I invite you to embark on a writing journey focused on one of the most magnificent entities in the universe.

The sun.

As the early morning sun rises above the horizon, it casts a warm, radiant glow that illuminates the world around us, igniting the day with its divine rays of light.

The sun, a magnificent ball of fire that has captivated humans for centuries, has been a symbol of life and vitality since the beginning of time.

And yet, despite its beauty and importance, many of us have forgotten about the sun’s numerous health benefits.

Let alone forgetting mainstream medicine demonizes it constantly like it’s the MOST HARMFUL thing there is.

They don’t want healthy people, gentlemen.

They don’t.

That’s why they recommend you to avoid the sun like the plague.

Because it can improve our physical, mental, and sexual well-being.

They don’t want any of those.

Healthy people are not profitable. Healthy people are not obedient. Healthy people are not submissive.

Humans weren’t like this before.

Ancient people praised the sun.

They worshipped it.

Why?

Because it gave them energy, life-power, and strength.

Soldiers were training out in the sun to become virile and vigorous.

They called it “heliotherapy” (sun therapy)

And we?

We stay indoors all day long, devoid of the beautiful rays of the sun and blasted by toxic artificial lights, making us weaker day by day.

This study was conducted at the Western University of Australia. It was published in the International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health.

The researchers reviewed studies from the past decade that investigated the relationship between sun exposure and various health outcomes.

“This article aims to alert the medical community and public health authorities to accumulating evidence on health benefits from sun exposure, which suggests that insufficient sun exposure is a significant public health problem.

They found strong evidence suggesting that insufficient sun exposure may be responsible for many deaths and health problems.

“Studies in the past decade indicate that insufficient sun exposure may be responsible for 340,000 deaths in the United States and 480,000 deaths in Europe per year, and an increased incidence of breast cancer, colorectal cancer, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, metabolic syndrome, multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer’s disease, autism, asthma, type 1 diabetes, and myopia.”

They also discussed how sun exposure may benefit health, including the release of nitric oxide from the skin and the direct effects of ultraviolet radiation on blood cells.

The researchers recommend that people should make sure they get enough sun exposure to benefit their health, but to do so gradually and with precautions to avoid sunburn.

This could involve spending 5-30 minutes in the sun each day (depending on skin type and UV index).

Sun exposure is the most effective way to increase vitamin D levels, which is crucial for a healthy immune system and bodily functions.

But as you see, the benefits of the sun go beyond vitamin D.

“Vitamin D has long been considered the principal mediator of beneficial effects of sun exposure. However, oral vitamin D supplementation has not been convincingly shown to prevent the above conditions; thus, serum 25(OH)D as an indicator of vitamin D status may be a proxy for and not a mediator of beneficial effects of sun exposure.

Sun exposure can also improve our mood, increase androgenic hormones, and enhance our sex life.

Every time I increase my time out in the sun, my wife complains that I become too horny!

Sometimes it’s too much for her LOL

The sun truly is a source of life, vitality, and beauty that we should all embrace.

There’s one awful hormone that is causing 80% of men’s health and sex problems.

Yet it’s almost never talked about or tested for — most men have never even heard of it.

I wish I had made this discovery years ago because it’s completely life-changing.

Everything else gets better when you lower this one deadly hormone, and I’ve made it super easy.
