A new study reveals how to lower estrogen in 26 days and feel like a new man…

—–Important Message—–

When a man’s morning wood stops – he’s in stage 2 of ED.

Now instead of waking up with an erection most mornings, the man can’t remember the last time he woke up with a good strong boner.

See, for men, morning wood indicates that the body is still pouring nutritional resources into the sex hormones, testicles, penis, and erections.

If you have morning erections, things are on track.

So when morning wood stops, that’s a very important sign.

The body is saying, “it’s not worth bothering to pour resources into sex anymore.”

This is a bad stage, stage 2 of erectile dysfunction.

You don’t want to know what happens at stage 3 – I was at stage 3 and it wasn’t pretty…

…but luckily, even with my stage 3 erection problems, I was able to do these solo activities that fixed it all for me.

And I’m not the only one:

Here’s the solo activity that brings back morning erections no matter what stage of erectile dysfunction problems you’re experiencing.

Study: 26 days for lower estrogen and higher T…

Estrogen is implicated in heart attacks in men.

It has been marketed as the female hormone.

That’s not exactly true. But it is feminizing in men. It’s feminizing AND dangerous.

Estrogen isn’t just one substance either. It is many things…

We hear about estrogens in plastics and plants.

[cmamad id=”15600″ align=”center” tabid=”display-desktop” mobid=”display-desktop” stg=””]

More and more estrogens are encroaching on our environment and getting into men’s bodies.

Avoiding these estrogens is a constant battle…

And we are losing the battle.

But what if there was an easy and powerful way to lower your estrogen levels?

Scientists at the University of California and the American Health Foundation conducted an in-depth study on the effect of diet on estrogen levels.

22 men with a mean age of around 57 took part in an intensive 26-day study.

The experiment used a low-fat, low-cholesterol, and high-carbohydrate diet – this was a truly low-fat diet (less than 10% of calories from fat).

The scientists did blood tests to measure estrogen and other hormones before and after the experiment.

And the results were amazing.

After 26 days estrogen levels were halved!

The motivation for the study was the link between estrogen and heart attacks…

If we can find a way to lower estrogen we might lower heart attack risk.

“Elevated levels of estrogens in young, male survivors of heart attack may be the major predisposing factor…”

“Phillips et al provided further evidence showing that estrogen is an important correlate of coronary heart disease in men.”

The paper even references an increase in heart attacks in men given estrogen (yes, estrogen is actually used to treat some conditions in men).

“When estrogens were given to patients with previously documented heart attacks, an increase in heart attacks was observed.”

So you can see why lowering estrogen is so important.

An enormous reduction in estrogen could protect against heart attacks.

It could also protect against lowered metabolism. And that could slow aging because metabolism is a major factor in how we age.

Cutting estrogen by half in 26 days…find me another safe intervention that can do that!

The study discusses another interesting factor…The diet lowered estrogens even more in men who had survived a heart attack.

“Interestingly our patients who had had a heart attack showed a greater reduction in estrogen levels than did the other patients.”

So what’s the catch?

A balance between all the hormones in our body is extremely important.

Sometimes when we lower one hormone, such as estrogen, we cause other hormonal changes.

Always watch for this.

For men it’s important to keep our androgens high – they keep us masculine and youthful.

Testosterone is an androgen and it is involved in all of our male characteristics.

Testosterone opposes estrogen.

If this diet that lowers estrogen would also cause testosterone to drop, all benefit could be lost.

But that’s not what happened.

The amount of testosterone in the blood did not change…and that’s HUGE!

“Estrogen levels were significantly reduced whereas testosterone levels were unchanged.”

With lower estrogen, these men could probably experience MUCH better sexual performance than EVER before.

To sum up, cutting your estrogen in half without lowering testosterone – from diet alone, in 26 days, with no catch…

This could make you a new man.

Adopting this type of diet could have major positive implications for men’s health.

Estrogen is a killer.

I think that minimizing the amount of estrogen in our systems is a very good idea.

Especially given the evidence of estrogen’s involvement in heart attack pathology.

Given that this dietary tactic also protects testosterone I take it very seriously.

A small amount of fat is needed for our hormones. And some fat is probably beneficial for digestion.

But most men would benefit from lowering our fat.

We definitely would benefit from lowering our estrogen.

Dietary changes affect people in different ways. There are always exceptions.

You should speak to your doctor before making major dietary changes.

Is your testosterone tanking due to high estrogen?

Too much estrogen may be tanking your testosterone.

Too much estrogen ruins men’s erections AND lays the groundwork for type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, and premature aging.

How to get rid of this terribly harmful estrogen?

This won’t surprise you – but you must get rid of BAD FAT in order to reduce ESTROGEN. (not ALL fat, just BAD fat…)

Turns out, there is a VERY easy way to get rid of bad fat. And then you do NOT even need to lose weight – the bad fat goes away, and your T levels come roaring up good and high, firmly to the upside…

Remember: You don’t have to count carbs, reduce calories, or miss meals – just get rid of this bad fat and you’ll experience soaring testosterone levels.
