This cheap natural oil may help grow new hair better than Rogaine

Today’s newsletter is for any man who wants to grow new hair on his head. It talks about a study that shows peppermint oil works better than Rogaine to grow new hair. Yes…

According to this research, in 3 to 4 weeks, you can expect a lot of new hair growth, even better than Rogaine.

This cheap natural oil may help grow new hair better than RogaineHere’s what they did. They gave mice different kinds of oils that they painted on their skin.

They tried whole jojoba oil, and they tried minoxidil, otherwise known as Rogaine. And they tried peppermint oil.

We found that [peppermint oil] remarkably promoted hair growth …even faster than [rogaine] without significant change of body weight gain and food efficiency.

Here’s how the oils stacked up against minoxidil: minoxidil is the square symbol, M XD. You could see that it came in a way worse than peppermint oil.

This cheap natural oil may help grow new hair better than RogaineIf you’ve ever tried peppermint oil you know that it’s kind of stinky.

It makes you smell like a candy shop.

And if you put it on your skin, it can feel kind of hot/cold, kind of slightly irritating but refreshing kind of feeling.

So it doesn’t really hurt you.

If you go out on a date, you may smell like a candy shop, but the smell goes away after a few minutes so put it on well before the date.

(Maybe your date will like it, who knows!)

So in other words, it’s quite practical to use peppermint oil to grow hair

our experimental data suggest that 3% peppermint oil facilitates hair growth by promoting the conservation of vascularization of hair dermal papilla…and effectively stimulated hair growth

All you really have to do if you want to try it out, is buy some peppermint oil, which is very easily available. And put it on your scalp where you want to grow here.

Caution – don’t use pure peppermint oil! Dilute it first!

In the study, they used a 3% solution. You can dilute peppermint oil in a bit of olive oil, which is what I would probably do. Do not put it on your skin straight from the bottle, as it will burn!!!

And if it works, tell the Cookster (that’s me, Matt Cook), so I can share it with the world. A lot of guys will be trying this, because a lot of guys are reading this. And always ask your doctor before putting peppermint oil on your skin. Even if you do ask, you may have some weird side effects like growing a third eye. I can’t be responsible.

It certainly worth trying solutions like this if you want more hair up there.

There are other solutions to hair loss. Propecia, God forbid (EXTREMELY bad for you in my opinion), Rogaine (Peppermint oil seems to beat it), and maybe even T3 (another newsletter will discuss…)

But I’d try this first.

And it may be that your hair and scalp are too far gone.

There is evidence that follicles get calcified. And at this point, it’s really hard to decalcify and wake them up.

Perhaps if your follicles are not too far gone, this will work.

1. Can hair loss be stopped?
When it comes to men, hair loss is a problem which is a growing challenge in the modern world. One best-known cure is Rogaine which is known to arrest hair fall and sometimes also facilitate hair growth. The other medication is the prescription pill finasteride, though side effects have been seen in random case studies. Rogaine and Finasteride helps in blocking the hormone that converts testosterone to dihydrotestosterone ( DHT), the hormone that causes the male baldness. One natural oil which seems to be more effective than Rogaine in helping stop hair loss is Peppermint oil. In its dilute form it has been proven wonderful in the conservation of the hair follicles and enhancing hair growth. But there are other methods in addition to the above that can help in curing hair loss. It has been found that stress is a major factor for hair loss in men. When the body is stressed, a specific hormone called cortisol is triggered which speeds hair loss. Meditation and Yoga has been found to de-stress the body and thus can be a good factor in slowing hair loss.Vitamin deficiency is a major reason why in certain cases individuals suffer hair loss. People suffering from a form of hair loss disorder such as alopecia areata usually have Vitamin D deficiency. Taking Vitamin D in supplement form or including foods rich in vitamin D in ones diet is a healthy and safe way of stalling hair loss.

2. What are the methods of hair growth for men?
Hair loss is one of the most common and challenging problems among males worldwide. Though it is often natural to lose some strands of hair every day, in many a case the situation can worsen. Hair loss may be caused by body imbalances, hereditary factors and also by the effects of modern lifestyle specifically stress, mineral deficiency, pollution and dietary inconsistencies. But with some care and attention, one can conserve hair growth. Having a protein sufficient diet is important not only for the body but also for the growth of hair follicles. Eating foods like lean meat, fish and soy helps to fulfil the body requirements and curbs hair loss. There can be simple steps that can be taken to take care of one’s hair. One should avoid brushing their hair when it is wet. Since wet hair is in its weakest state, one can use a very wide toothed comb for combing if absolutely necessary. It is very important to keep the body hydrated since it effects the growth and health of the hair follicles. It is also important not to subject the hair to constant hair drying, since it can weaken the hair roots. There are random studies which have shown that rubbing green tea or garlic juice into the hair follicles also helps in aiding hair growth. Some healthy practices like avoiding alcoholic beverages and smoking has been found to positively affect the lustre and health of the hair. Use of essential oils like coconut oil or almond oil has also been found to keep the hair roots active and healthy, thus aiding in hair growth too. With a little care and good aesthetics one can thus aid in the upkeep of hair health and successfully stall hair loss.

3. What works better than rogaine?
Rogaine is the popular hair loss medicine which is usually referred in case of hair loss, especially where individuals are suffering from alopecia areata. Rogaine is an over the counter drug which has been considered very effective in stopping hair loss and in helping maintain the hair health. Male pattern baldness has been known as a huge reason which caused the sensitivity to DHT.DHT is formed by the interaction of the male hormone Testosterone and an enzyme called the alpha-reductase, which causes the follicle to become irritated and inflamed. The other alternative for Rogaine is Propecia, though whether it is better than rogaine is a topic that is very much discussed. Finasteride is also considered a good alternative to rogaine. Rogaine is essentially considered a vasodilator, which means it helps to widen the blood vessels so that blood flow increases in the hair nodes, which can effectively cause new hair growth. But Finasteride works as a reductase inhibitor and prevents hair loss by blocking the conversion of testosterone into dihydrotestosterone. A very good natural alternative is Peppermint oil which can work better than rogaine. Some studies have found that peppermint seems to help decalcify the hair nodes and helps in stimulating hair growth. Other natural DHT blockers are Saw Palmetto, Pumpkin seed oil, and Aloe Vera. The type of hair loss also depends on the skin and the body type of an Individual. Thus results can be varied when it comes to the application of these alternatives and their accompanied results. The manual stimulation of the scalp with other natural oils like Amla oil ( Gooseberry oil ), Rosemary Oil and Lavender oil has also shown positive results according to many studies, thus can work better than rogaine and its side effects.Another substance called Adenosine does work well than rogaine, and is especially devoid of any side effects that sometimes happens with Rogaine.Adenosine is a bio-organic compound which has been shown to stimulate hair growth and increase the thickness of the hair shaft, thus improving hair health and making it strong.
