Testosterone supplementation shortens your lifespan

Testosterone supplementation is the darling of the drug companies right now.

They take something that should be dirt cheap and charge hundreds of dollars a month for it.

If you look back to about 20 years ago, there were all these studies done with glowing reviews of all these testosterone supplements.

Now the patents are running out on some of these supplements.

And we’re finding out that many of the testosterone supplements are rather dangerous.

Testosterone supplementation shortens your lifespan!

This is extremely disturbing news, but not really surprising.

There was a big problem with the whole idea of a testosterone supplement from the beginning.

They do not solve the underlying problem!!

Low testosterone levels are usually not the problem — they are the symptom.

Here’s what I mean.

You go to the doctor and find that there is a problem and that your testosterone is low.

[cmamad id=”3601″ align=”center” tabid=”display-desktop” mobid=”display-desktop” stg=””]

The problem is usually some type of inflammation, often from the gut.

The doctor prescribes a testosterone supplement, and your testosterone levels might improve.

But, if you just raise your testosterone, it’s not fixing the gut inflammation, is it?

Now the problem will get worse.

Except now, your body is driving its metabolism at a higher rate thanks to the supplemental testosterone.

IT’s one of the risks of testosterone supplementation.

Your body may not be able to handle that higher metabolic rate from that extra testosterone.

You may find that there are complications from excess testosterone supplemented, whether you’re taking it via skin patches, pellets, or injections.

So you have side effects but haven’t solved the actual problem.

Let’s see what the literature says.

Because now that the drugs are off patent or going off patent, we can start to see some of the truth in the most recent studies.

The researchers evaluated men who were getting treatment at the Veterans Administration.

The VA is a frequent site for finding relevant data for longer term studies.

The data is fairly easy to compile, and the records are all in one place.

Researchers found that over time, the chances of getting a heart attack and dying were significantly higher amongst men getting testosterone replacement therapy.

This was true even for those taking the supplementations over a relatively short number of years!

20% of the men who had NOT taken testosterone had  heart attacks.

But 25% of the men who had taken testosterone had heart attacks.

That’s quite a difference.

It increases your chances of getting a heart attack by quite a lot.

The study also performed an analysis of “all-cause” mortality.

So they looked into deaths by blood clots, heart attacks, and every other reason a man died.

And what they found was really surprising.

Men taking testosterone had more complications from blood clots and heart attacks — and they died sooner.

This study is the first observational study, to our knowledge, to suggest that testosterone therapy is associated with adverse cardiovascular outcomes.

Our findings raise some uncertainty regarding the potential safety of testosterone use in men.

If you’re on testosterone supplementation, talk to your doctor right away.

You’re going to want to find a better way to resolve your testosterone issues.

I suggest that you use the information in my newsletter and in my home study courses to raise your testosterone naturally.

You want to avoid the dangers of testosterone therapy

There are many studies that show that zinc, vitamin E, aspirin, DHEA, and a different diet can double testosterone over a few months in many, if not most, men.

And these can do it without side effects, or shortening your life.
