Mainstream medicine got so many things wrong…

But one is just… cruel…

Estrogen.

It was first discovered in 1917.

And by the middle of the century, many studies were done on estrogen.

Let me say one thing to you…

MANY toxic effects of estrogen were found in those studies.

It was actually considered an “aging” hormone.

Because the findings showed that estrogen’s unpleasant impact on the body paralleled the signs of aging.

But then, something happened.

All of a sudden, estrogen was considered the “valuable female” hormone.

What happened? What changed?

I don’t know, but estrogen’s effects on the body didn’t change, that’s for sure.

As a man, you DON’T want estrogen to be high.

Because it is associated with

  • Sexual dysfunction
  • Cardiovascular problems
  • Skin problems
  • Intestinal problems

And so on.

Today I will show you a study that deserves to be looked at to understand the “mystery” of estrogen.

This study was a Russian study that was published in a Russian Journal called Zhurnal nevrologii i psikhiatrii imeni S.S. Korsakova.

The study included 30 patients with different types of progressive myodystrophy (PMD) between the ages of 21 and 45.

PMD is a condition that affects a person’s muscles.

It causes weakness and wasting of the muscles, which means they get smaller and weaker over time.

Basically, we can call it muscle loss.

The researchers took blood samples from the patients to measure various hormone levels, including LH, FSH, prolactin, testosterone, and estradiol.

The blood samples were analyzed using a method called RIA.

Additionally, the researchers conducted a sexological study to assess the patients’ sexual health.

This involved asking the patients about their sexual development, libido, and any subjective complaints they had about sexual dysfunction.

They found EXCESS ESTROGEN in every patient’s blood.

“All the patients’ groups suffering from PMD were characterized by a significant rise of blood estradiol.”

On top of that, patients had low testosterone, high prolactin, and low LH – symptoms of excess estrogen, really.

“Apart from hypoestrogenemia, some of the patients manifested hypotestosteronemia, hyper- and hypoprolactinemia, reduction of the LH level.”

All of this hormonal imbalance caused (obviously) sexual dysfunctions in those patients.

“On the other hand, however, the neuroendocrine alterations provoked sexual disorders in PMD patients. The patients often manifested arrest of sexual development, libido decrease, objective signs of demasculinization and feminization, subjective complaints of sexual dysfunction whatever the PMD pattern.”

So in a way, the findings demonstrate that there is a correlation between excess estrogen levels and muscle atrophy and sexual dysfunction.

But there is one thing…

The researchers assumed that the increase in estrogen was an adaptation to the excess damage.

“It is assumed that the identified hormonal alterations, primarily hyperestrogenemia, may play an adaptation role under the conditions of the genetically determined myodystrophic process.”

But they also clearly stated that there is no known gene involved in this condition…

So the only thing that remains as a culprit even in this “genetic” condition is the hormonal imbalance – i.e., the elevated estradiol and other symptoms of excess estrogen.

I’ve discovered 1 simple food that you can get at any grocery store in the world…

And this 1 food is a natural aromatase inhibitor — meaning it stops the conversion of testosterone into estrogen.

So now testosterone is staying testosterone, instead of getting turned into estrogen.

Even for men who may be taking supplemental T.

So no more man boobs, no more belly fat, no more low drive or erections problems.

Here’s the 1 food that acts as a natural aromatase inhibitor in men — take 2 min to cook this and watch T shoot up into the 1000s
