Want to know how to spot Lolitas-in-waiting?

To know which girls are down for a nice, older guy like you, so you don’t waste your time talking to girls you have no chance with?

Just look for these 3 clues that she’s into older guys…

Clue #1: She looks rebellious

The more she looks like she’s trying to rebel against society, the higher your chances of banging her.

Why?

Because what could be more rebellious and taboo than doing a guy 3 times her age?

Tattoos, unusual piercings, an emo/goth look are all great indicators for this…

Basically anything that cries out for attention and says she’s not mainstream is a golden sign.

It may seem cliche, but it really works.

Discover Clue #2 and Clue #3 — number 3 is my favorite and it gets the girl to approach YOU because she’s so curious…

Study: Men who do this at night age faster than other men

Health deteriorates with age…

But age can be calculated in different ways.

Chronological age simply measures the amount of time someone has been alive.

But biological age is calculated by analysing DNA damage.

Over time our DNA accrues errors — but the rate at which we accumulate genetic errors is not set in stone.

Your real biological age can be very different from your age measured in years.

And there are many things that can accelerate biological aging.

Recent research has found that sleep disordered breathing accelerates aging. This study reinforces the importance of properly treating sleep apnea.

The human research was carried out at Harvard Medical School in Boston. The results were published in the journal Sleep.

Many diseases are associated with biological age.

So identifying the causes of accelerated biological aging could lower the risk of disease and increase lifespan.

“Identifying contributors to accelerated aging may elucidate risks and mechanisms for age-related diseases and mortality.”

A process called DNA methylation is a perfect marker for biological aging.

Researchers have already uncovered a number of lifestyle factors that can affect DNA methylation and affect the rate of biological aging.

“A DNA methylation based marker of fast biological aging, epigenetic age acceleration, is associated with modifiable lifestyle factors.”

The sleep scientists who carried out this study suspected that sleep disordered breathing may accelerate the aging process.

“Sleep disordered breathing is a common disorder that results in oxidative stress and inflammation and is associated with multiple age-related health disorders.”

But this theory had never been tested. So that is what the researchers set out to do.

“We examined the association of sleep disordered breathing with epigenetic age acceleration.”

The study recruited over 600 adults in their 50s, 60s, and 70s. The participants were almost evenly split between men and women.

The researchers took blood tests looking at DNA methylation of all the participants.

“A diverse sample of participants had blood DNA methylation measured.”

The analysis of these blood tests gives an accurate reading of biological age.

By comparing biological age to age in years, the researchers can understand whether the participants have accelerated aging.

“Age acceleration measures were calculated as residuals from the regression of each epigenetic age on chronological age.”

All of the participants also took part in in-depth sleep studies. The sleep studies were carried out at home.

The type of sleep study carried out was that which is commonly used to assess sleep apnea.

Sleep apnea is the most common type of sleep disordered breathing.

The researchers then looked at the relationship between sleep disordered breathing and biological aging.

The researchers were careful to control for common factors that could affect the outcomes.

The study used 2 different methods of calculating biological aging.

People with severe sleep apnea were found to have accelerated biological aging.

“The sleep apnea-hypopnea index was associated with greater biological age.”

1 standard deviation increase in the sleep apnea-hypopnea index was associated with more than 200 days of aging.

Another analysis found that a standard deviation increase in sleep apnea could accelerate aging by over 300 days.

Untreated severe sleep apnea could be adding years to your age — and taking years off your life.

Sleep apnea and sleep disruption accelerates aging, even when accounting for other factors.

“Increasing sleep disordered breathing severity and sleep disruption was associated with epigenetic age exhilaration, independent of measured co-founders.”

I focus on optimal sleep as one of the foundations of health because all of the research shows that you cannot be healthy without having good sleep.

I have also found that mild or moderate sleep apnea is not a problem — and if I had it I wouldn’t be on a CPAP machine.

These studies pertain to more severe sleep apnea.

Now we can say for certain that good quality sleep not only keeps you healthier but keeps you younger.

You should always consult a healthcare practitioner about training and diagnosing health-related problems.

“Like magic” — scientists find way to make human cells young again

Researchers at the University of Exeter and University of Brighton have discovered it’s possible to rejuvenate the cells:

The researchers used something called “splicing factor” genes to literally turn off aging in the body…

And the result was that the cells not only looked younger, but performed like younger cells too…

And this is HUGE for men…

Because this proves that men can restore their health, metabolism, libido, potency, and performance to that of a teenager…

But who has time for gene splicing? That’s why I’ve been working on another way to harness this same discovery…

Here’s how I’m making my cells young again at home using these safe supplements (men only)
