Confused? Can supplements raise your testosterone?

How much magnesium and calcium should you get if you want high T?

What if you eat a lot of cheese, or drink milk? Can that raise your T?

Don’t magnesium and calcium receptors in the body compete — should you take these at the same time or at different times?

How much vitamin D is too much? What if you get a lot of sun, do you really need extra vitamin D?

Does vitamin D raise androgens such as testosterone and DHT?

How can you get enough minerals and vitamins from real food to support male function…

…and what if you ejaculate often, what minerals and foods are supportive of rebounding to high drive again?

So confusing…

So here is a little report I made that lets you know what I’ve discovered over the last 10 years, and the extraordinary discovery that my doctor swore would put me into an early grave…

———-

This is the only way to get an accurate blood pressure reading

When I was a young man, I spent way too much time in the hospital feeling like I was dying from severe asthma among other health problems.

I was a wreck since I was a baby. In and out of doctors offices and hospitals.

It was ridiculous and painful.

But, like most other people in American society, I was taught to “trust my doctor.”

Eventually, I grew up and continued to trust my doctors…

…but eventually I got sick and miserable enough that I decided to start looking for answers on my own…instead of being sick all the freaking time.

And I found some methods that gave me what is basically a cure for my asthma. And it unexpectedly cured me of ALL my health issues.

Every one of them.

This choice dramatically changed my life for the better.

It also happened to start me on the path that I’m on today of doing loads of medical research and letting people know the things that their doctors may not know about.

And one of those things is blood pressure testing.

Most people get their blood pressure tested at their doctor’s office.

But a single blood pressure reading at a doctor’s office can be wildly inaccurate for several reasons –  including the stress of being in a doctor’s office.

Inaccurate blood pressure readings can lead to over-prescribing.

Medications that lower blood pressure can be a miracle for some people.

But they can also cause serious side effects – especially when it comes to male sexual health.

And there is a reason for this…

When you lower the blood pressure in your body, you lower it in your WHOLE body –  including the blood pressure that gives you good “rockiness.”

Now… It’s important that you know I am in no way saying to get off your blood pressure meds without talking to your doctor.

Sometimes you need to make some lifestyle adjustments in order to get off these meds and you should always work with your doctor as you go off of them.

But if you are going to be on blood pressure meds, you should do it because your blood pressure is ACTUALLY and consistently high…

…not because of a single blood pressure reading taken at your doctor’s office.

Self-monitoring blood pressure gives you more accurate results.

If you really want to get accurate blood pressure results, it’s a good idea to monitor your blood pressure yourself.

You can buy a blood pressure cuff fairly inexpensively and take your blood pressure at different times of the day and on different days of the week.

This gives you far more accurate results that are predictive of actual heart problems than just going by a clinic (or doctor’s office) blood pressure test.

“In multivariable-adjusted analyses of treated and untreated participants, out-of-office BP was a stronger determinant of left ventricular hypertrophy than clinic BP. Protocol-driven supervised out-of-office BP monitoring provides important information that cannot be gleaned from clinic BP assessment alone.”

Not only will you get more ACCURATE results from self-monitoring, but you are also likely to get better health results.

Self-monitoring blood pressure also reduces blood pressure.

When you monitor your own blood pressure under the guidance of a physician, you are much more likely to end up with lower blood pressure than if you just monitor in a clinic setting.

In a large study conducted in the UK, they found that self-monitoring leads to significantly lower blood pressure than just monitoring at a doctor’s office alone.

“Self-monitoring, with or without telemonitoring, when used by general practitioners to titrate antihypertensive medication in individuals with poorly controlled blood pressure, leads to significantly lower blood pressure than titration guided by clinic readings. With most general practitioners and many patients using self-monitoring, it could become the cornerstone of hypertension management in primary care.”

I think this is because when we monitor our own blood pressure we can take immediate action when it gets too high…

We can make adjustments to our lifestyle in terms of food and exercise.

The bottom line…

Taking charge of your own health is imperative if you want to be healthy.

And if you have high blood pressure, then the simple act of monitoring it yourself at home can help you to understand how high it really is and get it lower.

To your health!

These 5 foods naturally lower blood pressure AND improve “rockiness”

I know it sounds too good to be true, but these 5 foods naturally lower blood pressure and they do it better than the pills.

This is because these 5 foods improve blood flow all over the body by opening up the blood vessels.

And high blood pressure is a result of poor blood flow from narrow, closed off blood vessels.

But blood pressure treatments do nothing to fix bad blood flow, and they come with so many bad side effects, including “rockiness” problems.

This is because good erections requires good blood flow too.

So when you eat one or more of these 5 “flow” foods, blood flow starts improving…

…blood pressure falls to healthy levels on its own…

…and male erections gets stronger and longer-lasting…

Discover the 5 “flow” foods that naturally lower blood pressure AND improve erections here — and ditch the pills (with your doctor’s blessing)
