Men: eat one of these 5 “flow” foods for better blood flow ALL over the body (even down there)

There are actually 5 simple foods that naturally improve blood flow in men.

They work by expanding the arteries and restoring their flexibility…

…and when the arteries are wide-open and flexible, more blood can flow through…

Especially “down there” where it really counts for a man…wink wink…

Here are the 5 “flow” foods that give men better blood flow ALL over the body.

PS. These foods also naturally lower blood pressure and protect your heart! Here’s how…

Nutritional science is really catching on to the benefits of fruit, particularly berries.

In the last few years, scientists have conducted human studies that found benefits to cardiovascular health from blueberries, strawberries, and blackberries.

Now researchers have turned their attention to aronia melanocarpa – the black chokeberry.

The black chokeberry is native to North America and widely cultivated in Europe as well.

Now researchers have shown that black chokeberry can improve flow-mediated dilation (FMD).

Flow-mediated dilation measures the ability of the blood vessels to expand. Poor flow mediated dilation indicates increases risk of cardiovascular disease.

The findings show that the black chokeberry could help to maintain optimal cardiovascular health.

The human research took place at the Faculty of Life Sciences and Medicine of King’s College London. The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition published the results.

Fruits contain some very interesting chemicals called polyphenols.

Strongly colored berries tend to produce large amounts of these.

“The black chokeberry is a rich source of polyphenols.”

Currently, researchers are investigating polyphenols for their benefits on brain, gut, and cardiovascular health.

Preliminary research has hinted that the black chokeberry could have benefits for people at risk of cardiovascular disease… possibly due to their high polyphenol content.

“Previous research has demonstrated that these berries may provide cardiovascular health benefits in high-risk populations.”

These researchers designed their study to see the effect of different amounts of black chokeberry polyphenols on cardiovascular risk.

“Very few studies have investigated the effects of daily consumption of dietary achievable amounts of these berries in healthy subjects.”

The researchers recruited 66 healthy men for the 12-week experiment.

They assigned the men randomly to three groups.

One group received a concentrated extract of black chokeberry. This polyphenol-rich extract was made from 75 gm of fresh chokeberry.

They gave Group 2 chokeberry powder made from 10 gm of chokeberry.

Group 3 received a placebo capsule containing maltodextrin and no trace of black chokeberry.

Neither the men nor the researchers knew who was in which group.

“…66 healthy men were randomly allocated to consume a polyphenol-rich extract (116 mg, 75 gm berries), a whole-fruit powder (12 mg, 10 gm berries), or placebo (maltodextrin) for 12 weeks.”

Both berry formulations led to improvements.

The whole-fruit powder led to a significant improvement in flow mediated dilation after 12 weeks…

…indicating a greatly lowering the risk of cardiovascular disease.

“Consumption of whole black chokeberry fruit and extract powder significantly improved flow mediated dilation.”

Short-term improvements in flow-mediated dilation occurred after consumption of the concentrated extract of black chokeberry.

“Acute improvements in flow mediated dilation were also observed two hours after consumption of black chokeberry extract.”

The chokeberry extract also provided long-term benefits seen at the end of 12 weeks.

“Improvements in flow-mediated dilation were observed at 12 weeks after consumption of black chokeberry extract.”

The group supplemented with whole-fruit powder experienced improvements in beneficial gut bacteria as well.

“Black chokeberry whole fruit showed significant increases in Bacteroides bacteria.”

The findings show that black chokeberry can improve gut health and endothelial function, just like blueberries, blackberries, and strawberries do.

“Consumption of black chokeberry polyphenols improved endothelial function and modulated gut microbiota composition.”

Poor flow mediated dilation is one of the greatest predictors of cardiovascular disease.

So these berries could significantly lower the risk of developing cardiovascular problems.

“Regular consumption of black chokeberry has the potential to maintain cardiovascular health.”

You should always consult a healthcare practitioner about diagnosing and treating any health-related problems.

Columbian jungle juice makes men bigger and fatter “down there” naturally

A successful Columbian cocaine smuggler named Jose shared this secret recipe with me after I installed alarm systems in his businesses.

Those businesses turned out to be drug fronts… but that’s another story for another time…

The important thing is that this juice makes it easier for men to get “rocky,” stay rocky, and perform at their best with a woman.

It’s a natural miracle brew that’s allowed me to sport the strongest, most impressive looking erections whenever I want.
