive 50 mg per day of DHEA or a matching placebo for a 6 month period.”

The study proved that DHEA has similar benefits in humans to those seen in animals.

DHEA significantly reduced disease-causing deep-belly fat.

“DHEA therapy induced significant decreases in visceral fat compared with placebo. -13 cm² versus +3 cm².”

The reduction in this type of organ fat will have major benefits to overall health — aside from the aesthetic improvements.

The researchers also found a significant reduction in subcutaneous fat — this is the fat layer that is just below the skin.

“DHEA therapy induced a significant decrease in subcutaneous fat compared with placebo. -13 cm² versus +2 cm².”

Insulin resistance is one of the health problems which is most closely associated with abdominal visceral fat.

DHEA improved insulin sensitivity.

“We found a significant increase in insulin sensitivity index in response to DHEA supplementation compared with placebo.”

This high quality human study backs up a lot of animal research showing the benefits of DHEA in metabolic problems.

“DHEA replacement could play a role in prevention and treatment of the metabolic syndrome associated with abdominal obesity.”

You need to be careful with DHEA…

While increasing DHEA can be very beneficial in and of itself — this hormone can be turned into estrogen if you’re not careful.

Increasing estrogen will lead to greater long-term health problems.

There are numerous different techniques which you can use to manage DHEA supplementation.

For example, using smaller doses of topically absorbed DHEA can achieve the same effects without risking increasing estrogen.

Proper use of the youth associated hormones can have great benefits for your health.
