This can help you shrink your prostate

So many men have an enlarged prostate.

The first step to finding a cure for prostate issues is understanding what causes them.

We have two things that can help you shrink your prostate.

And both are prostate enlargement alternative treatments.

So we’re going to look at this study done on rats.

The researchers fed the rats different diets to see if the diets affected their prostates.

They fed some of the rats a high-fat diet containing corn and coconut oil.

Then another group of rats lived on a lower fat diet.

And they found that the higher fat diets increased prostate inflammation.

The rats fed the corn and coconut oil diet had 15% larger prostates.

This is a seriously significant increase in prostate size!

And the inflammation was consistent in all of the rats who ate the high-fat diet.

I wish they had fed these rats corn oil and compared it to coconut oil.

But they didn’t — they used both corn and coconut oil in all of the high-fat diets.

Even though they used both coconut and corn oil together, we still see the big problem with vegetable oil again.

This shows once again that vegetable oil causes prostate inflammation.

It’s possible that what is true in rats could be untrue in humans.

But in this case, the odds are that humans would have the exact same reactions.

Humans get inflamed prostates when they consume PUFAs — or polyunsaturated fatty acids.

These are found in vegetable oils such as corn oil, soybean oil, peanut oil, and even fish oil.

Here’s another source of inflammation in prostates — estrogen.

Researchers gave rats estrogen and the vegetable gum known as carrageenan

This ever-popular gum is found in ice cream and prepared foods everywhere.

Animals exposed to carrageenan combined with estrogen treatment showed the most prominent inflammatory and proliferative response.

From this study, we can easily conclude that prostate inflammation is made worse by high estrogen levels, bad fats, and vegetable gums.

Carrageenan is the most common vegetable gum.

It and xanthan gum are found nearly universally in Western prepared foods.

And you want to avoid them to avoid prostate inflammation.

What do you do now?

To avoid prostate problems, you want to eliminate vegetable gums from your diet entirely.

You want to lower estrogen is much as possible.

And you want to lower fats.

You need to strike at least all unsaturated fats from your diet as much as possible.

This will not only solve your large prostate problems.

It will also increase your metabolism, your sex drive, and your sexual performance over time.
