Why I’m eating at least one of these 5 “flow” foods every day

I’ve discovered 5 simple, delicious foods that can naturally improve blood flow in men.

That means better blood flow to the brain, better blood flow to the heart, and better blood flow to all your other organs…

…even better blood flow to the penile member!

That’s personally why I always eat at least one of these 5 foods every day.

I’m getting much better blood flow down there which gives me stronger, longer-lasting rockiness.

These 5 foods help the tiny arteries in the penile member expand, so more blood can flow through…

…making me look bigger and more engorged, which my wife loves!

Plus, I’ve been able to completely ditch the blood pressure pills, with my doctor’s blessing.

Here are the 5 “flow” foods I’m eating as often as I can for better blood flow ALL over the body…

This five-flavored-fruit naturally cleans out the liver

I’m constantly investigating herbs that may help men, especially herbs found in Traditional Chinese Medicine, tantric and ayurvedic and Taoist traditions…

And here is Schisandra berries —  widely used in traditional Chinese medicine. The plant that grows the berry is known as the Chinese magnolia-vine

And the berries are called the five-flavored-fruit.

Schisandra berries are reported to help with many health problems – most of which are in some way related to liver function.

Recently, researchers conducted some experiments to see if the schisandra berry could protect against liver disease.

The herbal remedy does indeed have liver protective effects.

What’s more, the results indicate it could be very useful for people dealing with glucose intolerance, diabetes, and insulin resistance.

The animal experiments took place at Pukyong National University in the Republic of Korea. The Journal of Nutrition Research published the results.

The researchers used a compound known as schizandrin A. This is found in a number of different plants, including the schisandra berry.

“Schizandrin A is a lignan found in the fruits of the schisandra genius.”

The study looked at the effect of schizandrin A on metabolic problems caused by a high-fat diet

The scientists fed mice the unhealthy diet and conducted a number of tests on the animals.

“We hypothesized that schizandrin A…would exert protective effects against high-fat and high-cholesterol diet-induced non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) via regulation of lipid metabolism and oxidative stress.”

Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is a massive problem.

And it is strongly associated with type 2 diabetes

NAFLD causes a host of problems up to and including liver failure.

The lab mice were fed the high-fat diet for 15 weeks.

They also supplemented one group of mice with schizandrin A from the schisandra berry.

“To test the hypothesis, male mice were fed a high-fat diet with or without schizandrin A for 15 weeks.”

The development of fatty liver disease is preceded by changes in fat metabolism in the liver.

So the researchers tracked markers of fat metabolism in the mice.

Mice fed the unhealthy diet showed harmful changes in liver fat metabolism.

The animals supplemented with schizandrin A were protected against changes to liver fat metabolism.

“The results suggest that schizandrin A could alleviate diet-induced fatty liver disease by regulating liver fat metabolism.”

This means that schizandrin A (or schisandra berries) could lower the risk of fatty liver disease.

A number of other berries also seem to be protective against liver disease as well – notably blueberries.

The study had other interesting results as well.

Free fatty acids are a type of fat that circulates in the blood.

High levels of free fatty acids are strongly associated with type 2 diabetes and insulin resistance.

Free fatty acids are often overlooked – doctors and researchers tend to focus on blood sugar and triglycerides.

This type of fat competes with blood sugar and can kill the delicate Leydig cells in the testes, and the beta cells in the pancreas.

And the higher levels of free fatty acids make it difficult for the body to burn sugar — presenting a classic symptom of blood sugar problems..

Yes: high levels of free fatty acids cause insulin resistance…

But Schisandrin A significantly lowers free fatty acids.

This could have huge benefits for people with glucose intolerance, insulin resistance, and type 2 diabetes.

“Supplementation of Schizandrin A significantly decreased levels of plasma free fatty acids.”

There were lower levels of free fatty acids in the liver after schizandrin A supplementation too.

“Free fatty acids in the liver were markedly lower in the schizandrin A group.”

Schizandrin A alters enzymes in the liver…

Enzymes that produce free fatty acids and triglycerides.

Basically, the berry compound was lowering the production of free fatty acids and triglycerides in the liver.

“Activity of liver enzymes involved in fatty acids and triglycerides synthesis was significantly decreased by schizandrin A supplementation.”

The schisandra berry may turn out to be a very useful supplement for people at risk of insulin resistance and other metabolic disorders.

You should always consult a healthcare practitioner about diagnosing and treating any health-related problems.

—-Important Message for Men with Fatty Liver—-

This simple protocol cleans out the liver (and strengthens “rockiness”)

Did you know that good erections is tied to good liver health?

So many men with fatty livers often suffer from erections and performance problems.

And this is why many traditional “rockiness” treatments don’t work for a lot of guys.

Because it’s the liver that’s the problem!

So I’m cleaning out my liver in a way that improves rockiness, so I can get erections more often and last longer.

I call it the Penis-Liver Detox and it works by clearing out the toxins and fatty deposits that have built up in the liver over the years.

I’ve found it has made a huge difference in my stamina and lasting power. And who knows — it very well may do the same (or even better) for you!
